The Shoresound è un cottage indipendente sulla spiaggia, posto su una strada privata con accesso diretto e privato al mare.
Caratterizzata da elementi di tendenza architettonica e da una sobria eleganza degli arredi, la casa è ideata in un connubio ben riuscito tra raffinata tradizione e modernità, a metà strada tra un foyer parigino ed una casa di pescatori di inizio secolo.
Interamente climatizzata, è composta internamente da due camere da letto matrimoniali, con materassi in lattice-memory foam, ciascuna con bagno in camera, soggiorno con angolo cottura completo di ogni accessorio, e zona pranzo, altra cucina esterna, doccia esterna, circondata da una veranda a giro tra verde e sabbia, zona lounge, tv digitale, microonde, Nespresso machine, solarium in sabbia ed una piccola piscina - mini pool per bimbi piccoli, Wi-fi.
Ristrutturata con i criteri più moderni nel 2017 ma costruita con il sapere antico dei villaggi siciliani di pescatori, è situata a pochi metri dalla riva, con vista mare a giro e direttamente confinante con la spiaggia.
Incastonata tra la baia della Marza/Porto Ulisse e un piccolo villaggio, Granelli - sito a pochi chilometri da Marzamemi e Pachino, affacciato su una delle più belle spiagge del Mar Mediterraneo - e l'oasi naturalistica, un ampio golfo naturale delimitato a est da Punta Ulisse, così chiamata forse in riferimento al fatto che l’eroe omerico sia qui approdato durante il suo errare per il Mar Mediterraneo, ed i Pantani Longarini e Cuba, un patrimonio ambientale che ha nella biodiversità uno dei fattori di maggiore interesse, il birdwatching possibile nella zona. La location, così splendidamente isolata, permette di vivere appieno una vacanza immersi nel silenzio e nella natura, senza rinunciare, se si vuole, alla "Marzamemi-Mania", che porta decine di migliaia di turisti nella zona, con locali notturni, festival del cinema, eventi mondani e culturali, il rapporto con il mare, a pochi chilometri da casa.
I tramonti mozzafiato di un sole che cola a picco sul mare, un tuffo nell'acqua cristallina, l'alba nel silenzio di una spiaggia intatta e selvaggia, il rumore delle onde infrangersi lungo la battigia, la pace e la tranquillità di un ambiente incontaminato e selvaggio per una vacanza rilassante scandita dei ritmi della natura, queste le singolarità che hanno fatto innamorare noi ed i nostri ospiti di Shoresound. E dalla quiete più assoluta, a pochi chilometri, la vita notturna, i ristoranti, le spiagge alla moda, la movida delle località più di tendenza della Sicilia Sud Orientale, Marzamemi, Marina di Ragusa, Pozzallo, Modica, Ragusa Ibla ed altre, per fare della vostra vacanza qualcosa di unico ed indimenticabile, un interminabile viaggio nell'arte, nella cultura, nella storia, e perchè no, nella gastronomia più succulenta del Mediterraneo.
The Shoresound è realizzata tenendo conto dei piu severi principi di rispetto ambientale, inserita perfettamente nel contesto tra natura, verde e mare, sfruttando tutte le potenzialità dell'immobile e del territorio e rispettandone scrupolosamente la storia e la destinazione senza stravolgerne la forma, integrando perfettamente l'interno e l'esterno che risultano vivibili e godibili contemporaneamente, ciascuno con le sue differenze, la parte interna per circa 45 mq, la parte esterna per circa 400; l'esterno è composto da 120 mq di veranda calpestabile e attrezzata, 80 mq di veranda in zona verde e 300 mq di giardino di sabbia con vitigno autoctono prospiciente il mare e zona solarium, tutto in charming atmosphere.
Ideale per quattro persone, ne può eventualmente ospitare sino a sei: ai quattro posti delle due camere da letto matrimoniali, ciascuna con bagno in camera, è possibile aggiungere due posti letto con l'utilizzo dei divani letto in soggiorno. Dispone di due posti auto.

Ci piace occuparci del comfort degli ospiti, offrendo piccole sorprese, e suggerimenti su luoghi da visitare, tour enogastronomici, giri archeologici ed in genere la scoperta del nostro territorio. Il check in avviene a partire dalle ore 16, check out entro le 10 del mattino.

The ShoreSound is a small independent cottage within a private residence/street, renewed with the latest standards in 2016 but built with the old flavor of the small Sicilian fisher's villages, is located a few meters from the shore, with sea view in turn, directly bordering the beach. Settled between the bay of a small village, Marza/Granelli - a few kilometers from Marzamemi and Pachino, overlooking one of the most beautiful beaches of the Mediterranean Sea - and the natural oasis, a large natural bay surrounded east from Punta Ulysses, named perhaps referring to the fact that the Homeric hero has landed here during his wanderings through the Mediterranean Sea, and Pantani (Lagoon) Longarini and Cuba, an environmental heritage that biodiversity in one of the most interesting factors for birdwatching in the area.

The Shoresound has been developed in line with the most stringent standards of environmental respect, perfectly inserted in the context of nature, green and sea, by using all the potential of the property and the territory, scrupulously respecting the history and the target without changing the original shape, perfectly integrating the inside and the outside that are livable and enjoyable simultaneously, each with its differences , the inner part to about 45 square meters , the outer part for about 400; the exterior is made up of 120 square meters of floor and terrace, 80 sqm terrace in a green area and 300 sq m of sand garden with native vine overlooking the sea and sunbathing area, all in charming atmosphere .
Fully air-conditioned, consists internally of two double bedrooms each with ensuite bathroom, plus one living room with kitchenette complete with all accessories, and dining area, external shower, surrounded by a terrace around between green and sand, lounge area, TV, microwave, Nespresso™ machine, sunroof area in wood and sand, and a small pool for children, Wifi Internet connection.
It has two double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom, it is possible to add two places to accommodate up to six people with the use of the sofa beds in the living room. It has two parking spaces.
