Ich war nun das 3. mal dort und bin jedes mal überwältigt! Die Sicht ins Tal ist unbezahlbar und das Haus an sich sehr gepflegt, sauber und geräumig. Der Garten ist optimal zum relaxen, tagsüber sowie abends. Wer einen entspannten und stressfreien Trip plant, ist hier genau richtig!

Breathless views

The views are truly breathtaking and priceless. The house is extremely comfortable and big and it's close to many different attractions such as Venice and many restaurants. We will definitely return in the future.

We spent a wonderful week in the holiday house. Matteo, Lana and Gessie took good care of us 😊 The house is very well furnished and provides large space. The garden has a excellent view over the countryside. Thanks a lot for a great time. Hope to see you again

Delightful

Our party of 6 friends just spent a wonderful weekend at Matteo’s lovely house. We found it to be clean, well-appointed, and exceptionally comfortable. It’s walkable to town, but is on a quiet and private property surrounded by olive trees and beautiful views. Matteo was very responsive and easy to work with. We all agreed that would definitely choose to return to this house for another stay. There was room for all of us, the beds were comfortable, and we enjoyed relaxing by the fire. Highly recommended!

Many sorry’s of the owner

When we arrived we could not enter. The bell was not heard. We did not got from VRBO a telephone number of the owner. After an half hour we found the number on old box lying on the ground and we could enter and we could phone the owner. The heating was off, the TV does not work, the WIFI was very bad. So Much sorry, sorry that we named the owner als Mr. Sorry.

Villa altolocata circondata dal verde e da ulivi

Villa molto bella, situata su un colle, vista impagabile. Contornata di ulivi. Ottimo con i bambini per il grande spazio verde e la presenza di animali (asini, galline, cani). Host gentilissimo e affabile. La zona offre passeggiate, acque termali, visite culturali e ottimi ristoranti.

Natur - Kultur - Kulinarik - Gastfreundschaft

Im heißen Sommer 2022 waren wir drei Wochen hier und haben die Natur der euganeischen Hügel, Kultur und Kulinarik des Veneto sowie die herzliche Gastfreundschaft von Matteo genießen dürfen. Haus, Garten und Aussicht lassen keine Wünsche übrig! Als Gäste ist es gut, wenn man Offenheit für das Leben auf dem Land und auch mit den Tieren mitbringt, die Matteo rettet und beherbergt. Die beiden freundlichen Hirtenhündinnen passen gut auf alles auf, die drei Esel melden sich hin und wieder und manchmal wird man von einem Truthahn besucht. Das ist eine sehr charmante Alternative zum Leben in der Stadt und trägt hervorragend zur Entspannung bei. Wenn man Glück hat, kann man an einer geführten Eselwanderung teilnehmen oder tolle Produkte der Bio-Gemüsebäuerin Flora erstehen (das Ragù!). Der P&R-Parkplatz am Bahnhof Monselice erspart einem Autofahrten nach Padua, Venedig etc. Absolute Empfehlung für aufgeschlossene Städter:innen, sich ländlich zu erholen!

Traumhaftes Ferienhaus

Wundervolles Ferienhaus mit traumhaften Ausblick in die Olivenhaine und euganeischen Hügel! Sehr sauber und perfekt eingerichtet. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge nach Verona, Vendedig, Padua, Vicenza und die näheren Städte Monselice und Este sowie Wanderungen und Radtouren , aber auch zum einfach Entspannen im Garten in der Hängematte zwischen den Olivenbäumen. Matteo ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber! Er hat mit uns und seinen Eseln eine Wanderung gemacht und uns aus seinem Garten mit frischem Gemüse und Kräutern versorgt. Auch seine Tiere, die Hunde, Esel, Ziegen und Hühner haben uns alle das Gefühl gegeben herzlich willkommen zu sein. Einfach der perfekte Urlaub!

Holidayhouse vom Prinzip okay

Das Holidayhouse in Arqua Petrarca ist prinzipiell ein tolles, altes aber auch bereits modernisiertes Steinhaus auf einem schrägen Hügel In einem Olivenhain abseits des Centrums. Die Ausstattung des Ferienhauses ist fast perfekt. TV-Programme kommen leider nicht über Astra. Somit keinerlei deutsche Programme möglich. Die Zufahrt führt über eine sehr steile und für mache Autofahrer mehr als enge Gasse. Entgegen kommender Verkehr kann an manchen Stellen nur durch Rückwärtsfahren gemeistert werden. Doch in Italien wohl kein Manko. Im Ort gibt es mehrere Restaurants, die aber sinnvoller Weise bei hohen Außentemperaturen nur per Auto besucht werden sollten. Laut Matteo 20 bis 40 Minuten Fußweg down and up (ca.0,9KM Centrum) einplanen. Kostenpflichtige Parkplätze sind vorhanden. Einige Restaurants bieten gratis Parkplätze an. Lebensmittel Märkte gibt es im 6 KM entfernten Monselice. Die Zufahrt zum Ferienhaus ist durch 2 elektrische Tore gesichert. Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es auf einem Schotterweg oder am Grundstück, wo jedoch beim nächtlichen Rasen-Wässern auch das Auto gleich mitgewaschen wird. Matteo ist ein temperamentvoller, hilfsbereiter und sehr tierlieber Mensch, was ihn aber auch jeden Tag fordert. Seine beiden Hunde haben es sehr gut im Garten und Haus. Es sind liebe, italienische Schäferhunde, die sehr wachsam sind und auch schon mal zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit anschlagen, wenn sie Geräusche hören. Wir haben dies in unseren 14 Tagen Aufenthalt auch mache Nacht erleben dürfen. Weiterhin gibt es Hühner, Ziegen und Gänse auf dem Hof. Ab 23 Grad Außentemperatur veranstalten die Grillen In den Olivenbäumen ein unendliches Konzert. Dies muss man mögen. Ja, und wenn die Tages-Temperatur über 34 Grad steigt, dann muss man eine gute Konditionen und gesunden Schlaf besitzen. Ich möchte keine negative Reputation abgegeben, aber ich denke, dass einige Urlauber auch die ein oder anderen weniger erwarteten Gegebenheiten lesen möchten, besonders ältere oder nicht so sportliche Personen. Man bucht ja einen erholsamen und ruhigen Urlaub in einem Olivenhain, In einem schönen Haus mit tollem Blick ins Tal. Aber machen Sie sich doch selbst ein Bild. Wie heißt es so schön: Jeder Jeck ist anders und vielleicht gibt es ja Urlauber, die mit allem bestens zurecht kommen.....wir wünschen jedem neuen Gast im Holidayhouse bei Matteo eine wunderschöne Zeit. Ach ja, man kann ganz bequem von Monselice mit dem Zug nach Venedig fahren. 50 Minuten 13 € toll

Traumlage in einer Traumgegend

Die Lage des Hauses ist wunderschön mit genialem Ausblick in die euganäischen Hügel. Es liegt in einem Olivenhain hoch über Arquà Petrarca. Das Haus selbst ist großzügig und war in einem sehr gepflegten und sauberen Zustand. Wir haben den Standort als Ausgangspunkt fürs Golfspielen genutzt. 4 Golfplätze (alle im Leisurebreaks) in direkter Nähe. Weite 4 etwas weiter (bis zu 80 km) entfernt. Die Städte Venedig (6 Euro) und Padua (3,5 Euro) können via Zug schnell und billig über das 6 km entfernte Monselice (mit P&R) erreicht werden. Der Gastgeber Matteo ist angenehm, sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und hat uns viele Tipps gegeben. Besonders empfehlenswert: die Produkte (Oliven- und Weinprodukte sowie Cremes) der „Evo del Borgo“ in Arquà, sowie die köstlichen Spirituosen (Maraschido, Sambuca, …) von Luxardo in der Ortschaft Torreglia. Falls man Essen gehen will, braucht man Arquà Petrarca nicht zu verlassen. Jede Menge Restaurants der verschiedenen Preisklassen. Wir sind im „San Marco“ am oberen Marktplatz hängen geblieben. Selbstgemachte „bigoli cacio e pepe“, einfach sensationell und günstig. Auch die Pizzas sind zu empfehlen. Vielen Dank für die wunderbaren 2 Wochen, wir freuen uns schon auf das nächste Mal. Ein absolut gelungener Urlaub

Das Haus ist wunderschön, perfekt sauber und gepflegt und hat problemlos Platz für bis zu 6 Personen. Es liegt in einem Olivenhain hoch über Arquà Petrarca und bietet einen tollen Ausblick. Es eignet sich perfekt für Wanderungen in den euganäischen Hügeln oder für Besuche in den nahegelegenen Städten wie Verona, Venedig oder Padua. Der Gastgeber Matteo ist super, sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und hat uns viele Tipps gegeben. Den Kindern hat besonders der Kontakt zu den Tieren gefallen (Hunde, Ziegen, Esel, Hühner,…). Traumhafte Lage in den Hügeln von Arqua Petraca

Schönes Ferienhaus in den euganeischen Hügeln, sehr großzügiges Haus über zwei Stockwerke, Alleinlage mit tollem Garten hoch über Arqua Petrarca - fantastischer Blick in die Berge und Ebene. Restaurants um die Ecke. Viele Ausflugsziele in der Umgebung, sehr schön ist Padua, aber auch Vicenza und natürlich Venedig …Matteo ist ein netter, sehr unkomplizierter Vermieter. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt!

Hi, with a lot of joy we stayed in de Matteo’s house. The house is spacious with multiple bathrooms and bedrooms, and a great kitchen and outdoor bbq. Groot huis boven op berg

Ruime woning met grote tuin dichtbij bezienswaardigheden in oa Padua, Vicenza, Venetië. Goede wandelmogelijkheden in de buurt. Keuken is wat rommelig met kookgerief dat hier en daar aan vervanging toe is. Hoewel rustig gelegen toch wel wat omgevingsgeluid van tractoren, activiteit in de vallei. Niet echt storend behalve als je op zoek bent naar de "echte" rust. Nachten waren rustig. Jonge hond van eigenaar komt regelmatig op bezoek ==> als je niet gewend bent aan honden zoals wij minder prettig.

Une grande et belle maison au calme dans un environnement verdoyant

Située dans les collines euganéennes, la location de Matteo est une belle et grande maison dans un superbe jardin qui offre des vues exceptionnelles et permet de se reposer au calme, à l’ombre des oliviers. Le village à proximité est charmant. Cette location est idéalement située pour découvrir toutes les richesses de la région : Venise, Padoue, Vicenza, Vérone, le lac de Garde... Matteo est un hôte très gentil, attentif, attentionné et discret. Nous conseillons cette maison les yeux fermés, nous y avons passé de très bonnes vacances.

Traumhafte Lage oberhalb des Dorfes mit Blick auf die Ebene und einigen der colli euganei. Die Villa in jeder Hinsicht picobello. Sehr geräumig. Herrliche Ruhe inmitten von Olivenhainen. Matteo wohnt nebenan. Sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und diskret.

Wunderbares Haus in einer schönen landschaftlichen Gegend

Ferienhaus sehr gut eingerichtet, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Nähe, wie Padua, Verona, Arquà petrarca. Selbstverleugnung unkompliziert möglich, durch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, ausreichend gute Restaurants, mit dem Zug nach Venedig zu empfehlen.

Rustig gelegen mooie villa met veel privacy Het uitzicht vanuit de mooie tuin en vanaf het terras is overweldigend mooi De eigenaar Matteo is erg vriendelijk en heeft veel folders en tips over de omgeving De bedden zijn prima Arqua Petrarca is een charmant middeleeuws plaatsje De omgeving van de Colli Euganei is prachtig Verona, Padua en Venetie zijn goed te bereiken, ook per trein We hebben genoten in de villa van Matteo Augustus 2018 Nico & Marleen

Nice view and good host

We had a lovely stay at the house. It is located in a beautiful part of Italy. Nice and clean as well. Because of super hot weather we did miss AC. Host Matteo is very kind and helpful. We can recommend this for family use.

agréable séjour

Excellent service de Matteo, le propriétaire de la maison. Excellent endroit pour relaxer avec une vue des collines et de la vallée. Légèrement en retrait du très beau village d'Arqua Petrarca. Mérite le détour.

High quality house in a beautiful location

The house had everything we needed for our two week stay. The views were stunning over the countryside and the children enjoyed lazing in the hammock. An ideal base for exploring the region. Matteo was very helpful with information and advice when needed, very welcoming, we enjoyed the mushroom risotto he provided when we were having a barbecue one night. We had a lovely holiday here.

Beautiful house in a stunning setting

This house is situated on a hill with amazing views over the local countryside. Inside the house is very well equipped and is finished to a very high standard. We visited Venice and Padua from here and both were easy to get to. We drove to Padua but took a train to Venice and parked at the local train station. The children enjoyed playing golf around the garden and lazing in the hammock.The owner is very friendly and helpful with lots of local advice.
