Da una strada in prossimità della Basilica di S. Pietro, attraverso una porticina su strada, si entra in uno spazio dove l’effetto meraviglia è assicurato.
Chi sceglie questa abitazione alloggerà comodamente all’ interno di un open-space di 120 mq, suddiviso su due livelli (livello strada e livello corte interna) dove gli spazi ingresso, salone, cucina e notte, si fondono in un "unico grande ambiente" (solo le sale da bagno sono chiuse).
Due grosse porte finestre ad arco conducono ad una piccola corte condominiale esterna.
Lo spazio è stato appena ristrutturato.
Troverete un’oasi di tranquillità e silenzio in pieno centro.
Un particolare divertente, la scala di collegamento tra i due piani è in metallo ed è stata recuperata dalla dismissione di una nave traghetto.
Il Loft è dotato di aria condizionata caldo freddo, scaldabagno elettrico, lavatrice, WI-FI, Tv 40 pollici, Netflix, ferro da stiro, asciugacapelli, cucina attrezzata a vista con tutti gli elettrodomestici nuovi.

Meraviglioso!

Meraviglioso!

Il loft è bellissimo: pulito, grande, comodo, funzionale...assolutamente perfetto! Marco e Fabienne sono stati carinissimi, gentili e disponibili. Ci tornerei!

Perfetto!

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana presso il loft 107. Tutto come previsto, pulito, ordinato, dotato di ogni comfort. La zona è molto comoda, ci sono tutti i servizi, supermercati, ristoranti e negozi. La metro è proprio sotto casa. Il proprietario Marco è una persona disponibile e gentilissima, si è mostrato ospitale fin dal primo momento e si è preoccupato per tutta la durata del soggiorno che tutto proseguisse al meglio. Non vediamo l'ora di tornarci! Grazie Marco!!

Massima disponibilità

Ho soggiornato presso il Loft 107 una settimana. È andato tutto per il meglio, sin da subito abbiamo avuto massima disponibilità da parte di Marco, il proprietario che ci ha spiegato tutto nei minimi dettagli e ci ha fatto subito sentire come fossimo a casa nostra. Il loft è veramente dotato di ogni comfort, pulito, arredato finemente e con gusto. La zona è molto comoda, in 10 minuti a piedi si raggiunge piazza San Pietro, è ben servita, ci sono ristoranti, bar, supermercati e negozi. E la metropolitana è proprio sotto casa. Ci tornerò non appena avrò l'occasione! Grazie Marco per la tua gentilezza, a presto!

Stylish Loft

What a cool space! The loft is a converted commercial space on the lower level of a residential building and the design and decorating are modern and unique. The master bedroom window is at street level, so we ended up sleeping in the lower bedroom and that worked out well for us. We couldn't have picked a better neighborhood - so close to the Vatican, lively but not too busy. Having access to a washing machine was a real plus too. Marco was a wonderful host - he met us for check-in, provided the info we needed and tips on dining, transportation, etc.

A Very Special Place

We returned to this property because it is perfection. The accommodations, the hosts, the proximity to wonderful restaurants and patisseries, with public transportation right at the corner, make this place an absolute gem. The apartment is lovely: the outdoor space and the beautifully appointed details make it tempting to just stay and relax, but Rome beckons! And when you have explored her many treasures, the apartment welcomes you back home at the end of the day. Perfetto!

Solo puedo dar gracias por tan amable acogida. Nos explicaron con un mapa los recorridos que podiamos hacer, los sitios donde podiamos comer... nos escribian para saber si todo iba bien o necesitabamos algo... super antentos y amable en todo momento. El piso increiblemente precioso, elegante, comodo, limpio... Estoy segura que si volvere a Roma elegire de nuevo este apartamento.

Perfect Loft!

Loft 107 was exactly what we were looking for! The check in process was excellent! Marco and his wife met us there and walked us through everything we needed to know about our stay. They recommended restaurants, shopping and grocery stores.The location was is excellent. Outside of the main tourist attractions but a short walk to the metro and some really good restaurants!The loft is spacious and extremely clean. We highly recommend this for any family looking for a place to spread out and relax after a long day of sight seeing!

Perfect Getaway

Marco and Fabienne were fabulous hosts. Our train arrived early and we got lost trying to find their place. They were very patient with us as our GPS was not working. The apartment was so much better than the pictures online! Their attention to detail was incredible - they are both amazingly creative! We especially enjoyed the garden space. The location was convenient and the nearby restaurants were wonderful! Rome was our 1st stop on a 2 week week tour of Italy. What a great way to begin our adventures in Italy!

One of our favorite VRBO's ever!

Marco was an outstanding host. We have never had such a thorough welcome. We caught an earlier train than anticipated and he was very accommodating with the time change. Much appreciated! He walked us through the apartment and showed us how to work everything. He then gave an overview and written instructions to favorite restaurants in the neighborhood, and direction for things to do. He familiarized us with the overall layout of the city. We had been to Rome before but never in that particular area. Plus, Rome is obviously a big city. When he was done, we really had a good idea regarding general directions. The apartment is beautifully decorated and the furniture is comfortable. The bed was comfortable, showers good with plenty of hot water and strong water pressure. There is a nice large patio in back which we really enjoyed. The whole apartment is airy and roomy. The wifi was good and netflix was included. Truly one of our favorite VRBO's. Highly recommend.

Amazing Apartment....Amazing Hosts!

Our stay exceeded all of our expectations. The location was a short walk to the Vatican and very near the Metro. The apartment beautiful with lots of space for our family of four. The kitchen is very well equipped and having a clothes washer was a huge bonus. Marco communicated well with us prior to our arrival and then gave us a great tour of the apartment as well as information about the area. We had a wonderful stay. Grazie Marco!

Great property in a great location

Ideal property for us--two adults and two nine year olds. Prati is close to public transport and an easy walk to the Vatican but is not in the middle of the core tourism hustle and bustle. The layout of the loft was great for us--kids had their own space, but we could still keep an eye on them. The loft is beautifully designed--mix of traditional and very modern. Everything is mindful and well-executed. Everything is quality--from the appliances to the linens and towels. A/C worked great, which was very much appreciated during the hot Roman summer. Marco was a great host, staying late to share tips on everything from transport to dining options. Nespresso in the kitchen! Overall, a great experience.

Great Location

We liked the house very much. It was located in a good location. Metro station is less than 5 min to walk and there are many restaurants and shops near the house that you can go for a meal or getting waters etc. The host was very informative that we got a lot of good information from him that we could not get from Google search.

Wonderful discovery

Marco’s loft is an absolute find! Beautifully decorated, comfortable, clean, great light. It is a short walk to the Vatican and located in a gorgeous neighbourhood with lots of local restaurants and cafes (not tourist traps). I would highly recommend this spot.

A Wonderful Experience

Not only was the property absolutely first class but the hosts Marco and Fabienne made the stay so much better. The property shows all the signs of flair that only two architects can provide. Everything to make the stay perfect was provided and excellent communication with the host made it all work even better. The property is located in a quieter neighbourhood, allowing a feeling that we were amongst local Romans and removed from the throng of tourists. But not far from all of the Rome attractions, especially when local transportation is utilised.

Magnificent loft in the heart of Rome!

Everything you may have read about this amazing loft in the heart of Rome is true and then some! The loft is a treasure hidden behind a small wooden door less than a twenty minute walk to Vatican City. My sister and I stayed for seven nights as we toured Rome and the Italian Open Tennis Tournament. We have stayed in many different rental properties over the past 15 years and this loft is tied for first place. The hosts are friendly and welcoming and of course very knowledgeable about the city. They gave us a detailed tour of their beautiful property and made us girls from Northern Ontario feel right at home. The loft has everything you need for a relaxing stay and the space is so thoughtfully designed and decorated it is obvious that care and comfort are key components. The loft is close to Vatican City, markets, many top tourist attractions and cafes, restaurants, shopping etc… Public transportation is one block away. All appliances are high end and in good working condition. The small courtyard is peaceful and private. The beds are very comfortable and both bathrooms well stocked and very clean. The dining and living space are cohesive and again decorated beautifully with antiques and artworks. You will NOT be disappointed if you and your friends/family rent this incredible space for a memorable visit to this iconic city. Thank you!

Elegant Apartment and Great Host

Overall the apartment is more than advertised! Very clean, elegant, spacious, updated and in great working order. Marco met us at the apartment, even though we were late. Took the extra time to show us how everything worked and gave us an orientation of Rome. Highly recommend the property and Marco, the host.

Unforgettable!

From the moment our charming host, Marco ushered us through the tiny door on the sidewalk, we were dazzled by Loft 107! The space was full of artful surprises, thoughtful design ideas and wonderful amenities. Comfortable beds, couches and chairs, (and blankets!) great showers, a fabulous, modern kitchen and magical outdoor space. The brilliant layout of levels offered privacy with 4 of us, while maintaining a great communal feeling. All this, AND such a warm and genuine welcome by Marco and Fabienne - who made us laugh and gave us such great guidance for our first, but hopefully not last trip to glorious Rome! We actually felt homesick when we left!

Magnificent stay - highest marks!

Marco was a superb host and his home was outstanding. He met us at 7:30 in the evening, great communication guiding us there from the train station via the Metro. He spent lots of time showing us his apartment and then sat us down at the table and pulled out maps to show us the area and give us some dining options in the neighborhood. Marco is super friendly and helpful! The apartment itself is wonderful. Marco and his wife Fabienne are architects and have done an amazing job decorating the place. Great attention to detail along with lovely style. The beds were very comfortable with nice sheets. It's surprisingly rare for places to get this right but Marco and Fabienne did! The kitchen is very well outfitted if you like to cook. We only made breakfast and warmed some leftovers but everything was top-notch for this. The neighborhood is excellent. It's close enough to the historic sites that we walked everywhere but it's removed enough from the crowds that you feel like you're coming home to a real neighborhood. Lots of restaurants/cafes a stone's throw from the apartment. For the icing on the cake, Marco and Fabienne came by on our last night with their daughter and her friend. They brought some dessert and we all had a lovely time chatting for a while. Our teenage kids were gabbing away with the local kids while my wife and I got to know Marco and Fabienne. They're all wonderful! Can't wait to return!!

Marco nous a accueillies chaleureusement et nous a donné beaucoup d’informations et de très bonnes références pour les restaurants. Il est toujours accessible et disponible. L’appartement est super, très agréable à vivre et sa localisation est parfaite, le quartier super! Nous avons tout fait à pied en partant de l’appartement. Pour notre prochain séjour à Rome, c’est notre destination privilégiée.
