Questa splendida villa 4 camere da letto è stata arredata e decorata secondo standard elevati in uno stile contemporaneo. Situato in una zona residenziale molto tranquilla e silenziosa, il centro città e la spiaggia sono circa 20 minuti a piedi e 2 nuovi parchi acquatici a soli 10 minuti a piedi. Le 4 camere da letto, 2 doppie e 2 singole, situate alle due estremità della villa, consentono, se necessario, un'abitazione separata, e c'è una sala giochi separata con divano letto e letti a castello per bambini, completa di PlayStation PS4 e lettore DVD e schermo piatto TV. Tre delle camere sono dotate di servizi privati e vi è un ulteriore quarto bagno. L'ampia zona giorno ha una sala da pranzo ad una estremità. con divani in pelle reclinabili al salone. Nella lounge è incluso un lettore DVD con una vasta selezione di DVD, TV a schermo piatto con Internet TV che include TUTTI i canali del Regno Unito, film e sport - e il moderno sistema hi-fi (con porta USB per lettori MP3) per il massimo del comfort e del relax . La cucina è completamente attrezzata con tutti gli elettrodomestici moderni e la villa ha una cassaforte integrata. All'esterno c'è un pergolato coperto con un comodo divano e tavolo e sedie per il vostro comfort e riparo dal sole; un barbecue artigianale per quelle serate afose di cenare all'aperto; una grande piscina solare e riscaldato elettricamente privata e piscina per bambini separata. Lo spazio esterno e beneficiare giardino da un superbo luci colorate ambiente di notte. C'è un parcheggio per due o più auto nel parco della villa, un ampio terrazzamento sole, e una abbondanza di lettini. L'esterno è completato da pareti a tutti i lati che danno un alto livello di privacy. La villa ha un tavolo da biliardo

Beautiful villa very well equiped

Loved the villa the pool was amazing. Pool table was great fun very relaxed time. Weather was great. Only problem you need a car as its a bit far away from bars and shops. As you have to take your rubbish to the nearest bins which is a bit far if you have disabilities. Apart from this it was amazing

A large villa with great pool

Family of four, far too big for our needs but was great to spread out, we all had a bathroom each. A little dated inside but nothing to spoil our holiday. If you have gamers make sure to take your own PS4 controllers but we enjoyed having the company of our son for a week rather than him being glued to screen! Swimming pool was lovely, big enough for a family game of volleyball! The pool table was well used too! Lovely warm week in October! Would love to return soon

Amazing family villa

Wow what an amazing villa for a family holiday!! There were 9 of us staying here and it was perfect for all of our need’s, the location was ideal for all of the local facilities and beach, if you don’t want to walk the taxis are regular and cheap enough or can can catch the bus. The photos do not do this beautiful family villa justice, hopefully the host will upload new ones asap.

Bathrooms desperate for upgrade,holes in bathtub, and bath furniture falling off. Table tennis table inaccessible and broken, dart board unusable, pool table balls missing. Large outdoor area grubby, but great pool and the lounge and kitchen were lovely. Unfortunately Lanzarote had issues with cockroaches at the time of our visit.

Great holiday

This is by far our favorite villa, the pool and outdoor area is huge. The villa itself is truly a 'home from home'. The kitchen is the best stocked we have ever experienced. The hosts were great, communication was good and everything straight forward. Hoping to return in September to this villa again. Thank you

Lots of space.

Good value for money. Villa was clean and spacious. Some areas looking a little tired, but for 6 adults the space worked well for us. Pool was nice, and outdoor area including pool table and outdoor drinks fridge worked well too. Locally available electric scooters were a great way to get about. We had a car for shopping but after an evening in town (20 min walk) a scooter home was fun.

Excellent Villa

Easy to find thanks to directions and entry details provided prior to arrival. Pleasantly surprised with the welcome pack and the Villa has everything you could need. Villa exceptionally clean and location lovely, nice and quiet but close enough to bars and restaurant's. Our age range was 19 to 70 and everybody had a lovely time and were impressed with the Villa.

A lovely property to sray

Wonderful relaxing week in a very spacious clean villa with everything we needed . Well equiped kitchen . Superbly warm pool . Very quiet location and even though the neighbours are refurbing their villas we never heard them. Security was good with villa alarmed and safe provided. Every channel you could eish for on Tv with no internet issues. Property managers Gemma and Stuart wonderfully helpful and very friendly. Only disappointment was the dart board was plastic so our darts wouldnt stay in but we used the pool table a lot as it was our way of deciding who cooked dinner each night....i cooked the most! Will definately book again .

Amazing week

Weve just returned after spending a week in this lovely place. Visited with family aged 8 to 73. The villa itsself is lovely, clean and very spacious. The photos dont do it justice as it is a lot more modern than on the photos. The outside is amazing, lots of space, a bbq and pool table. The pool was spacious and clean, a man came to clean the pool twice during our visit. Only downside was it ment to be heated pool and it was very cold. The villa is well equipped and had everything we needed. The villa is situated in a quiet street around 20 minutes walk down the beautiful marina, shops, bars and restaurants. Lovely walk down but we would get a taxi back which would only cost 4euro. I will definitely be visiting this place again. We all had an amazing week and didnt want to come home.

Lovely villa

Just returned from a stay at this lovely villa 4 adults & older 3 children Loads of space for everyone Lovely modern kitchen area and main living room with updated furniture and Tv ( not like photos in advertisement ) Kids enjoyed the swimming pool , dart board, pool table & playstation in game room We didn't use table tennis table as didn't have net Lovely seating areas outside Also having outside fridge for drinks was a good idea Lovely walk up to main town that takes about 15/20 mins kids were happy to walk this Around 5 euro in taxi back Nice little welcome pack left for arrival We would get our food shop form large superdino and ask them to phone us a taxi to take home Lovely restaurants in main town at great prices Got to meet Gemma and Stuart the villa managers who were lovely Would use again

Could be easily improved

The villa could have been cleaner when we arrived & was not cleaned midway through either. A little TLC would make a huge difference, one of the bedroom windows did not open, the pool cover was torn & the pool heating turned off midway through the holiday, there were broken floor tiles where the ping pong table was, the ping pong table itself is badly rusted & a little unsafe. Having said this, we had a most enjoyable holiday & any communications with the owners was excellent prior to arriving

Perfect villa

We was all so pleasantly surprised when we arrived to the villa, it has everything you need, plenty of beds, 4 bathrooms, perfect for a group of 6 people. This villa is very spacious which means no one was under each others feet, the entertainment was great with a pool table, ping pong table and a nicely sized private pool which has a shallow seating area, perfect to have a drink in! The Villa is located on a lovely quiet residential road, away from all the commotion and has very high private walls with no houses looking over at all. Owner was very friendly, came to clean the pool and had a nice chat. Even though a few things needed updating, it didn’t bother any of the group and didn’t effect our stay what so ever. Would 100% stay here again, in fact when I next come to lanzarote, this place will be the first I’d check for availability! Thank you very much!

Family holiday for 3 generations

The villa was fine for us but would benefit from some updating. The front twin bedroom window catch was broken which meant that it would not open. As there is no window in the en suite of this room i think that it should be repaired as a matter of priority. We greatly enjoyed the pool which is a lovely size and there was plenty of outside furniture as well. Due to very heavy rainfall on one day we had a slight problem with the heating on the pool but it was fixed very quickly. Gemma was very helpful and always available when I needed to speak to her. Take lots of mosquito repellent as they are very active!

First impressions where good.

Upon arrival everything was positive. The pool was clean and covered, the rooms were equipped with towels and bedding, and there was an excellent welcome pack of kitchen essentials. Our stay overall was good. However the villa is situated on a very dark road which feels isolated. This meant that we became very reliant on our hire car. We had an issue with the water 1 morning which was promptly resolved. The general condition of the villa requires maintenance - for example the door handle to the main door had to be reattached by ourselves, 1 of the toilet flushes did not work, 1 of the bathrooms did not have a shower head holder and the front gates need either replacement or some heavy maintenance. As there were only 4 adults in our party we could work around these issues, but I feel a larger group would struggle. All in all we think a small investment in maintaining the villa would have a huge benefit. On a very positive note the sofa/furniture has been updated, so not sure why the photos do not reflect this.

Do not stay here.

We booked and stayed at this Villa over Christmas and New year. The alarm wasn't working, the villa needs cleaning. The table tennis table was broken and everything was full of dust. Now for the main issue, next door has squatters, we went out for three hours on New years day evening and came back to find someone had been in the villa and stolen laptops, an iPad, iPhone, jewellery, money and more. There was no sign of a break-in so someone had access to the property. We contacted the Police who did attend and an appointment was booked for two days later to report the crime. My Husbands iPad had a tracker and luckily we located it on the Tuesday evening. We informed the Police and on the Wednesday after a lot of hard work they caught the people who had some of our items. We have since found out that the villa isn't registered as a holiday let and despite every effort to contact the owners we've only had communication with the agent Tara. We made a complaint via VRBO but they've said they can only offer a limited amount of compensation and we would have to contact the owner directly. We have made every attempt to contact the owner but nobody will provide his contact details. VRBO should be doing checks to insure the villas they are advertising meet the safety and security standards expected and at the very least make sure the villa is registered. We will never book with VRBO again and hope that by what has happened to us it stops anyone else booking this villa.

Would be better with some renovation

I admit I had some reservations when booking and prior to arrival. I found the owners, who I now understand to be local agents, fairly uncommunicative during the booking process. I asked a few questions while booking with responses being curt and generally unhelpful. I will give them the benefit that perhaps English isn't their first language. That said they had no issues with my early arrival into the villa although I did have to chase up the access details a couple of days prior to my arrival. Upon arrival I was pleasantly surprised with the welcome pack - tea, coffee, bread, wine, water, coke, beer. I agree with other reviews that some photos don't do it justice - living room is much nicer with a new big TV and furniture. Kitchen appeared relatively new and was well stocked of everything you would need. Why would the agents not add new photos? TV reception & choice and WiFi were good, although WiFi password shown was incorrect. Unfortunately bedrooms and bathrooms were pretty depressing with poor/uncomfy beds and furniture seeing better days. Bathrooms, especially the showers were not appealing at all. Pool on arrival was full of algae which Gemma & Stuart sorted on Day 2 but obviously meant we could not use initially. Garden furniture very aged and worn - there was no way I would choose to sit on the 'comfy' seats. Horrible. We made use of the pool table and table tennis every day. Pool table is a bit worn and only one working cue (no chalk), but just about sums up that there is little or no effort to enhance the visitor experience. In summary, it was OK. I now understand why the cost is less than other properties in the area. Would I stay here again? No. Is it value for money? Maybe just about but probably should have spent a little bit extra for elsewhere.

Nombreux désagréments dans cette maison

La première impression à l'arrivée est toujours bonne. Maison spacieuse et bien agencée pour 2 familles de 4 que nous étions avec 2 coins nuit séparés. Durant notre séjour de 2 semaines, nous n'avons pas pu utiliser un des coins de nuit pendant plus de 2 jours, à cause de fortes remontées fécales dans une des douches, c'était insoutenable, aucun geste commercial pour autant. Nous avions déjà vu ce problème dans un précédent commentaire. La maison, son extérieur et la piscine ont besoin d'un réel rafraîchissement : plinthes de terrasses qui tombent, table de ping pong inutilisable, pas de bonde de fond dans la piscine qui avait un sérieux problème de filtration. Pas d'éclairage de la piscine, seulement 2 spots de terrasse fonctionnaient, on est loin de la super ambiance de l'annonce!...Une seule poêle moyenne pour 8 et 6 sièges pour la table d'extérieur, pas suffisant pour une maison prévue pour 10/12 ! Et pour finir, par un jour ou le vent soufflait fort, le rideau de piscine et son support tout entier sont tombés dans la piscine, car son système de fixation avec 2 sardines n'était pas adapté, dangereux! Nous avons investi nos économies pour ce voyage, les prestations de l'annonce ne correspondent pas à ce que nous avons trouvé dans cette maison, qui est surestimée dans l'annonce. Pour le futur, il serait judicieux de prévoir une climatisation, et de vrais rideaux occultants. Merci tout de même à l'équipe de gestion qui a été réactive à chaque problème.

Communication quasi inexistante avec les propriétaires jusqu'à notre arrivée à l'aéroport. Maison conforme à l'annonce, grande et fonctionnelle. Piscine bien chauffée Un bon séjour dans cette maison
