Questa casa di città su un unico livello di fronte all'oceano si trova a soli 25 piedi dall'oceano! Un ottimo posto per guardare i surfisti e i tramonti mentre ci si rilassa sul lanai. Questa unità con tre camere da letto con due bagni è stata appena ristrutturata con cura (11/2017) e offre una delle posizioni più famose di Puamana nel mezzo della proprietà sulla desiderabile "Gold Coast" e un facile accesso alla piscina e alla spiaggia dei Delfini. Il lanai sull'oceano espansiva apre a mozzafiato con vista sull'oceano panorami dalla cucina, soggiorno e sala da pranzo.

Tre camere da letto arredate tropicale confortevoli voi e la vostra famiglia attendono dopo una giornata di divertimento trascorse a godersi il sole, surf, e le avventure di Maui. Il master dispone di un letto king size e bagno privato. La seconda e la terza camera da letto sono dotate di letti queen size e c'è un letto a muro queen size nella famiglia / soggiorno. Perfect get away location!!!

We loved the peaceful location of this rental. The weather in this area was sunny and warm too. It is located so close to so many activities too. We will be staying here again soon!!

This is the best VRBO on Earth!!!

I can’t express how much I loved this house. I took a bunch of my faux daughters and nieces with me this time so that they could experience the magic of Maui. I picked this place after I obsessively searched for the perfect place. FOUND IT! This home is in a gated community of townhouses and it is right on the water. We sat out there in the AM and PM to watch the morning light and sunset every single day and never once did the show repeat. There is a sandy beach down the way but who needed that? The home was lovely, clean and comfortable. Everything we needed was right there (except for matches and/or a flashlight because we had several power outages- that was hardly the owners’ fault). But the neighbors are in to save the day. They are AWESOME by the way. So, this is slightly embarrassing but I would sit by the water and get teary eyed because the home, the water and Maui are just that beautiful…Highly recommend! Go whale watching with DiveMaui in Lahaina. They are open! The Safeway is open. Lahaina is back, baby!

Everything we hoped for

We could not have found a more perfect place for our family vacation. I researched for a very long time before booking our stay and I was so happy with the choice to book Puamana! Being so close to the water made our amazing trip extra special. We were comfortable and we had all the supplies we needed to cook and enjoy our stay. We really appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella. Soaking in the view will be a top memory from this trip. We’d return to Puamana in a heartbeat and unit 192-2 would be our first choice! APVR made everything easy, including touching base with small issues that were immediately tended to. Thank you so much for everything.

Perfect Maui Rental

This property was in a great location (proximity to Lahaina), was clean, beautiful and overall just the perfect place for our family vacation. Would highly recommend and hope we're able to stay again.

Nice villa in residential area.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice villa in a residential complex. The quiet pool is oceanfront and 2 other pools for kids. Although oceanfront there isn’t really a beach area. Good for surfers. Villa was well stocked (especially in the kitchen, lots of towels) and very clean. Loved the patio for watching sunsets, outdoor dining, and late-night card games. Easy access to town (1 mile). Excellent communication. Highly recommend.

Unbeatable location and accommodations

This is a beautiful property just outside the heart of Lahaina. The ocean is literally right outside the door and all the activities of Maui are in easy reach. The home is well stocked and looks modern and updated. We hope to be back again soon!

Beautiful vacation rental.

Puamana 192-2 is a beautiful rental, clean, spectacular views and fabulous location. The property management company, APVR was very accommodating, quick to respond to any questions or concerns. The sunsets from this location are breathtaking. Would highly recommend this rental!

Perfect getaway

We stayed for 4 days - 5 adults and 3 young children. This was the perfect spot. The ocean was too rough for the kids so they played in the sand (with the beach toys stored at the condo) and got to swim in the pool. There were also beach chairs and umbrellas for us, as well as a cooler. The parking spot is right in front of the condo and covered too, super convenient. We loved our stay and would gladly stay here again next time we make our way to Maui.

Incredible stay, 10/10

Dave and Cathy’s home was even better than the pictures. Location is outstanding and very close to anywhere you may need to go. They couldn’t have been nicer or more accommodating, and even checked up on us via text to make sure everything was going well. 10/10 stay, we will absolutely stay here again in the future. Thanks again!

Great property. Know the HOA rules

Fantastic property. Quiet, nice, beachfront. One of the finest places I’ve stayed. The Property managers were easy to work with and helpful. Make sure you follow the HOA rules! We left an item out overnight in the front common area and security confiscated it and charged a fine. They inforce the rules! It ensures you have a nice looking place and no noisy visitors. Just be aware.

Great Location, beautiful property!

We had a wonderful time here. The condo is in s great location, and had everything we needed. We have stayed at several condos in Puamana, and this is our new favorite. I think we spent more time on the lanai than the living room. It was great for our family of four, plus one set of grandparents.

Beautiful Property

This unit was exactly as pictured. We walked in and the ocean was right in front of us. The unit is spacious, clean, and had plenty of amenities (although we couldn't find a coffee maker). We loved being able to sit out on the patio and see whales right in front of us! Also, loved that we could walk to the beach and look for shells in the morning--the beach is pretty rocky so some swim shoes are a must. Thanks!

Perfect Vacation

First class rental.

Beautiful apartment right on the beach. Our family loved it here. We found everything about this place first class. Watching whales every day was a true highlight. We would definitely look to book again if we are lucky enough to return to Maui.
