La casa ha due ingressi, davanti sul mare, ha un ampio giardino con un gazebo area salotto e doccia esterna con acqua calda, sul retro ha un altro giardino con zona colazione privata circondata dal verde.
La Villa si trova in un villaggio ampio e confortevole e adatta per tutte le esigenze e per tutte le persone che desiderano rilassarsi, ma non annoiarsi. La vicinanza al centro di Olbia e le vicine località popolari ( Porto Rotondo e Porto Cervo permettono l'intrattenimento per tutti gli ospiti . Nel raggio di 5 km si trovano le baie di, Punta Don Diego e le isole di Tavolara e Molara in una cornice di grande bellezza naturale. Le isole di Tavolara e Molara che fanno parte della riserva marina possono essere raggiunte da imbarcazioni noleggiate dal porticciolo di costa corallina o da Porto San Paolo, . Dalla laguna si può facilmente raggiungere il mare aperto utilizzando dei kayak e costeggiando con tranquillità lungo tutta la costa dove si aprono le numerose spiagge e calette della baja delle vecchie saline , Lido sole, Capo Ceraso Porto Istana.
Il Villaggio Costa turchese si trova a pochi chilometri dal centro di Olbia, che offre un moderno museo archeologico, nonché la possibilità di visitare con servizi organizzati ad hoc il Castello Pedres, le tombe dei giganti, la Chiesa monumentale di San Simplicio e i numerosi nuraghi sparsi per tutta la Gallura.

The beach of Turquoise Bay can be reached on foot directly at only 250 meters from the house without the need to take the car.

All the other beautiful beaches of the Costa Smeralda are easily reachable and located a few km from each other.

The house is fully furnished with refined taste, practical and rational and consists of a large living room furnished with spacious and comfortable sofas under a beautiful gazebo a kitchen in masonry with dining area and a fully equipped kitchen complete with all the Elec Trodomestici, N. 2 large bedrooms, one double and one double with possibility of an extra bed, n° 2 bathrooms with shower, and also an air conditioning system throughout the house with separate manageable units allows a comfortable stay in every Season

The islands of Tavolara and Molara which are part of the marine reserve can be reached by boats rented from the port of Coral Coast or from Porto San Paolo,. From the lagoon you can easily reach the open sea using kayaks and coasting with tranquillity along the coast where you open the many beaches and coves of the Baja of Old Saline, Lido sole, Capo Cerano Porto Istana.
