Red Rose Cottage è a pochi minuti a piedi da High Street, ma in una posizione appartata e tranquilla. Una vera "casa lontano da casa". Con parcheggio per un'auto di medie dimensioni e un giardino con cortile privato è una base perfetta per una vacanza nella gloriosa Sidmouth.

Lo stile di Red Rose è classico e confortevole. Un posto per rilassarsi, sedersi e godersi la pausa. Il nostro cottage è arredato e attrezzato per offrire comfort, con elementi essenziali di tutti i giorni e molto altro ancora.

Ha libri, DVD e giochi per farti divertire e un'ottima connessione WiFi.

La sistemazione per la notte è flessibile e la seconda camera ha una scelta tra un super king o due letti singoli e cuscini in piuma o fibra cava. Con lenzuola e asciugamani di qualità inclusi per rendere la pausa un po 'più facile da godersi.

Il pacchetto di benvenuto è il nostro modo di iniziare la tua vacanza con il piede giusto e abbiamo dettagli sui luoghi dove andare, suggerimenti su dove mangiare e bere e un'intera raccolta di altre idee. This property offers everything for the visitor's needs and more with a very comprehensive 'Welcome' pack so we would have loved to have stayed longer but will have to wait for another time. Thank you for letting us stay at your home.

What a great find!

Stayed for a week with my parents who are in their 80s. We all loved the house, Richard had thought of everything you could need in this wonderful home. The cake, shortbread and fizz was such a lovely touch. Very comfortable home from home. Location could not be better. We loved the walks from the house, right in town but with country walks from the house within a couple of minutes. So well appointed. We will be back. Thank you so much.

Seaside treat in beautiful Sidmouth

My partner, myself and our little dog stayed at Rose Cottage for 3 nights over a weekend. We had a fabulous time, the house was in a perfect position, in a quiet backstreet just off the main road. The house was beautifully presented, great shower, comfy bed and a cute little outside courtyard. The kitchen was very well equipped too.We had treats left for us to enjoy, cake, shortbread and prosecco!We had great weather and were able to walk along the beach and sit outside on the seafront for breakfast!Would definitely recommend walking along The Byes, so very pretty.Would definitely recommend staying in this perfect seaside home.

We were in town for a family funeral and needed a convenient and comfortable place to stay. Red Rose Cottage Sidmouth all expectations for being an absolute wonderful choice. If you find yourself visiting Sigma, and you should, don’t hesitate to choose this offer.

Well appointed cottage in Prime downtown location. Excellent equipped and spotlessly clean. Parking space access was very tight and interrupted for several days by nearby roadworks.

The 5* says it all! A fabulous stay at Red Rose Cottage and we will definitely be returning in the not too distant future. The cottage was lovely and had a very homely feel. Spotlessly clean and had everything we needed, and a lot more. We have stayed in many cottages over the years, I don't think we have ever been in one that was as so well stocked as Red Rose with kitchen/bathroom items that you usually have to take with you or buy when you arrive! Richard really has thought of everything you need for a stay. The treats that greeted us upon arrival were a lovely touch and really appreciated after a long journey! We very much look forward to returning. All in all cannot fault anything and can't wait to return. Thanks again :-)

Red Rose Cottage is superb!

Wonderful accommodation! Great communication from Richard. Set up at Red Rose cottage is perfect...if they haven't provided it you dont need it. We felt at home straight away and relaxed into our holiday. Arrival treats were a lovely surprise. Would definitely book again.

Perfect cottage for a stay in Sidmouth. It had all we needed and more so many lovely touches! Communication before was brilliant and with a parent whose blind the accurate description and explanations of parking etc made it so stress free. The location also fab for everything the car never moved. We are definitely coming again.

This was a wonderful place to stay everything that we needed the cottage was homely and the welcome treats was a very nice gesture from our hosts and delicious cakes. Comfortable beds lovely towels super shower nice little courtyard. Ideally located for the town,shops,beach and nice bakeries all close by. We managed to park our medium size suv at an angle on the drive. Overall a great time and will loved to come back again.

Great location

We had a great week in Red Rose. Lovely cozy house with everything you could think of in it. Clean and comfy beds. I managed the driveway parking with a Mazda 2 car, having someone to help you back in helps. Close to shops and beach. Lidl supermarket 5 minute drive away. The Byes and Connaught Gardens are great for walks. Fabulous beach. The Anchor pub was our favorite place for eating out. Great food, great prices, landlord and staff so accommodating Visited Beer and Lyme Regis, gorgeous places. Watch for the seagulls though, stole my ice -cream right out of my hand! Thank you Richard for the scrumptious welcome pack, was truly appreciated by all.

Fantastic find and a great base.

The house was fantastic with everything you could wish for from a holiday rental. It is located in the centre of Sidmouth and provides an excellent base for local days out. There is plenty to do in Sidmouth and we really enjoyed how close it was to the sea front, only a 5 minute walk. It was a fantastic find and one that we hope to book again in the future.

Red Rose Cottage Sidmouth

Excellent overall. Nice property with all facilities. Very good location for a base to explore Devon. Some very good restaurants nearby. Only slight issue was parking- access to lane to the property was difficult, in particular as building material stored across from entrance to lane during our stay. Apart from that small inconvenience, we would highly recommend it.

Lovely, comfy spot

This was a great place to stay in a fabulous seaside town (Queen Victoria used to stay here, famously.) The kitchen is small but very well-equipped and the living room dining area is very comfortable as were the beds. We all slept very well. Great location - very close to stores , the Byes, the sea (people were already swimming in May} and clifftop walks. Parking was a bit scary because even though there is a good space in front of the property, the lane to get there is very narrow. We didn't drive every day so this wasn't a problem. Overall, it was a wonderful stay. Thanks to the hosts for the welcome and for being very available when we had questions.

Just the job

Nice house, well equipped kitchen. Just note the restricted on site parking. If you have a small car you are fine, we couldn’t fit a Mazda CX5 on the front of the house. Fortunately, local car parks were cheap (winter season). Sidmouth was surprisingly busy for a mid week in March. The house is minutes from the beach, nice flat walk up The Byes if you fancy it. Plenty of pubs and places to eat. Can recommend The Swan (nice pub food) - you may want to book ahead. Also recommend The Marine on the front if you fancy something more fancy.

A great find in the centre of Sidmouth

A very relaxing stay in a comfortable, clean and well thought-out property with everything you could need. 2 min walk to the hustle and bustle of the town and only 5 mins walk to the sea front. Great to have an outside area as well. Parking out the front is fine if you’re careful - we managed with our Volvo XC40 (small SUV) and were still able to get into the house :) Perfect for our needs, and Richard was very speedy in his responses to our questions. Hope to return sometime. Thank you

Wonderful holiday

We booked this last minute with no knowledge of the local area or what to expect. We had our socks blown off by how stunning Sidmouth and the surrounding area is, and this cottage was the perfect place from which to explore it all. The sea is no more than a 5 minute walk away, the shops and cafes and restaurants (which are great) are on your doorstep, and the river is just down the road. The children swam every day and played on the rocks and enjoyed cliff top walks and we made the very best of the last few days of summer. The cottage is well maintained and Richard goes the extra mile with the little touches (like home made chocolate cake and scones and Prosecco on arrival!) but it is also family friendly so we can all relax and unwind. 100%would recommend and want to book again.

We just love Sidmouth! Having been frequent visitors for many years the charm of Sidmouth never faded, the appeal only increased. Spending time in the town and surrounding area is always pleasant, on a bright November day, enjoying an ice cream in the summer or having a potter through the streets leading up to Christmas - every season in Sidmouth is a pleasure.

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

Having looked at many properties in Sidmouth we just knew that Red Rose was ideal when we walked through the door. A courtyard garden that gets the sun, three bright bedrooms, right in the heart of Sidmouth. The bonus of a parking space, the secluded yet central location. It was just what we were looking for.

We wanted a holiday cottage that was homely and comfortable. Where the furniture was chosen because we think it looks well together, not because it had become redundant in someone else's home, the little things matter.

In January 2022, we had new carpets throughout, and a walk in shower refit in the bathroom - and having road tested it, I can honestly say it is perfect!

We really hope that you enjoy looking at the cottage, and if you choose to stay that you have a really good time in comfortable, relaxing surroundings.
