Al primo piano di un palazzo d’epoca ricco di fascino, l’appartamento, molto grande e luminoso, è completamente ristrutturato è composto da una grande zona pranzo con camino originale e un comodo divano letto, un letto pieghevole,due camere da letto, due bagni - uno con doccia e l’altro con vasca- una cucina completamente attrezzata con lavastoviglie ,forno tradizionale e microonde, una zona studio e un ripostiglio.
A disposizione dei nostri ospiti :internet wi-fi, lavatrice, lavastoviglie, phon, ferro da stiro, spremiagrumi, caffettiera, carta igienica piccola biblioteca .

La maison des vacances “IL POZZO ” est située dans la partie médiévale de la très belle ville de Città Alta, à quelques pas de la célèbre place « Piazza Vecchia » , de l’Université, du théâtre « Teatro Sociale » et des cœur commerciale de shopping.

La maison est située au premier étape d’un palace d’époque très charmant ; il s’agit d’une habitation très grande et lumineux , totalement réaménagée et composée par une vaste séjour avec cheminée d’époque, un grand divan-lit , deux chambres de lit, deux bains, un avec douche et l’autre avec baignoire , une cousine avec tout l’équipement , lave-vaisselle et four, une angle d’étude et débarras. taxe de séjour non incluse

The apartment is situated at the first floor of an old mansions rich of charm. The flat is wide and bright and it has been completely renovated ; it is made up of a large dining room with an original chimney , a comfortable divan bed, two bedrooms, two bathrooms , one with shower and one with a bath, a completely furnished kitchen with dishwasher ,oven and microwave, study area and a store-room.
Our guests will have at disposal a internet wi-fi , washing machine, dishwasher, hairdryer, flatiron, toaster, citrus-fruit squeezer, coffeepot, bath and kitchen linens, small library,

Die Ferienwohnung “Il Pozzo”, die in der wunderbaren mittelalterlichen Altstadt gelegen ist, ist in der Nähe von Piazza Vecchia, den Herzen der Altstadt, der Universität, dem Stadttheater und dem Geschäftsviertel.
Im ersten Stock eines bezaubernden adligen Wohngebäudes liegt die gemütlich und funktionsgemäß erneuerte Wohnung.
Die helle Ferienwohnung besteht aus einem geräumigen Wohnzimmer mit einem Originalkamin und einem bequemen Schlafsofa, zwei Zimmern, zwei Bad räumen, ein Bad mit Dusche und eines mit Badewanne, einer vollständig eingerichteten Küche mit Geschirrspülmaschine und Backofen, einem kleinen Studio und einem Abstellraum.
Zusätzlich sind Flachbildfernsehen, Waschmaschine, Haartrockener, Bügeleisen, Toaster, Zitronenpresse, Kaffeemaschine, kleine Büchersammlung und ein Begrüßungsfrühstück mit Italienischen Produkten unseren Gästen zur Verfügung.
