Appartamento moderno, recentemente rinnovato e completamente arredato con vista mozzafiato su un canyon! È disponibile per farti godere della bellezza della natura, ma stai vicino a tutte le principali attrazioni della bellissima San Diego. L'appartamento si trova in uno dei quartieri più sicuri, a pochi minuti dal lago Poway, sentieri, negozi e ristoranti. Il centro (Zoo, Balboa Park, Città Vecchia), le spiagge, LEGO Land e altri punti di interesse principali si trovano a 20-25 miglia, quindi l'auto è un must.

L'appartamento è dotato di cucina completa, macchinetta per caffè e panini, 2 smart TV Samsung, lavatrice e asciugatrice. Ci sono lucernari in ogni stanza, incluso il bagno!

Great for one! A little too small for two.

Nice location, nice touches in the unit. If the living room/ dining area/ kitchen was bigger that would have made a huge difference. However it was cramped about 150 sq ft for these areas combined. We got a few bruises getting through the doorway from living room/kitchen on our hips and shin bruises from the sharp angled bedframe. Bedroom and bathroom were fine. You can hear the other occupants through the wall at night sometimes. I really appreciated the glass electric coffee pot.

Perfect spot close to everything

I was in Poway for a few weeks to help my son and his family when their new baby arrived. I loved the location, so close to town, yet still felt so rural. The area is just gorgeous- I loved exploring. The hostess was very responsive to all my questions. It was great to have a garage to park and enter the apartment. The bed was very comfortable. I didn’t cook in the house except to make coffee in the morning and tea at night, but it was well outfitted if someone does want to cook meals. I’m not sure it would have been as comfortable if there were many more people. It was perfect for one or two people, or maybe a couple with a small child. I would definitely stay again if it’s available when I come back to visit!

Great Communication, but deceptive

I’m thankful the owner changed the property to say there is a shared wall. Unfortunately, they didn’t state that they didn’t live on property, the other part is also rented out. The kid staying in the room was a gamer who every 2 minutes would scream at the top of his lungs. It wasn’t bad until it was at 1130 at night. The owner did offer a refund for a night if I didn’t write a review. That is not appropriate and I’m sure that’s why no one else wrote anything bad. There is up to 2 other families using the same property and it’s not the owner. The garage they give you a space to park in is dirty, smells bad and I was blocked in once by the other tenants. I would absolutely never had chosen this place knowing the wall would be shared, especially since it isn’t the owner. Very disappointing! The bed was comfortable but was on the other side of the boy’s room. It stayed cool and had a full size fridge and stove/oven. The bathroom on the other hand was moldy and smelt funny. No washcloths and one of the white towels had brown all over it. I’m sure the owner will write something that isn’t true, but I truly cared for the property and took very good care of it. I did move the couch to have more room to workout and there was no place to put the trash. What was cool is there were no excess rules written everywhere and the only rules were to turn off the lights and a/c and leave the garage opener on the a/c unit. The owner is kind, but deceptive.

Poway all the way

A lovely stay in the “country” side of San Diego. Close to hiking trails and great views. It has everything we needed with a lot of little touches to help make it comfortable. We enjoyed our long weekend stay very much!

Nice Property

We were very happy with our stay. The property is quite small but was fine for us. The bedroom TV never worked--but that was no big deal except one time when it would have been nice. Lots of privacy. The location is good if you want access to the great little city of Poway and especially surrounding towns like Ramona and Julian for hiking, biking, etc..

Was nice with a few exceptions

The property management was very responsive. They had solar panels installed during our stay which was disruptive. Futon was not comfortable for sitting or sleeping. Property itself is nice and well maintained. Would recommend if no construction and new seating.

Beautiful location, great views. Clean, updated and a great value for the price.

We are a family of 3 ( mom, dad, daughter). We live in Michigan but visit San Diego a few times a year to hang out with mom's sister, brother-in-law, and the coolest/smartest/most handsome nephews!

The unit is attached to the main house with no access to the it but with private entrance and access to the garage from the bathroom.
