Un lieu de séjour à recommander

Superbe villa spacieuse où nous avons tous (19 personnes de 2 à 69 ans) passé une très belle semaine. Les enfants tout comme les adultes ont bien profité de la grande terrasse, de la piscine et de la magnifique vue. Parmi les autres points positifs, citons la réactivité d’Emanuele à nos questions, son accueil, la tranquillité des lieux… Quelques points à améliorer selon nous: la qualité de certains lits qui laisse à désirer et l’absence de climatisation qui empêche de passer des nuits reposantes quand il fait fort chaud, surtout à l’étage qui n’a pu être utilisé pour cette raison.

Villa Chiara the perfect holiday home

We were the whole family with parents, children and grandchildren, in total19 persons. This house is perfect for everyone and every age, with a lot of facilities. The booking was safe and the owner was very fothcoming and serviceminded. We will deeply recommend it, and we will come back, I am sure. /Stig F

We arrived in the beginning of September. The House is very beautiful, with a superb Sightseeing on the Mediteranean Sea. the owner is very nice and did everything that our stay is a success. The installation is very practical and adapted for big numbers (we were 20 peolpe). Very nice place, we recommend it warmly.

Großes Haus in tolles Lage

Das große Haus war perfekt geeignet für unsere große Gruppe. Die Lage war super und der Blick war herrlich. Die große Terrasse bzw. der Garten waren toll für die Kinder. Es hätte sauberer sein können und in der Küche war die Ausstattung ziemlich zusammen gewürfelt und nicht immer in kompletter Anzahl vorhanden.

Diese Villa eignet sich fabelhaft für eine größere Gruppe. Sie hat großzügige Außenanlagen, viele Zimmer, Küchen und Bäder. Die Aussicht und die Ruhe sind herrlich. Wir drücken ein Auge zu, dass hier und da eine Klospülung undicht war oder die zweite Geschirrspülmaschine nicht funktionierte etc. Der technische Zustand entspricht dem für die Gegend üblichen Standard würden wir sagen.

Italienisches Flair mit Abstrichen

Sehr schön gelegen im Hinterland von Andora, mit tollem Ausblick. Wir waren eine große Familie und es war genug Platz für alle. Die Einrichtung ist schon etwas abgewohnt und es bedarf ein paar Reparaturen und Renovierungen, aber wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Der Pool (Durchmesser 6 m) war gut. Toller Pizzaofen im Aussenbereich. Große gut ausgestattete Küche mit großem Gasherd. Jedoch hatten wir ein echtes Ameisenproblem. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es fallen nochmal Nebenkosten (Strom, Wasser, Gas etc.) von ca. 10% des Mietpreises an. Zum Strand sind es ca. 15 Minuten Fahrweg. Die Strände an der Küste sind privatisiert und es fallen zusätzlich Kosten für die Liegen/Schirme an! Es ist schwierig einen frei zugänglichen Strand zu finden an dem man nicht wie die Sardinien nebeneinander liegt.

Great House with beautiful view

Really great house with all You need for a great vacation. The house is well equipped and very spacious. The terrace is huge with plenty of areas to relax or play games beside the large dining area. The owners were very nice and both welcome and departure was done by the owners themselves which made it a very good experience. We would definitely like to stay in the house again.

Magnifique propriété,seul bémol la maison à l’intérieur n’est pas très bien entretenue,(comme pomme de douche non détartrée siège WC défectueux manque bouchon pour benoire,ainsi la suite! Heureusement la vue et l’endroit est magnifique

Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Lage sensationell. Viel Platz im Außenbereich. Großer Pool, großer Grill und genialer Pizza-Ofen vorhanden. Sehr große, sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Raum über der Kuppel etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, dafür vom Bett aus Blick zum Hafen in Marina di Andora. Alles nicht mehr ganz neu aber völlig OK. Absolut ideal für (kleine) Kinder. (Wir waren 8 Erwachsene und 9 Kinder zwischen 8 Jahren und 2 Monaten. Alle waren begeistert).

Pinuccia and Emanuele are great hosts, it was easy to get informations before our stay and during the stay they were really helpful when we had some questions. The house is very big, and cosy.

Great outside, tired inside

We stayed at Villa Chiara for 3 weeks. Overall our experience was positive and we had fun but there were certainly some disappointments along the way. Firstly, the house. It’s a big house high on a hillside with plenty of privacy. The pool is clean and refreshing and the barbecue and pizza oven are good fun. There’s a supermarket 15 mins away and lots of small towns and beaches nearby. However, the house and its furniture are showing their age. The power goes out when more than one appliance is used. Several mattresses were tired and sagging, the sofas were worn and uncomfortable, and the dining room chairs were either missing or falling apart (despite having 20 beds there were only 6 or 7 usable dining chairs). There are broken things languishing everywhere — the electric coffee machine doesn’t work, the kitchen scales don’t work, several stopped clocks were hanging around, all of the fireplace tools were broken, the kitchen drawers are wonky and awkward, several light bulbs were blown, etc. There is a general air of gradual decay and lacking maintenance. Secondly, cleanliness and housekeeping. The house was clean on the surface but there was a lot of accumulated dirt. A coffee pot with who-knows-how-old stale coffee. Dirty, crumb-filled tablecloths. Mouldy bathrooms and shower curtains. A leaky toilet. We knew in advance that we needed to bring bedsheets and towels but we did not expect to not find a single toilet roll, bar of soap/bottle of hand wash or tea towel in the house. We do not object to buying these items as we use them but to find basic sanitary items missing was really frustrating. Providing a few toilet rolls would go a long way. Emanuele did rectify a lot of these issues when we raised them. He organised three new mattresses, a new washing machine when the old one broke down, and extra cleaning. He tried hard to make us comfortable. That said, we felt that the house wasn’t up to our modest expectations and we would not book again.

Haus und Mobiliar wirken ungepflegt: Unsaubere Zimmer, schmutzige Kopfkissen, Brosamen in den Küchenschubladen, fetttriefender Küchendampfabzug, durchgesessene, schmuddelige Polstergruppen, Liegestühle ohne Auflagen, Outdoor-Stühle z.T. ohne Kissen u. gerissener Sitzfläche, Kühlschränke mit gebrochenen Flaschenablagen, Temperaturregelung Hauptkühlschrank in Küche nicht möglich da Drehknopf gebrochen, etc. Schade, dass man eine so grosszügiges Haus (Anzahl Schlaf- und Nassräume) an ruhiger Lage mit wunderbarer Aussicht so verkommen lässt.

Pragtfuld hus med vidunderlig udsigt

Dejligt hus til mange mennesker. Vi var 19 mennesker- hele familien i alderen 8 til 77, og havde det superskønt med god plads. Emanuele var utrolig hjælpsom, da en af vores biler havde problemer. Han ringede rundt og fik fat i et værksted, der kunne lave bilen. En meget fin gestus af ham. Der var bordtennis, hvilket var et stort hit samt en swimmingpool, som ikke var så stor, men fungerede fint. Overalt kunne man finde skygge og læ, hvis det regnede.Alt ilt et dejligt ophold.

Ausblick und Größe der Villa ist super

Grundsätzlich ist das Haus gut ausgestattet. Sogar Gewürze, Salz und Zucker sind vorhanden. Es fehlte lediglich eine große Kaffeemaschine für 10+ Personen (Espresso Kocher vorhanden). Die Ausstattung ist jedoch etwas in die Jahre gekommen (z.B. die Spülmaschine funktioniert nur mittelmäßig) und daher ziehe ich einen Stern ab. Wir (8 erwachsene und 7 Kinder) haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten viel Spaß. Es war genug Platz für alle, sodass es keinen Stress gab. Ich würde die Villa jederzeit weiterempfehlen

A large villa with sufficiënt Number of rooms all om groundfloor

After A long road with lots of curves up the Hill we arrived at A good looping villa with great outdoor spaces The rooms were spacious and A large kitchen was available. The only thing we missed was A watercooker and A coffee machine THE villa was very secluded so we did not bother any of the neighbours. The beaches nearby were lovely only parking was A problem. Shopping in the villages was A nice experiance. All in all we would-be recommend A stay in this great villa.

Viel Platz,aussen,viel Raum in einer großen Gemeinschaftsküche,Ruhig in einem alten Olivenhaine

Wir hatten mit 14 Personen unterschiedlichen Alters weil jeder einzelne und auch jede Familie durch die Großzügigkeit des Anwesens das machen konnte was ihm gefiel. Die Einrichtung ist einfach ,Matratzen von verschiedenster Qualität,aber wir waren glücklich dort .Die Vermieter waren freundlich und bemüht gemeldete Defekte schnell zu beheben.

Ein wunderschön gelegenes großes Ferienhaus, bestens geeignet für große Gruppen

Wir waren 4 Familien mit Kindern und hatten in diesem großen Haus alle sehr komfortabel Platz. Das Haus ist mit allem sehr gut ausgestattet, was man für einen Ferienaufenthalt mit einer großen Gruppe braucht. Die Hausherrin hat uns freundlich empfangen und uns das Haus gründlich gezeigt und alles erklärt. Für Fragen war sie jederzeit erreichbar. Das Haus liegt wunderschön in den Hügeln über Andora und bietet einen wunderbaren Blick aufs Meer.

Would definitely return

The property suited our group plenty of room for all, children had plenty of safe area to play in. couple of minor niggles with the propertybut did not impact on the holiday Emanuele was very helpful We would recommend this place.
