Golfo di Cagliari Villa immersa nel verde

La casa bifamiliare è circondata da un grande giardino molto ben seguito da noi proprietari, che viviamo nella casa accanto. L'ingresso soggiorno è arredato con tavolo da pranzo per 4 persone, angolo lettura e TV, Wifi. La cucina è molto spaziosa e ben attrezzata, compreso il lavastoviglie. Ci sono due camere da letto matrimoniali e un bagno con doccia. La lavatrice si trova in un locale esterno attiguo alla casa. Una grande veranda attrezzata è sicuramente il punto forte della casa . Arredata con tavolo per 8 persone e lettini-sdraio. Qui è possibile cucinare al barbeque e mangiare all'aperto sotto la pergola. La casa è dotata di aria condizionata. La camera da letto al piano terra si apre direttamente sul giardino ed è pienamente illuminata da una grande finestra e una porta vetrata. Alla seconda camera da letto si accede tramite una scala interna e si trova al piano sopra-elevato. Le camere sono completamente arredate per dare il massimo confort. Con noi vivono due cani pastori tedeschi ben educati e dolcissimi che di notte girano liberi in giardino, per la nostra sicurezza e quella degli ospiti.

The semi-detached house is surrounded by a large garden which is very well looked after by us owners, who live in the house next door. The living room entrance is furnished with a dining table for 4 people, reading corner and TV, Wifi. The kitchen is very spacious and well equipped, including a dishwasher. There are two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. The washing machine is located in an external room adjacent to the house. A large equipped veranda is certainly the strong point of the house. Furnished with a table for 8 people and deckchairs. Here it is possible to cook on the barbeque and eat outdoors under the pergola. The house is equipped with air conditioning. The bedroom on the ground floor opens directly onto the garden and is fully illuminated by a large window and a glass door. The second bedroom is accessed via an internal staircase and is located on the upper floor. The rooms are fully furnished to give maximum comfort. Two well-behaved and very sweet German shepherd dogs live with us and roam free in the garden at night, for our safety and that of our guests. The air conditioning is provide too.
