Tutte le camere si affacciano su un piccolo balcone con vista sulla città e sui monti.

Wonderful apartment! Perfect location!

This apartment is ideally situated in the pedestrian zone of Como. Walking distance to restaurants, the Ferry and shops. Never needed a car! Thaoartment is as shown in photos: light, bright and well appointed! The host was warm and gracious. She answered all of our questions. The check in was very smooth. We would stay here again!

Great location and lovely property

This condo was in a perfect location...we could walk to the lake, the main square, etc very easily. Everything was clean, and the condo was lovely.

Perfect Place

We had a great stay in Como. The apartment perfectly fits our needs. It is modern but also cost, very clean and in great location very close to the town center. We stayed for four nights and didn’t move our car at all And above all Sveva is a fantastic host!

Great spot

Sveva was lovely to work with. The apartment is in a great spot for walking in Como to shops, restaurants and the lake, but just a block off the really loud areas so it was quiet at night. The final staircase is a bit tricky but we knew that when we rented the apartment and it was just fine for our group.

Amazing property in great location

One of my all time favorite VRBO apartments. Sveva met us at the property entrance and guided us to the private and secure parking spot. The apartment is on the top floor with many balconies with gorgeous views. The apartment is very large and modern. We loved it.

Thanks so much for having our family! All my children said it was a trip they will remember for the rest of their lives. That was because of the lovely home we stayed in. It’s close to everything!

Best Como trip

Excellent host1 Fully equiped with weekly clening service. Perfect location and short walking distance to Grocery stores, Trains and Ferry. Host provided helpful information on area and transportation. Well eqiped kitchen with washer and dryer. Very clean and all furniture and beds were comfortable. Definately would stay here again

Beautiful apartment in old town Como

Absolutely enjoyed our five days and nights in old Como. This part of Como is so quaint and full of restaurants, boutiques, narrow roads, and alleyways. Everything was so clean. The lake area was undergoing renovations which was a disappointment.

Excellent stay in perfect location

This lovely apartment was very comfortable and well equipped. The old building is very charming, while the bathrooms and kitchen have been updated very recently. The location is perfect - inside the old walls, and just a 7 or 8 minute walk to the train stations or the lake. Sveva was also extremely helpful and accommodating.

excellent artment in a great location

Sveva is a wonderful hostess with great attention to detail. She was able to pick this up at the train station. The apartment is beautiful, modern, and comfortable. It is in a great location for visiting Como. It is close to the railroad station, close to local attractions, and close to the Ferry. I would definitely stay there again.

Excellent, airy apartment in ideal location

This apartment was very roomy with all of the amenities needed for travelers, and with lots of light, thanks to the lovely balconies in every room. The location was ideal for getting around Como as well as the train station and ferry. Sveva was there to welcome us and provided a book full of helpful information. Additionally, the apartment was nicely set with. cookies, wine, fresh flowers and fruit upon our arrival, all very much appreciated. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone wishing to feel at home in Como.

amazing stay

Our family of 6 adults had a wonderful time at Sveva's apartment in Como. It's a very comfortable, large space. Sveva arranged transport for us from the airport and then met us at the apartment with a bottle of Chianti, not a bad way to start a vacation! The apartment in the old town, so it's very walkable to all tourist attractions, the funicolare that goes up the mountain to hiking trails, and the boats to other towns on the lake. It's also a 5-min walk to a well-stocked Carrefour supermarket, and an 8-min walk to the train, should you want to do a day trip to Milan or Lugano. Absolutely fantastic trip and accommodations. Great Place

Our group – three adults and two teenagers – stayed for two weeks. The apartment is larger and nicer than it shows on the website. It is well appointed with up-to-date bathrooms, kitchen, flat-panel television, comfortable beds and furnishings. The apartment is well located in the heart of the historical district, close to bakeries, butchers, restaurants, cafés – with easy access to both train stations and the ferries. Sveva was host/owner extraordinaire. She was very helpful with a number of things, including great restaurants and activity recommendations. We would definitely stay there again. Mark L

Perfect base for our Lake Como visit!

Ourselves and another couple stayed in Sveva's lovely apartment for three days prior to a cruise departing from Venice. The apartment is beautiful, spacious and had everything that we needed. It is a very modern apartment in a very old, quaint lovely building that is centrally located. Touring the lake is extremely east on the ferries which depart within easy walking distance from the apartment. Sveva was a most gracious hostess and extremely helpful during the planning process with prompt replies to my email questions. I would highly recommend the apartment to anyone wanting to stay in the Lake Como region. Our stay there, though brief, was a main highlight of our three week vacation!

GREAT apartment

Very spacious and wonderful penthouse apartment, nicely located in the heart of Como's "centro storico" yet very quiet, close to the lake, comprehensively renovated in style, tasteful and modern interior design, extremely well equipped, appliances in excellent condition, superclean and tidy, large windows offering ample light... need we say more? Spacious with Great Location

My partner and I had the pleasure of staying at this property for 3 days. Wish it would have been longer! Everything was perfect for our visit. The communication before the trip was great and there was constant contact up until Sveva personally greeted us at the location. The private parking yard was a huge plus for us as we had just took collection of a new car in Germany. The location was outstanding. Tons of coffee shops and restaurants near by. We always felt safe walking around. 5 minute walk to the water taxi to visit other cities on Lake Como. The amenities in the condo were terrifice. The beds were comfortable and the place was very clean. This was the perfect spot to stay on Lake Como!

Great place

We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment in June 2010. The apartment is modern, clean and expertly furnished. It's centrally located in Como and just a few blocks from the shores of Lake Como (ferry boats), the train station and the parking spot. Sveva and her husband are great and were very helpful in providing local recommendations. The only downside to the apartment is that it is on the top floor and the building elevator was not working at the time, which could prove difficult for children and the elderly. On the plus side, the top floor location provides wonderful light and views of the city. Enjoy!

A wonderful stay in a charming apartment

We stayed at Sveva's apartment with our two friends and had a great stay. The apartment is exactly as described - in a fantastic location, with great amenities, spotlessly clean and very well maintained. Sveva was very responsive and flexible regarding our travel arrangements. She provided suggestions and information on things to do, some of which we were able to take up during our too brief a stay in Como. We particularly liked the pasta shop, the bakery and a restaurant (Pane e Tulipani) where we sampled some really good food. We would highly recommend the apartment to families and groups as it is very spacious, comfortable and a haven to return to after sightseeing activities in this beautiful area of Italy. We hope to return for a longer stay in the future! Thank you Sveva.

Comfortable and convenient

3 bedroom/2 bathroom large apartment. 2 A/C’s (for bedrooms and living area) that worked well. A washer AND a dryer) not a single unit washer-dryer) … it’s was nice to catch up on laundry. Secure building. Good communication with the owner and easy check in and check out. The apartment is about a 5-8 minute walk (flat) to the main square and lots of cafes, restaurants and bars. There are also a few cafes nearby the apartment (1-2 minutes). The ferry ticket office and piers are in the same area as the main square. The Funicolare to Brunate is another 5 minute walk. Train stations are close by too (walkable depends on how much luggage you have).

Qualche anno fa ho deciso di ristrutturare l'attico sopra la mia abitazione in un magnifico, moderno ed esclusivo appartamento ed ora sono molto fiera del risultato.
Mi prendo cura di ogni piccolo dettaglio perché voglio che i miei ospiti si sentano a casa.
