È una proprietà di lusso con tutti i comfort inclusi e può ospitare fino a 16 persone. Gli ospiti beneficiano di una grande terrazza, una piscina all'aperto e un giardino paesaggistico. Il parcheggio privato gratuito è disponibile in loco. Questa meravigliosa villa con 6 camere da letto e 7 bagni ha una vista mozzafiato sull'oceano ed è una delle nostre migliori proprietà. La casa è costruita su 3 livelli. Al piano terra si trova l'ampio soggiorno, sala da pranzo e cucina. Ti godrai la decorazione sontuosa (c'è un'abbondanza di dipinti e oggetti d'antiquariato di buon gusto disposti intorno alla casa). C'è un ascensore che è collegato in tutta la casa (dal seminterrato fino al secondo piano). Al piano superiore ci sono 3 ampie camere matrimoniali con bagno privato, ognuna con un balcone privato con vista sulla favolosa vista.

Al piano seminterrato si trova un'altra camera doppia con bagno privato con vista sulla piscina, un'altra camera doppia con bagno privato e una camera singola, una camera singola e la seconda cucina e soggiorno. A partire dal soggiorno è la piscina all'aperto e la terrazza principale.

Il piano terra ha accesso ad una grande terrazza. Inoltre, nel soggiorno al piano terra, c'è un televisore intelligente da 65 pollici, che consente di guardare i tuoi programmi TV o film preferiti, anche quando sei seduto sulla terrazza a bordo piscina o anche mentre nuoti, accompagnato da un sistema home cinema ( Lettore DVD e amplificatore forniti anche). Offriamo una vasta scelta di intrattenimento TV attraverso Digea con canali nazionali e regionali di proprietà privata con trasmissione digitale (CNN, BBC, TV5, Deutsche Welle ecc.), Nova (6 canali cinematografici e molti programmi educativi / per bambini, oltre 200 canali nel complesso) e Netflix. Per far funzionare i televisori, troverai i telecomandi dei televisori vicino ai televisori e tutte le istruzioni per gestirli.

Great location, problems with AC

This is a really amazing house with excellent communication from the property host as well as attention to detail. We were a large group of 15 people and had a very good time in the evenings by the pool and exploring the area, which is really well situated for plenty of day trip options. There were fires in Kranidi which led to electrical issues on the first few days of our trip. The hosts were attentive to these, however the air conditioning in 3 of the bedrooms was not repaired, which meant the upstairs adult bedrooms were 95 degrees all night, making them unusable even with fans. We didn’t mind having to spread out throughout the rest of the house to sleep, but given that at least two of the bedrooms were not usable for sleep, at least a partial refund would have been fair. Had we known that the air conditioners were not going to be repaired for the entirety of our 7 night stay, we would have rented some additional rooms nearby, but we were told they were going to be fixed with each day. I totally understood that the fires were not expected, and we still had a great time, however for the very price I would have expected some degree of refund. I would highly recommend staying here, however I would not risk renting there at the height of fire season in the future.

We had an excellent, albeit short, stay at Villa GreJo. It is a lovely house, v good pool and outdoor dining areas. Mrs K knows the house well and is responsive and cheerful in her quick replies. We would recommend.

Holiday at Porto Heli

We were three families totalling 15 people sharing the villa during the August 2021heatwave. We were very comfortable - air conditioning in every room and fantastic covered terraces . The villa is very well furnished and equipped for a large group. The views from the terrace on the middle and upper floors are excellent - over the sea to Spetses. The villa company organised a lady called Nafskia to cook for us on several nights who we would definitely recommend. The villa cleaners were also excellent. The micro area around the villa consists of pretty fancy villas in large plots , probably owned by wealthy Athenians. There are several small coves and a restaurant within walking distance. Porto Heli is only a 10 mins drive with Marina and many seaside restaurants. We ended up going to the Drougas bakery in Porto Heli for breakfast many times - a holiday highlight. It was pretty easy to get the water taxi to Spetses from Kosta (5 mins drive away) and we did this twice in our two weeks. It was particularly hot for the two weeks we were there so we did less than we would on a usual holiday, on the way back to Athens we went to the amphitheatre of epidaurus (excellent) and we had we known we would have seen a concert there. We would have also gone to Hydra. In short, would definitely recommend the villa and the area.

Spacious villa in great location

We had such an amazing time at porto heli. Too bad it was only for a week. The house is spacious and really top noch furniture. We really enjoy having breakfast by the pool and eating dinner at the upper veranda which has spectacular views...would recommend to anyone coming to this area without hesitation.

Fantastic!!!

This villa is absolutely fantastic, nothing is left to chance...even the smallest detail is thought for the guest to have an amazing time. The large bedrooms, the comfortable matrices, the great outdoor area with shower and pool, the bbq area that was the highlight of my husband's trip...beautiful. The area is also great as you have great privacy and you can also do day trips to Hydra and Spetses island (kaiki beach with the large sunbeds is a must).. Will come back for sure.

The house is built on 3 levels. On the ground floor is the large living, dining and kitchen areas. You will enjoy the lavish decoration (there is an abundance of very tasteful paintings and antiques arranged around the house). There is an elevator that is connected all through the house (from the basement up to the second floor). Upstairs there are 3 large ensuite double bedrooms, each with a private balcony overlooking the fabulous view.
On the lower ground floor is another double ensuite bedroom with pool view, another twin bedroom en-suite and a spare, single bedroom and the second kitchen and living room. Leading off from the living room is the outdoor pool and main terrace.
The ground floor has access to a large terrace. Moreover, on the ground floor living room, there is a 65inch smart TV Set, which allows you to watch your favorite TV programs or movies, even when sitting at the terrace by the pool or even while swimming, accompanied by a home cinema system (DVD Player and amplifier provided also). We offer a wide choice of TV entertainment through Digea with privately owned nationwide and regional channels bearing digital broadcasting (CNN, BBC, TV5, Deutsche Welle e.t.c), Nova (6 Cinema channels as well as many educational/children’s programs, more than 200 channels overall) and Netflix. In order to operate the TVs, you will find the TV remote controls near the TV sets as well as all the instructions for operating them.
We are very proud for offering you the above unique bouquet of Home Cinema Entertainment, in order to make your entire stay but also your nights by the pool more enjoyable.
In the fully equipped barbecue area you will encounter an electrical kitchen, a wooden oven, a refrigerator, a gas stove, a microwave oven, a freezer, a wine refrigerator for both red and white wine, an ice maker & a device for crushing ice). There is also, a compact stereo, to accompany your fantastic meals.
