Affascinante loft vacanze a Rio nell'Elba

L'appartamento si trova proprio nel centro dell' antico borgo di Rio nell'Elba, di epoca rinascimentale, a due passi dalla piazza principale, vicino a tutti i servizi e locali del borgo, pur trovandosi in una strada molto tranquilla.
Quattro comodi parcheggi sono situati nelle immediate vicinanze.

L’ingresso, sul piano strada, dà su una scala in pietra con una volta a botte ribassata in cotto, delimitata da archi in mattoni che dà direttamente sulla zona giorno, posta al primo piano. Entrando, c'è un grande soggiorno, soppalcato con travi a vista, con un divano-letto (matrimoniale) e una
cucina completamente attrezzata.

La distribuzione degli spazi e gli arredi sono stati pensati per accogliere comodamente fino a 6 persone.
Sono infatti disponibili due camere matrimoniali (piano primo e mansarda), ogniuna dotata di bagno indipendente, a cui si aggiunge un divano-letto, sempre matrimoniale, nel soggiorno.
Camere e soggiorno sono dotate di impianto di riscaldamento e condizionamento dell’aria.
Dalla mansarda si accede a un suggestivo terrazzo, con vista sulle colline circostanti.

Rio nell'Elba è vicino a molte bellissime spiagge, tra cui la ben nota baia
di Ortano, (3 km) e di Nisporto e Nisportino (4 km). Poco sopra la città, sulla strada che attraversa il Monte Volterraio, si può ammirare ciò che resta del
Castello omonimo, costruito nell'anno 1000 sulla sommità di uno sperone roccioso e con una meravigliosa vista panoramica sulla baia di Portoferraio,
spettacolare al tramonto.
i dintorni si prestano a molte attività, dal trekking, alla mountain bike, con sentieri in partenza proprio da Rio Elba; dalla vela alle immersioni.
L’Isola d'Elba è uno dei posti migliori nel Mediterraneo per le immersioni
e la parte orientale dell'isola è tra le più suggestive.

The apartment is located right in the center of ancient Renaissance age village of Rio nell'Elba, just steps away from the main square, close to all shops and services yet in a very quiet street. Convenient parking are located close to it.

The entrance, on the street level, opens onto a stone staircase with a terracotta lowered barrel vault, bordered by brick arches that opens out directly onto the living area, on the first floor. Upon entering, there is a large living room, loft with exposed beams, with a sofa bed (double) and a
fully equipped kitchen.

The distribution of spaces and furniture are designed to comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. Two double bedrooms are indeed available (first floor and attic), each one with its own bathroom, with the addition of a sofa bed, also double in the living room.
Rooms are equipped with heating and air conditioning.
From the attic it leads to a scenic terrace with views of the surrounding hills.

Rio nell'Elba is close to many beautiful beaches, including the well-known
Ortano Bay, (3 km) and Nisporto and Nisportino (4 km). Just above the town, on the road that crosses Mount Volterraio, you can admire what remains of the castle of the same name, built in 1000 AD on top of a rocky outcrop and with a wonderful panoramic view of the bay of Portoferraio,spectacular at sunset.
Surroundings are ideal for to many activities, from hiking, mountain biking, with trails starting just from Rio Elba; from sailing to scuba diving.
Elba Island is one of the best places for diving in the Mediterranean
and the eastern part of the island is among the most fascinating.

- Lage: Nur 3 km vom Meer entfernt (mit sehr guter Busverbindung zu allen Stränden in der Nähe: in einer ruhigen Nebenstrasse im Zentrum des kleinen Ortes Rio nell'Elba mit Geschäften, Bars und Restaurants. Der näheste Strand ist die bekannte Baia di Ortano, hervorragend zum Schnorcheln im glasklaren Wasser oder einfach zum Entspannen. Liegestühle, Sonnenschirme, Bar, Restaurant, Kanuverleih.
Andere malerische Strände befinden sich 4 km entfernt (Nisporto, ideal mit Kindern, und Nisportino).

Vier Parkplätze befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe von der Wohnung.
