Wonderful Experience
We had a very nice experience at this well appointed Emerald Lake property. We really appreciated the condo’s layout and screened-in porch overlooking the lake. We loved watching all the bird and turtle action on the lake. The living room area was very comfortable and TV and WiFi worked well. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were in great shape. We did have to do some more thorough cleaning under furniture and curtains as well as wash all the duvet covers but overall it was very clean. Great washer and dryer room with a large suspended dry rack The kitchen was well appointed with just about everything we needed. The owner provided good beach chairs, umbrellas and towels plus some noodles for the pool. One disappointment was the small pool nearest the condo needed some repair work when we were there. It looked as if they were finally making some progress as we left for home! The large pool by the clubhouse was very nice as were the tennis and paddle courts. We loved the location being within walking distance to shops and restaurants and close to the YMCA, where we could join on a month to month basis. The neighborhood is great for walking with well maintained sidewalks circling the two lakes. We felt very safe and enjoyed walks even when it was dark. There were always people with and without dogs doing the same The owner and manager were great to work with. We would highly recommend renting this condo!
