Questa struttura è stata concepita come un condominio, ma al momento è in realtà una villa singolare. Offre e uno spazio esterno espansiva con piscina, grande ponte e una terrazza con divani e un grande tavolo per pranzare all'aperto, il tutto mentre si affaccia sul bellissimo mare mediterraneo. Vi è una doccia esterna. La zona barbecue all'aperto ha un lavandino con acqua corrente, un bruciatore a gas, una zona della preparazione di marmo e grill. All'interno vi è una cucina completamente attrezzata con piano cottura a gas, forno a muro e forno a microonde. lavastoviglie e frigorifero di grandi dimensioni capienza. Il soggiorno zona pranzo è spaziosa e c'è un HDTV. Le camere del primo piano è spaziosa, con un enorme armadio illuminato e letto matrimoniale. Ci sono due camere da letto al piano superiore, ognuno ha il proprio terrazzo con aree salotto a guardare il mare, grandi armadi e il bagno al piano superiore con doccia. Uno ha un gemello che può convertire in un letto matrimoniale o due letti separati e l'altra ha un letto matrimoniale.
Questa villa è il punto di osservazione ideale per godere della straordinaria cultura, clima e le specialità culinarie della Sicilia meridionale. Le spiagge vicine spiaggia di Donnalucata, Playa Grandre, Cave d'Aliga, Sampieri, Marina di Ragusa e Marina di Modica. Nelle vicinanze città barocche di Scicli, Modica, Ragusa, Ragusa Ibla e Noto; ognuna unica e spettacolare. A breve distanza Siracusa con il suo centro storico, l'isola di Ortigia, Vendicari Riserva Naturale con alcune delle spiagge più incontaminate, Marzamemi un pittoresco villaggio di pescatori, per citarne alcuni.
Per gli intenditori di vino ci sono una moltitudine di vigneti vicino producono molte varietà famose come il Nero d'Avola, syrah, il Cerasuolo di Vittoria, Bianco d'Alcamo, grillo, Inzolia, Cataratto per citarne alcuni.
Escursioni a Caltagirone ben noto per le sue ceramiche, Donna Fugata castello costruito nel 17 ° secolo e caratterizzato in diversi film, come di Visconti Il leopardo. Taormina e l'Etna sono meno di due ore di distanza ... ci sono davvero infinite opportunità per esplorare questa splendida regione.

Sistemazione ideale per chi cerca relax e confort. Ottima la piscina.

Il collegamento pedonabile con il centro abitato è un po' infelice in quanto non completamente coperto da marciapiede o pista ciclabile.

Second visit

The house is spacious and in a great position, easy to walk to beach, restaurants, supermarket and bakery. Also good for visiting the area as a whole. We visited many of the same places we had been to previously but also went to Siracusa this time, which was worth the drive. Donnalucata is not overly touristy and very authentically Sicilian! The pool is a great size and we used it a lot, including late at night as we had very hot weather! There was a builder doing some work next door to the house but we did not find it too noisy, especially as the pool area is the other side of the house. The owners communication is very good and they had notified us in advance. Check in and out was easy with Rosella who was very helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend.

Beautiful modern villa close to Donnalucata

The villa exceeded expectations and was spacious, very nicely decorated and well kitted out with glasses, plates, pans etc. Beautiful gardens & pool. Walking distance to Donnalucata which has some brilliant seafood restaurants. Unfortunately the town had some long power cuts due to the wild fires and extreme heat - nobody’s fault and both Tracy the owner and Rosalla the local property manager responded immediately and did all they could to try to help us. We were lucky enough to have a first class view of the local air show which was amazing. I would thoroughly recommend this villa.

Great house, very well equipped with everything you could need. Francesco and Tracey were quick to reply to any queries. They notified us even before we checked in that there was a problem with the air conditioning upstairs and said we could cancel and get a full refund. We stayed on and fans were provided for upstairs the A/C downstairs was very effective. All in all a lovely place to relax and the pool was fabulous. Would definitely return

Over Seventies Savour Sicily!

We chose Donnalucata as our destination because we like smaller resorts to feel part of the neighbourhood when on holiday. Villa Corvi did not disappoint. Great pool and lovely outside eating drinking and relaxing areas. Rosella and Fabio looked after us - along with Google translate and some interesting miming!- sorted out minor problem with a door immediately. Beds were comfy,kitchen well stocked with all we needed and a good array of extras! We hired a car locally in advance but enjoyed the walk to the town or Sabir Beach club. The track road to the villa was fine - remember a torch for the return trip and using one of the side roads, cut off the corner and we felt perfectly safe walking to the town. We used the car to go to local supermarket, Marina de Ragusa etc. Everyone very friendly wherever we went. We went to Scicli one day - beautiful but too hot for us and parking a nightmare so stayed local the rest of the break. Like those before us,we visited Blue Moon - never seen so much icecream, we liked eating right by the sea at Aquamarine, bought good meat and salad etc for BBQ and Rotiserrie chicken from two good butchers in the village. The regular House Martins that dipped the pool every evening charmed us- as did the acrobatics of the amazing robot that cleaned the pool. Delightful Donnalucata - and a toast with a glass of sparkly Sicilian white !!

We were really happy with the property. Lots of room and pool was amazing. Good facilities so had everything we needed for a family week in the sun. Special mention of communication with owners and housekeeper. Couldn’t have been more helpful.

A fabulous house with great outdoor space

We had a lovely 2week stay in this beautiful house which is light, super spacious and well equipped with everything you could want. The upstairs bedrooms are nicer than they look in the photos and both have big terraces with amazing sea view. We all enjoyed the pool (giant Inflatable duck went down well…) which is a really good size and enough sun loungers for all. Check in with Wilfred was effortless and he was there for any minor problems - thank you Wilfred! Great communication with Francesco along with some tips of all the wonderful places to visit. We did lots of exploring and loved Scicli, Ragusa,Marzamemi and Noto in particular. Donnalucata is a sweet little town and very untouristy. A good choice of restaurants and not expensive! Easy to walk into town and to the beach, which was uncrowded and unspoilt . We must mention as others have Blue Moon - finally experienced brioche filled with ice cream for a late breakfast!! A perfect holiday - thank you!!

Das ist ein wundervolles Ferienhaus, mein Mann und ich waren mit unseren 3 Kindern dort, für die war der Pool natürlich unschlagbar. Die Kommunikation mit dem Ferienhausbesitzer hat wunderbar geklappt, wir haben uns dort sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt und konnten toll abschalten!

Cannot recommend the property enough. From the initial contact, no issues whatsoever, with any questions responded to promptly. Met by the very friendly and helpful Wilfried on arrival (Thank you). Much larger than the pictures suggest and absolutely spotless from top to bottom - Everything you need. A real home from home. Beds extremely comfortable. And the best part is the outdoor space. The pool is simply huge, warm and clean plus plenty of other space to sit and relax. Outdoor toilet a bonus. 10/15 min walk to town. Good supermarkets within 10 min drive plus plenty of places to visit within 30/45 min drive if you can drag yourself away from the pool. Best all round villa we have ever stayed in. Thanks

Merveilleuses vacances dans cette belle villa.

Très belle villa dans un lieu calme avec piscine et magnifique jardin arboré et fleuri. Wilfred qui nous réception est très sympa et présent. La villa est très bien équipée, la literie est parfaite. Bien placée pour les visites. Une plage à 5 mn. Nous avons passé 2 très bonnes semaines.

Fantastic stay

Our family had a fantastic stay here. The house is spotless, with everything you could need for a relaxing holiday. We loved the pool and relaxing in the beautiful garden, terrace and balconies looking out towards the Mediterranean. It’s even better than the photos. The house is a few mins drive or 10-15 min walk to Donnalucata where you can get fresh fish everyday from the fish market- the kitchen has everything you need to cook up a feast. There are lots of great beaches within easy reach as well as beautiful hilltop towns of Scicli and Ragusa. We were sad to leave and would love to come back again in the future. Thank you!

Top Ferienhaus aber Baustelle nebenan

Ein wirklich schönes und perfektes Ferienhaus mit wirklich Komplettausstattung wo nichts fehlt in perfekter Lage - aber daneben Baustelle für vermutlich ebenso perfektes Haus auf welcher von yPunkt 7.30 an Marmorblöcke zersägt wurden die dann bis 12.00 verbaut wurden. Dann Siesta und weiter von 3- 6. Dies hätte man erwähnen müssen und war doch recht unangenehm

The perfect getaway

Set just outside the town, the raised location gives superb view across the landscape, town and sea. It is close enough to walk to the beach and town (short stretch on road so take care with young children at night - maybe take a torch) but far enough outside to feel like you are away from it all in beautiful peaceful surroundings. The villa itself is a slice of luxury, with all the facilities you could need to make your stay perfect. Aircon was a welcome relief from the August heat and made sleeping at night comfortable - as did the beds which were very comfy! The location is authentically Sicilian and allows you to immerse in the local culture and community. Excellent restaurants, particularly at Hotel Aquamarine, which is just at the bottom on the hill and lets you eat right next to the ocean with the sound of the waves lapping at the rocks. A short walk from there along the promenade to Luna Rossa for ice cream - or further into the town for Blue Moon, definitely worth the extra walk!! The pool is just as huge and inviting as it looks on the pictures and with the natural saltwater system and minimal chemicals is a welcome change from a chlorine based pool. Our 8 year old was never out of it, including night swimming! Check in is flawless with the most fantastic welcome from Antonetta, who despite her lack of English and our lack of Italian, managed to show us around and explain everything perfectly. What a lovely lady! Communication with owner Francesco before and throughout the stay was excellent and property maintenance guy Wilfried who stopped by promptly if there any issues at all. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone

A fantastic place to stay

This is a lovely house. There is a great feeling of space and calm. The pool is gorgeous and well looked after. It is very well equipped including lots of store cupboard bits which it is annoying to have to buy for just one week. Francesco was extremely helpful and answered any questions very promptly. There was lots of useful information available in the house too with instructions, guide books etc. Absolutely loved our week there. Thank you.

A great spot

We spent two great weeks in Donnalucata. We have 3 kids, from age 10 down. The house is top class; modern, extremely well equipped, has a great pool and the host, Francesco is very hospitable. The town is c. 12 minutes walk (beach slightly closer). The town is relaxed, with a small fish market and a small selection of restaurants, but it has everything that you'd need. The location is perfect to explore the surrounding towns of Scicli, Ragusa, Noto, Syracuse etc. We would have no hesitation in recommending this as a place to stay.

Donnalucata Vacation Perfection

I have not written many reviews because as much as i intend to i usually get home and get caught up in things and time just goes by. In this case, our trip was so much fun and so relaxing thanks to this house that i feel obligated to share my feelings. First off, Francesco was fantastic to deal with. While he is not at the site, he responded to any question immediately electronically and had his property manager available to us to address anything we needed. Pietro - the property manager - was a wonderful gentleman whose smile, kindness, and knowledge of the area helped make our trip a huge success. Pietro would be able and willing to drop by at a seconds notice and only lives a few minutes away so you never have to wait to address any issue that might pop up. The property itself is exactly as it suggests in the pictures. It was exceptionally clean and well maintained. We ate every evening overlooking the Mediterranean - which is actually closer than it looks in the photos in my opinion. The pool was a perfect place to sooth our legs after a long day riding our bikes around the area. It was just my wife and i so we only used the main floor, but there are two very nice bedrooms on the second floor and the place could accommodate 6 people very easily. This was largely a cycling holiday for us and we had a ton of options available around the area. There are a number of incredible towns around to visit and wander around in. Scicli and Modica were two of our favorites, but there is no real end to the options. Bottom line for me is that i have no hesitation recommending this vacation home to anyone. The layout is great, the facilities - we love to cook so made great use of the kitchen - are exactly as advertised, and the views are stunning. For us it was a perfect place to base ourselves. We ended up staying for 3 extra nights just because we didn't want to leave. Best part for us was the people in the community. While we don't speak much Italian they were all so kind and willing to engage. A ton of great memories.

...with absolute delight and everlasting admiration.

1. The Vill is well-designed (zoning area), perfectly equipped (light, air conditioning, Internet and etc.)and tastefully decorated - there is a full set of all necessary things for life and travelling. 2. Great views around you: large pool, beautiful landscapes, you're surrounded with lavender and bougainvillea; you can find Basil and parsley, Bay leaf, mint and lime to your joy. And the blue sea - a 5 minutes walk! There are a bit wild slopes to the sea where you can swim in the morning. "Playa Granda " great beach is very close and right behind it - Donnalucata hotel's equipped beach with its own cafe (we recommend it!) 3. In our opinion Donnalucata is located in a very interesting area of Sicily. It is an authentic quiet place with very few tourists, endless sandy beaches, soft sea, and at the same time it is in the heart of Baroque Sicily. The Scicli town (a 5 minute drive) - a masterpiece of architecture. Modica and Ragusa will continue to impress you. You should also visit Noto and Siracusa. (Must-see!) 4. Welcoming hosts - you don't see them, but they make your stay as comfortable as possible. We planned to spend in the Villa for 2 weeks...but we couldn't leave it...And these 3 weeks of holidays were magical! With gratitude, A family of architects of Russia.

Fantastica vacanza

La villa è un posto incantevole dove rilassarsi e godere della luce, del clima e del panorama siciliano unito ai profumi della vegetazione che la circondano. Staff, wifi e contatti perfetti che collaborano anche nella ricerca delle prelibatezze locali e dell'ottimo pesce da grigliare all'aperto nelle splendide notti di luna piena.

Fantastic villa

Our stay here was the highlight of our 3 week stay in Sicily. The villa is truly luxurious and more than matched our expectation. The pool was superb and all of us enjoyed spending our time here. I would recommend anyone to stay here. We rarely ate out as the views and facilities at the villa could not be matched. We were all sad to leave. Francesco provided detailed information throughout and Pietro was very helpful. He even transported us to a supermarket when our hire car broke. The villa is a great base for visiting the Ragusa area with all major sights within a 30 minute drive. I doubt we will find any villa in the future to match this one or excellent and kind owners. Thank you very much Francesco for making our stay in Sicily truly memorable. 10 out of 10.
