Lussuoso appartamento con una camera da letto situato nel centro storico della città di Corfù. Situato in posizione strategica a 3 minuti a piedi dal centro della vita sociale di Corfù. La famosa area "Liston", la piazza centrale, il vecchio e il nuovo castello, un punto di nuoto, caffetterie sul mare o sotto gli archi veneziani e piccoli ristoranti tradizionali piantati in un ambiente teatrale e suggestivo sono appena fuori dalla porta di casa. Tra pochi giorni in questo quartiere vedrai lo stile di vita locale.

Quando entri nell'appartamento dall'ingresso principale, entri nella zona giorno principale.

La zona soggiorno ha un ampio divano a 3 posti sulla destra di fronte alla stazione di intrattenimento con una grande TV, un sistema audio in cui è possibile collegare il dispositivo musicale e un lettore DVD. Una grande poltrona crea una piacevole area salotto da 4 a 5 persone con una piccola biblioteca di libri greci e stranieri. Il divano del soggiorno è abbastanza ampio e può essere utilizzato per ospitare un terzo ospite o un bambino.

Pochi passi più avanti e verso la porta della veranda troverete una scrivania alla vostra destra. Collega il tuo laptop e approfitta della connessione Internet gratuita per lavorare o rimanere in contatto con gli amici tramite il tuo dispositivo mobile.

Di fronte all'area della scrivania troverete una cucina completamente attrezzata e la zona pranzo circondata da tre sedie da bar. Scegli di preparare un panino per la spiaggia o di cucinare un pasto più elaborato. Troverete tutti gli utensili da cucina, utensili, piatti e bicchieri necessari in questa cucina. Una macchina da caffè con filtro e una piccola macchina per caffè espresso ti consentono di preparare il caffè che preferisci.

La camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale ideale per una coppia e un sacco di armadio e cassetti per un soggiorno confortevole. C'è anche un tavolino da toeletta con specchio.

Il bagno offre la zona di lavaggio, servizi igienici e una zona doccia chiusa.

Finalmente dal soggiorno si può camminare nella veranda dell'appartamento. Un tavolino con 2 sedie ti consente di sederti con il tuo caffè o un bicchiere di vino e avere la sensazione di questo quartiere storico.

Su un lato di questa veranda troverai il ripostiglio dove puoi trovare una scopa e una paletta, una scopa con un secchio se devi fare delle pulizie di emergenza. In quella stanza c'è anche una combinazione lavatrice / asciugatrice, un stendino, un ferro da stiro e un ferro da stiro se decidete di fare un piccolo bucato.

Lovey apartment very near everything!! Short walk into old town with excellent shopping and restaurants!! It was very hot during our stay but would definitely visit again!

Great Location in the Old Town

Lovely old apartment close to the centre and the sea! Lengo, the key holder, was very welcoming and so helpful in recommending places to eat and visit. We had a lovely week in the town and will return.

Central Corfu Town

Excellent location! Had everything we needed and was a 5-15 minute walk to many restaurants and markets. Lengo was a huge help and made us feel very welcome.

A great stay, we felt really at home @ Corfu

It was lovely. We had a great stay and the house is beautifully furnished. Everything was there and we really felt at home. Also we had great communication with the landlord. A morning swim is only a minute away. Just as the shops and bars. Also the neighborhood is great and quiet. We had nice contact with neighbors.

Nicely located apartment

We were made very welcome by Lengo and she gave us lots of helpful tips for eating out. Good clean apartment snuck away in Old Corfu Town. Close, but not too close, to restaurants and harbour The highlight of our holiday was a day trip to Paleokatritsa where we hired a boat around the coves Lovely holiday

Lovely apartment in good location

We spent a lovely 5 nights in this comfortable, well equipped apartment in a very good location in the centre of the old town, east walk ( although some of the paths in town are a bit slippery) to the main attractions and lots of restaurants. Also a fairly easy walk to the ferry port. We enjoyed sitting on the nice terrace watching the World go by and liked watching the expert car manoeuvring in the area behind the apartment ! Communication with the owner was very good and we would definitely stay again if in Corfu Town.

Great Property in the heart of Corfu!

My girlfriend and I absolutely loved our stay at this first floor condo in the heart of old town Corfu. Walking the streets every morning for a coffee or heading to the restaurants/beaches was a breeze, as the location is perfect! The A/C kept us cool and the kitchen was just enough for a breakfast on the patio. George and Andreas made sure our stay was convenient and were responsive to every request. Great spot!

Great base to explore Corfu Old Town

From the time we booked this property the communication with the hosts was excellent. Clear directions on a meet up point - shame the taxi driver from the airport had no idea where it was, though a quick phone call sorted that out. Loved watching how the locals went about their day while sitting on the verandah overlooking the square. The apartment had everything we needed, was extremely comfortable with everything in working order. Their is also a handy little supermarket around the corner to grab all the essentials you need. Once we got our bearings, easy to walk into the old town to explore, and find some great restaurants to eat at. Can highly recommend Fishalida near the fresh fruit, veggie and fish market.

Bon apartament en una perfecta ubicació

L'apartament està molt bé, la ubicació és perfecta, és molt acollidor i està molt ben equipat. Com a punts negatius, la vaixella no estava molt neta i el lavabo no té cap endoll, encara que repetiríem sense dubtar-ho. L'amfitrió súper i el barri és la bomba!!! Hi ha un petit supermercat a 1 minut, on pots trobar qualsevol cosa. El mar a 2 minuts Us agradarà segur!!

Excellent apartment in Old Town

We felt like we were living in Corfu old town. Very close to a beach, the Liston and authentic restaurants. The owner had left helpful recommendations of his favourite places and the lady providing the key gave us some good tips too. The fresh veg and fish market was a fun place for a Corfu lunch. This traditional apartment had everything we needed and was very comfortable. A/C worked well and we liked the patio area for breakfast. Located in a quiet area and only a short stroll to all the tourist places. Thank you for sharing your Corfu apartment.

Location, location, location

Small apartment located in an amazing area in the old town, off the main tourist track but convenient to everywhere. We stayed for almost 3 weeks in October and had a really good time. There is a very friendly cafe, Favela 17, about 150 ft away with great food and coffee. The owner's agent, Lengo, met us, got us into the apartment and was very helpful when we had questions. The apartment is ground floor, very quiet with a little veranda out back overlooking a small plaza. Furnishings were fine but not exceptional, the kitchen and dining area was compact but functional and the rest of the apartment was as advertised and shown in the photos. Getting oriented in the neighborhood was challenging - the streets and alleys were apparently designed to confuse pirates - but by the end of our stay we knew all the shortcuts. Great for a couple, would be tight for a third person.

A gem in the heart of Corfu Old Town

My wife and I booked this apartment on the basis of the reviews from previous renters and the excellent reviews were well founded. The whole process from booking to arriving at the apartment was effortless and so well organised and straight forward. We were greeted by Lengo, a charming and friendly host who gave us a full itinary of the apartment and it's many facilities. She also sent us links throughout the week to various restaurants and places to see and was more than happy for us to contact her at any time. The apartment was immaculate and had all the facilities you could wish for and the location was perfect. Only 5 mins walk from the beautiful Corfu old town and the nearest swimming area. The customer service we received from the owners Andreas and Alexis was second to none and I would not hesitate in booking again on my next visit to Corfu. If you want a memorable, relaxing and stress free Corfu vacation, this is the accomodation you need.

Great place to stay

A warm welcome awaited us to this lovely apartment and island. The property is very comfortable and has everything you need. It is in a safe and central location within 5 minutes walk to an amazing view, a great place to swim and cool off at the end of the day and some good places to eat. No need for a car - public transport will take you across the island to explore the beautiful sandy beaches and is straightforward and cheap. We would definitely stay again - thank you!

Great little apartment in a quiet neighborhood. Perfect location. Like all the locals, we could not drink the tap water or put toilet paper in the toilet. Wir haben den Aufenthalt in Korfu genossen. Das Apartment liegt zentral, alles in ein Paar Schritten zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist geschmacksvoll einherichtet. Alles nötiges wurde zur verwendung gestellt. Feels like home!

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement, situé au centre historique de Corfu. L'appartement est bien équipé et surtout climatisé car il fait chaud. Le propriétaire est très sérieux et la gérante de l'appartement est très gentille et serviable. En tout cas nous sommes rentrés ravis de notre voyage ..🙂👍

Sehr schöne zentral gelegene Wohnung direkt in der Altstadt von Korfu.

Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Kontakt zum Vermieter/Keyholder. Wohnung für 2 Personen optimal. Das besondere Plus ist der ausreichend große Balkon zum Sitzen. Nicht zwangsläufig normal in der Altstadt. Alles in der Wohnung vorhanden, was man braucht. Auch Aircondition. Allerdings nicht nötig, da auch Fensterläden vorhanden sind. Eine Wohnung definitiv zum weiterempfehlen, wenn man sich auf die Altstadt einlassen will. Der Verkehr besteht nur aus Anwohnern, nachts ist es ruhig. Tagsüber meistens auch.

Perfect characterful apartment in the heart of the old town

An absolutely delightful property in a beautiful quaint and quiet square in the heart of the old town. Minutes to walk to the Liston area and even close to a nice swimming spot. Very comfortable , clean and well appointed. Communication with the owner was excellent and a meeting was arranged to guide us to the apartment on arrival so everything went very smoothly. I would say don’t hesitate to book!

Perfect base for a visit to Corfu town

A truly wonderful experience

Perfectly situated in the heart of Old Town Corfu. The apartment is a moment's walk from anywhere and everywhere. The host was more helpful than any host I've had before on Airbnb/VRBO. We will definitely be renting again at this exact listing. We were very happy with our experience.

I arrived in Corfu for the first time in 1986 visiting my father who worked there. Corfu put a spell on me and i ended up spending the next 10 years working, exploring and experiencing this beautiful island and its people to the fullest.

In 1998 i move to New York and since then i split my time between the United States and Greece.

This part of the old town known as "Kampielo" has a unique atmosphere that is so evident when you find yourself wandering its narrow cobblestone streets and feel the town's daily heart beat.
