Ein tolles Haus zum Entspannen

Das Haus, der Blick und der Pool waren einfach wunderbar. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die sehr gute Ausstattung der Küche. Es gab reichlich Geschirr und ansonsten hat auch nichts gefehlt. Das Grundstück ist sehr gut gepflegt und somit sehr gemütlich. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und somit ideal zum Ausruhen und Entspannen. Der Pool und die Wassertemperatur sind einfach ideal! Die Auffahrt zum Haus ist steil und sehr eng, aber so ist es eben in den Bergen und man gewöhnt sich schnell dran. Einen kleinen Punktabzug gibt es für die Sauberkeit. Im Großen und Ganzen war das Haus schon sauber, wenn man aber genauer in den Ecken geschaut hat, sah man schon sehr viel Staub, Spinnweben uä. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden wieder kommen! Die Hausbesitzer sind sehr nett, hilfsbereit und sehr daran interessiert, dass es den Mietern gut geht und an nichts fehlt.

Mooi en rustig gelegen villa, goed uitgerust en van alle comfort voorzien. Klopte volledig met de beschrijving en voldeed absoluut aan de verwachtingen. En super vriendelijke gastheer/-vrouw. Op een paar minuutjes met de auto zijn er supermarkten en een paar goede, tot zeer goede, restaurants. En niet te vergeten de Carrara groeve. Het vertrekpunt (La Spezia) voor een Cinque Terre tour is op minder dan een uurtje rijden.

Maison avec prestations de qualité et vue dégagée sur les montagnes

Accueil chaleureux par des propriétaires discrets et attentionnés. Les photos sont en-dessous de la réalité d’une propriété spacieuse, propre bien insonorisée et joliment décorée. Le très grand jardin est arboré avec goût. La piscine chauffée et sans chlore est suffisamment grande pour nager. Si vous souhaitez être tranquille sans voisin proche, cette location est idéale ! Un séjour en famille très agréable.

Superbe maison de tout confort. Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine en famille. Un grand merci aux propriétaires pour leur accueil et gentilles attentions. La maison est très bien située pour rayonner dans la région (Florence, Pise, Cinque terres,…). Nous recommandons à 100%.

Superbe Villa en Toscane

Nous avons passé un super séjour. Nos hôtes nous ont réservé un très bon accueil. La maison est vraiment très bien équipée et très confortable. Elle est entourée de vignes donc le calme et la sérénité sont au rendez-vous.

2 weken verblijf met gezin en kleine kindjes

Het huis is rustig gelegen tussen de wijngaarden. Echter de buurt nabijgelegen daar is niets te beleven .. altijd de auto nodig. De eigenaars van de woning wonen ook op het domein, zij hebben beneden hun verblijf gemaakt en de gastenwoning ligt boven hun. De eigenaars zijn heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam! Ik de tuin is alles aanwezig van bedjes en parasols zelfs speelgoed voor in het zwembad. Opletten voor het kleine vijvertje in de tuin.. (kleine kinderen) Voor mensen die moeilijk te been zijn is dit huis dan weer niet aan te raden omdat het pad van de parking naar het huis omhoog gaat en je dus treden moet doen.. s avonds zijn deze ook niet zo goed verlicht dus goed opletten dat je niet valt. En er is een wenteltrap naar boven waar dat de slaapkamers zich bevinden. We hebben genoten van de rustige omgeving en het mooie uitzicht. Kleine opmerkingen: - het zwembad mag mss vaker gekuist worden met de stofzuiger - gras was op week 2 redelijk hoog en zou tussendoor ook gemaaid mogen worden

Superbe villa avec vue exceptionnelle

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine. Maison très propre et agréable à vivre, propriétaires adorables et très discrets. Vue du jardin à couper le souffle, couchers de soleil qui resteront gravés dans nos têtes ! L’emplacement est parfait, 8 minutes du supermarché /pharmacie /pizzeria, à 45minutes de Pise, 1h30 de Florence et seulement 30minutes de LA SPEZIA pour le bateau pour les Cinq Terres…bref, le top!

Très agréable séjour!

Très bon accueil. Maison très agréable et très bien équipée : nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison. La maison est au calme. L'environnement est superbe. La piscine et le jardin sont trés agréables. Les visites aux alentours étaient super ( pise, les cinque terre ....). Merci pour ce séjour!

Super Unterkunft

Wir (4 Erwachsene und ein 10 Monate altes Baby) haben Anfang Juli eine Woche in diesem tollen Feriendomizil verbracht. Wir fühlten uns von Anfang an wohl, die ruhige Lage, das weitläufige Anwesen und der wunderschöne Ausblick laden zum Entspannen ein. Das Grundstück ist sehr gepflegt und schön angelegt. Zum Haus gehört ein großer Garten mit eigenem Pool. Das Haus ist in einem guten Zustand und sehr gut ausgestattet, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Vor Ort kamen uns die Räumlichkeiten und die ganze Anlage deutlich größer und noch schöner vor als auf den Bildern. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und hatten sehr schöne und erholsame Tage. Die Vermieter sind freundlich und stets erreichbar, falls Fragen aufkommen. Uns wurden sogar selbstgemachte Crepes vorbeigebracht. Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen.

L’endroit est magnifique ! Nous y avons passé une semaine de rêve, qui est passée trop vite à notre grand regret. La maison est spacieuse, propre et bien équipée. Elle est au calme mais à proximité de tout (magasins, mer, restaurants) Liviana et Léon sont adorables, très discrets mais disponibles si besoin. Ils nous ont préparé de très bonnes crêpes et ont été aussi de bon conseil pour la réservation d’un petit restaurant près de la mer. Nous y retournerons certainement !

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub in einer tollen Unterkunft

Wir waren mit zwei Familien (4 Erw. und 3 Kinder zwischen 10 Mon. und 3 Jahre) zu Gast bei Liviana Ratti und Ihrem Mann in Ihrem Ferienhaus mit toller Aussicht und eigenem privaten Pool. Das Haus ist gut in Schuss und wird laufend instand gehalten. Da es aber bewohnt ist, ist natürlich an der einen oder anderen Stelle eine Abnutzung zu sehen, aber das ist jammern auf hohem Niveau, da haben wir in Italien schon ganz andere Sachen erlebt in 4-5 Sterne Hotels. Die Aussicht auf den Pool und in das Tal ist gigantisch. Der Pool ist auf 26 Grad beheizt, bei uns mit Sonnenscheintagen aber meist zwischen 27 und 29 Grad warm. Also richtig gut zum planschen, schwimmen und relaxen. Das ganze Haus ist mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Die Küche ist top eingerichtet. Und es ist auch ein kleiner Vorrat an Gewürzen und Öl vorhanden. Der Weg zum Anwesen ist für deutsche Verhältnisse sehr schmal und mit diversen Schlaglöchern übersäht. Also langsam fahren und vor uneinsichtigen kurven darf gehupt werden. Sollte doch mal jemand entgegen kommen wir man sich schnell einig wer Rückwärt in die nächste Bucht fahren muss. 😉 Einkaufen ist kein Problem, ein kleiner Supermarkt ist in 5 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen, weitere grössere Supermärkte liegen im Umkreis von 5-8 km. Die Pizzerien Vorort sind alle sehr gut, ob nun zum Restaurantbesuch oder zum abholen. Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen und werden warscheinlich wiederkommen. Vielen Dank an die tollen Gastgeber, die immer schnell parat standen wenn doch mal eine Frage aufkam oder irgendwas nicht so funktionierte wie gedacht. Vielen herzlichen Dank.

Entspannung und Ruhe mit herrlichem Ausblick

Vorab: es waren elf sehr erholsame Tage in einem sehr komfortablen und gut ausgestatteten Haus mit einem tollen, exklusiv benutzbaren Pool, einem grandiosen Außenbereich und einem herrlichen Blick über Carrara, das südligurische Hinterland, die nordtoskanischen Wein- und die Mamorberge. Allein das Meer sieht man vom Haus aus nicht, aber das wäre dann wirklich auch zu viel des Guten und soll deshalb keinesfalls als Einschränkung des oben Gesagten verstanden werden. Die Gastgeber, die sozusagen völlig getrennt im Untergeschoss wohnen, sind sehr sehr freundlich, immer erreichbar und tun alles, damit man sich rundum erholen kann. Danke dafür! Die in einer anderen Bewertung gelesene Kritik, dass das Haus in die Jahre gekommen ist, konnten wir an der ein oder anderen Stelle zwar nachvollziehen, verglichen mit dem italienischen Standard - und wir haben schon mehr als 30 Sommerurlaube in verschiedenen Objekten in Italien verbracht - ist das jedoch Jammern auf sehr hohem Niveau, das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist wirklich gut. Das einzige, was uns nicht so gut gefallen hat, ist die Umgebung als solches. Carrara selbst, das benachbarte Massa (Arbeiterstädte) sowie deren jeweiligen Küstenstadtteile Marina di Carrara und Marina di Massa sind im italienischen Vergleich nicht wirklich schön. Und selbst der kilometerlange Sandstrand, den man nach einigen Minuten Fahrt durch industriegeprägte Straßen erreicht, entwickelt durch die fehlende Strandpromenade sowie die zahlreichen Strandbäder, die den Blick auf das Meer versperren, sofern man sich dort nicht teuer einkauft, bei weitem nicht den Charme wie beispielsweise die Sand-/Kiesstrände Liguriens. Letztlich konnten wir das aber verschmerzen, weil wir im und am Haus geblieben sind. Letztlich ist das Haus aus unserer Sicht absolut empfehlenswert, mit kleinen Einschränkungen für Italienneulinge (aus oben genannten Gründen) und Autofahrern ohne Erfahrung mit südländischen Bergstraßen.

Beautiful house! Unforgettable view!

Very comfortable and clean house. We were happy for the pool and the garden . Host couple are very kindly and helpful. The only small disadvantage of location is that you have to use a car to shop / go to a restaurant. But it only takes 5 minutes. We had a fantastic vacation!

Sehr großzügiges und gut ausgestattetes Objekt in ruhiger Lage

Ab vom Trubel sehr ruhiges und großzügiges Objekt in Alleinnutzung mit beheiztem Pool und gut ausgestattetem Innenbereich. Einiges ist in die Jahre gekommen und/oder bedarf mal einer gründlichen Reinigung. Aber insgesamt ein tolles Objekt für eine große Familie. Hinweis: genau neben dem Haus steht ein Strommast. Das wird auf den Bildern nicht ganz deutlich, stört aber auch nicht. Insgesamt sehr Empfehlenswert.

Wonderful accommodation in the vineyards / Wunderbare Unterkunft in den Weinbergen

It is a wonderful accommodation located in the middle of the vineyards. The house is perfect for a summer vacation and offers all imaginable amenities. It is equipped with insect screens on windows and also on some doors. Outdoor area: The outside area is large, wonderfully maintained and has a very large pool, which can be heated to 26 degrees if necessary. The pool is about 1.6 meters deep and long enough to swim 10 to 12 swimming strokes. The garden and the pool as well are situated on a mountain, so that you can enjoy a wonderful view into the valley. The garden is located in the middle of the vineyard. In the garden there are about 7 sunbeds, a huge parasol and a relax lounge. There is also a gas barbecue, which is directly connected to the gas pipe of the house, practical! House: The bedrooms are well kept and each room has a different theme. A baby crib is available and our daughter has felt very comfortable. The TV room is separated from the rest of the living room. The furniture in the whole house is designed for at least 6 persons. The kitchen is excellently equipped and is also suitable for large and elaborate cooking. There is also a storage room including a wine refrigerator. The highlight is the huge winter garden. It offers a view of the garden and pool area and has large sliding doors. There are also two large 'insect screen sliding doors', that provide the feeling of sitting outside with the advantage of no insects getting to you. We loved the winter garden. Every room in the house has an individual controllable AC. Landlord: The landlords are very friendly and easy to reach. They often gave us fruit and other delicacies from the garden, but at the same time remained completely unobtrusive. They are lovely people! Communication is best in French or Italian (for English or German a friend is available), but can also be done in writing through the Fewo-App. They usually answered within minutes. The beach: The sea is about 15 minutes away (by car). We gladly drove to the beach section at the 'Spiaggia libera Bagni Oasi Chiosco'. It is a free sand beach with the option of renting sunbeds and umbrellas. Shopping: Supermarket, restaurant, pizzeria, wine shop and butcher are at the foot of the mountain. About 15 minutes walking or 5 minutes by car. Directions: The house is located at the top of a mountain, which can be driven on both north and south. Be sure to take the northern route!
