Lovely house in Lake Como

The house is in a beautiful location and very clean, and wee equiped. Favio was very helpful and lives nearby so always available to help if needed. Walks very close to hand, but you need to be fit. Overall a delightful place to stay

Wonderful setting

The house and property are wonderful. We really loved Lierna, as it is much less crowded and curated than the more touristic cities around the lake. The house is in a large and beautiful garden and view is incredible. The patios were really great, and having a garage (we were with our baby) was very useful. The house is great,the rooms were perfect, the bathroom very big, the kitchen and dining room perfect for what we needed. Favio was very nice and answered all and any questions qe had. We highly recommend this property and would love to go back !

Lierna

Had an amazing time in italy. The property is fantastic and had everything we required. The views are amazing as you can see on the pictures. It is a bit of a walk to the centre and is a steep walk back to the villa. The owners are great and catered for a couple of things we needed. I would certainly recommend this property to anyone.

Amazing lake view and garden

Thank you Favio, we really enjoyed our holidays in your house. The lake can be seen from almost each room in the house! The garden is perfect for children and relaxing afternoons. Only the walking distance to the city of Lierna is quite long. Nice place!

Beautiful villa with great view

This villa is more than functional and tastefully decorated. The view of the lake from the house and the great garden is magnificent and Favio is an exceptional host. We were very happy to be able to bring our dogs. We enjoyed the stay very much!

Fantastic stay in Lierna

Firstly may I say what an absolute gentleman Favio is. I booked the property a couple of years ago, to visit the Moto Guzzi 100 year anniversary with friends and family. Obviously with the Covid issues, it was delayed. Favio kept in constant communication, reassuring me all was well. On arriving at the villa in September 2022, we found a beautiful property, with views of the lake and the mountains to the rear. Favio met us, and showed us around the villa. Absolutely amazing. The villa was spotless, and the facilities were excellent. (I think it must have the best view from the loo that i have ever seen 😊) I must admit, we did find it a little difficult to locate when travelling back and forth on the motorcycles, but we finally got it😁. My family flew in a couple of days later, and were truly impressed with the property. The morning after we arrived, we found a large basket of grapes left on the table outside, and when my family arrived, we found that a basket of pastries had been left for us. It is little things like this that really make an impression. The walk down to the train station is a little bit of a hike, and taxis are scarce, so transport may be advisable..., we used the motorcycles to shuttle the family back from the station when we returned from the Moto Guzzi rally. Did I mention the garage..huge, and very secure. Happy to leave our bikes in there. All in all a superb property and a fantastic host. Not overbearing, but was there when you needed him. No complaints whatsoever. (A word of advice though.. When the weather is a little damp, as with everywhere, it does seem to bring the midges out, so don't forget your Autan midge repellent😊) Many thanks for our fantastic visit Favio. Saluti 👍😎

Schönes Haus hoch über dem See

Sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus mit großer Rasenfläche. Sehr schöne Aussicht auf den See. Das Haus liegt weit oben im Ort, einige Straßen sind recht schmal. Es empfiehlt sich, bei Tageslicht anzureisen, da nicht ganz einfach zu finden, wenn man sich noch nicht auskennt. Große Doppelgarage. Das Grundstück ist durch ein elektrisches Tor gesichert.Der Gastgeber war bei Bedarf jederzeit erreichbar. Der Ort Lierna ist nicht unbedingt der attraktivste Ort am See. Dennoch haben wir und unser Hund uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Faires Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Einfach wunderbar

Dass wir für das nächste Jahr schon wieder gebucht haben, dürfte als Bewertung aussagekräftig genug sein. Zwei Hinweise: Das Haus wirkt viel größer, als es die angegebene Quadratmeterzahl vermuten lässt. Bitte folgen Sie dem Navi nicht, wenn es Sie bei der Anreise durch eine sehr enge Gasse führen möchte. Es gibt eine große und bequeme Straße von der Ortsmitte aus!

Unvergessliche Tage am Comer See

Wir hatten eine unbeschreiblich schöne Woche am Comer See. Wir waren das erste Mal dort und werden mit Sicherheit wiederkommen. Wir erlebten dort freundliche und hilfsbereite Einheimische, die so sind wie die gesamte Umgebung des Comer See, Bellissimo !! Hervorzuheben ist dieses kleine Stück Paradies in Lierna, wo wir unsere Unterkunft und Ruheoase hatten und welches von Favio und seiner Familie gehegt und gepflegt wird. Favio ist ein sehr netter, freundlicher und sympahtischer Gastgeber, der einem hilft und alles macht damit man sich wohl fühlt. Wir werden mit Sicherheit wieder Gast bei Favio werden. Ciao Favio, Ciao Italy!

Ein schöner Ort

Wir waren das zweite Mal in diesem schönen Ferienhaus und hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Favio ist ein toller freundlicher Vermieter. Wir können dieses Haus und den Ort nur weiterempfehlen. Wer Ruhe und eine schöne Umgebung sucht, ist hier sehr gut aufgehoben. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Einfach klasse,

Sowohl das Ferienhaus wie auch der Gastgeber einzigartig. Es gibt tatsächlich nichts, was man vermissen würde Bis auf eine Küchenmaschine gibt es alles in, und wer braucht die im Urlaub????? Beide SZ und beide Bäder bestens, Sauberkeit super, die Küche komplett eingerichtet mit Spülmaschine Backofen, Induktionsherd, zusätzlich Mikrowelle, Kapselmaschine, Toaster etc. Terrasse komplett möbliert mit einer Superaussicht auf den See. Vom Gastgeber gab es zur Begrüßung und während des Urlaubs kleine essbare Geschenke, die uns die regenreiche Woche verkürzten, sehr aufmerksam. Da es so viel regnete war unser Programm etwas sparsam, ist aber ein Grund alles zu wiederholen. Die Anfahrt zum Haus durchs Dorf erfordert mit Cabrio rechtes Augenmerk, nicht nur viele, zT tiefe Schlaglöcher, sondern auch jede Menge "Kamelbuckel", die wegen der Höhe zum Teil versetzt angefahren werden müssen um nicht aufzusetzen. Das ist aber das einzige Manko, alles andere wunderschön.

Favio ist ein toller Vermieter! Super Haus in einer sensationellen Lage! Doppelgarage, großes Wiesengrundstück, super clean, 2 Duschen 2 Toiletten; geschmackvolles Interieur- besonders im 1. Stock. Einfach mehr als perfekt. Auch die Hunde fanden es toll. Wir mieten wieder.

Traumhafte Lage

Wir wurden von Favio, dem Hausbesitzer mit Pasta, Sauce und ital. . Keksen willkommen geheißen. Das Haus ist modern eingerichtet, die Küche verfügt über alles, was man braucht. Die Badezimmer sind modern eingerichtet, die Schlafzimmer groß, es gibt ausreichend Staumöglichkeiten. Das Grundstück ist wunderschön, sehr groß und bietet viel Platz für Familien und Hund. In Lierna leben fast in jedem Haus Hunde und unser Hund freute sich auf den Gassirunden über die neuen Bekanntschaften . Wir können das Haus empfehlen!!!

Das Haus steht auf einem schönen großen Grundstück, mit einer wundervollen Aussicht auf dem See. Es gibt viele schöne Wanderwege und ein Bäcker in ca. 200 m Entfernung. Der Inhaber ist sehr nett und wohnt nebenan. Gerne wieder.

Villa mit Seeblick

Schönes Haus mit allem was man braucht und dazu noch eine Garage. Absolute Highlight ist der Blick vom Bett aus , egal ob Morgens oder Abends . Super Gastgeber , aufmerksam ( mein Geburtstag), nett und stets ansprechbar.

mooi huis mooie locatie

Het huis is er mooi, top uitzicht over het meer. Alles was netjes en er is ruimte genoeg in en om het huis. Ideaal is de inpandige parkeerplaats. Airco en internet werkten prima. Het huis ligt vrij hoog in het dorp. 15 min naar het meer en terug zeker 20 min ivm de berg die je op moet. Met de auto is geen optie omdat er weinig parkeergelegenheden zijn aan het meer. Ook naar de supermarkt is een hele wandeling.

Magnifieke locatie

Magnifieke rustige plek met idem uitzicht. Super attente gastheer. Volledig huis. Mooie wandelroutes direct vanuit het huis. 5 minuten loopafstand naar het meer. Aanrader!
