Wonderful location

We really enjoyed the place. It was in a great location. Clean. Easy to find. I just wish that my French was better so I would be able to communicate with the owner and property manager better. That’s my issue though. All in all a wonderful stay.

So many wonderful places to enjoy at the doorstep.

Easy check in and and out, and comfortable stay. The property was as described. Communication was primarily due to my lack of French.

Perfect for Paris on a budget

If you're looking for something cheap in a great area, this is the place. The location is close to many restaurants and subway stations. My family of 4 felt very safe and enjoyed our time there.

Stay in the centre of Paris

The location of this very small apartment was perfect and the host was very helpful. The apartment bathroom could have been a little cleaner but overall we really enjoyed staying here and wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

A great place to stay

Everything is as described. The apartment is located in the heart of Paris. The metro stop Bonne Nouvelle is right in front of the entrance to the building. The check-in was perfect. Very cosy for families with children. Comfortable beds and fully-equipped kitchen helped us feel like home. We will definitely go there again!

The location was good. Walking distance to the metro. Check in process a little confusing but the agent was very nice and helpful. My kids enjoyed our stay.

Cozy apartment & amazing location

It was a small unit, cozy for our family of 5, but suited us well to explore the city for 5 days. Metro right outside the door, or 15-20 min walk to the Louvre. Lots of cafes and restaurants close by. It felt secure. French language an asset for check in with property manager, who was attentive, kind and helpful.

Lovely place to stay

Great place to discover Paris and quiet for a good night's sleep. It's in a great location and metro just outside the front door. We were in Paris to visit our daughter at her internship and this was in the right neighborhood. The studio has all the space needed for a family. The appartment has all the amenities you need to cook if you want to. Supermarkets are nearby. Also lots of restaurants in the neighbourhood to explore. Apart from some mould in the bathroom it's a clean appartement. Thank you Erige for our stay in Paris.

Paris great location

When we told our airport taxi driver the address he responded “that’s a great area”. The property manager met us with the keys, showed us how to get into the apartment from the road, how to unlock the door (a bit complicated), and instructions on wifi. The manager was a lovely man who spoke a little English. Between him and my husbands limited French we were fine. The apartment is compact, as pictured, clean and convenient. The loft area is only about 4ft high but great for extra beds. It was usually very quiet. No road noise as it’s in the interior of a complex. The only noise we occasionally heard was someone upstairs wearing heels and a few people on the stairs behind the bedroom wall. The location was amazing, walkable to many attractions, tons of restaurants, bars, etc. right outside the door is a metro on lines 8 and 9. We would definitely stay there again.

Uncomfortable and dirty

This is such a shame to make this review, as the location of this place was great. But, this place is long overdue maintenance, decoration and a good clean. I always book self catering places to keep our food costs down and I enjoy the experience of shopping with locals. I decided within a few minutes of entering this accommodation that we would be eating out, with a dirty microwave and only two ring hob I did not relish a full clean before even thinking about putting food in there. The very small shower area needed replacing just old and tired, although there was plenty of hot water so not a problem. Finally onto the sleeping, terrible… the bedding was damp and the bed was broken, slept or tried to on a very thin padding (not a mattress) a broken wooden board. Finally, electric sockets hanging off the wall, very few lights in the room and what was there did not work. This could be great place to stay if the owners put a bit of effort into it, redecorate, throw away the broken bed and give it a good clean!!!

Nice studio with fantastic location

A really nice studio with a fantastic location. 2 metro stations just outside the front door. Also pretty close to Rue Montorgueil if you want to go out for shopping or a bite to eat. Bd Poissoniere itself is also nice. Everything you want to visit is easily walkable from the studio. It as very warm outside (27 C) during our stay, but the studio remained nice and cool. There is a fan you can use. Also, despite being in the middle of Paris there is almost no to very little noise from the outside coming in, even with a window cracked open at night. The kitchen and bathroom were okay, but the shower is surprisingly good and stays warm. Furniture is a bit dated but also okay. We weren’t there to be inside all day anyway. The bed was too firm, so we put on 2 extra mattresses from the upper level on top of the bed. That made sleeping a lot better. Not an option if you go there with children or more than 2 people however. The closets to store your clothes in are pretty shallow and also double function as the utility cabinet. Despite being cramped you can fit a lot in there by moving some stuff around. You do not have to bring your own towels, there are plenty clean ones in the closets. We did find the cleanliness to be subpar. There were hairs from previous occupants on the floor and in the bathroom. The toilet also wasn’t very clean when we arrived. In all this is a fantastic studio, mostly of the great location. Would recommend if you want to stay in Paris for a week or so.

Situación excelente

La situación del estudio es muy buena. Sin grandes lujos es pequeño pero con lo imprescindible para pasar las noches. La relación calidad-precio dada la situación es muy buena. Por mejorar, la calefacción, ya que si hace mucho frío es algo escasa y los colchones, ya que solo hay una cama doble y el resto son colchones finos que van al sueloen

Nuestra estancia ha sido perfecta. El apartamento tal cual se anunciaba, el propietario muy atento, amable y pendiente de todo. Familienurlaub Städtetripp

Die Lage ist super. Zentral, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar und Metro gleich vor der Haustür. Sehr nette Gastgeber, super erreichbar, immer eine Antwort erhalten. Der Herr von der Schlüsselübergabe ist sehr nett und pünktlich gewesen. Küchenausstattung alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Toaster, Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Kühlschrank und zwei Herdplatten. Für Kleine Gerichte, Frühstück und Brotzeit ausreichend. Das Bad ist sehr klein, es ist kein Fenster vorhanden zum lüften da innenliegend. Die Halterung zum verstellen der Höhe des Duschkopfes war kaputt. Obere Etage ist durch eine schmale Wendeltreppe erreichbar, hier liegen vier Matratzen fürs schlafen. Unten im Wohnraum ist ein Doppelbett. Sauberkeit ist ausbaufähig. Es war genügend WC Papier, Müllbeutel, Spülmittel und Reinigungsmittel da. Es wäre schön gewesen, wenn mehr Spüllappen und Geschirrtücher da gewesen wären. Handtücher waren eines pro Person da. Badteppich und Handtücher wirkten nicht sehr ordentlich gewaschen. Weitere Bettwäsche war im Schrank vorhanden. Leider war der WC Deckel defekt und ging immer ab. Eine Steckdose lose. Dies haben wir am Ende gesagt. Leider ging der Fernseher nicht wegen Problemen mit der Telefon TV Gesellschaft. Dies war aber ok, da wir immer unterwegs waren. Für Familien/Freunde die auf kleinerem Raum Urlaub Städtereisen machen wollen ist die gut geeignet. Wir bedanken uns für die Gastfreundschaft und den schönen Städteurlaub.

Tolle Lage

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit in dieser sehr ruhige Wohnung verbracht. Der Viertel ist für Touristen ideal: mit guten unterschiedlichen Restaurant, U-Bahn, Supermärkte, … An- und Abreise waren unkompliziert.
