Dalla villa è possibile raggiungere a piedi sia la spiaggia di sabbia, libera o attrezzata attraverso un comodo sentiero di soli (70 metri) sia il mare che accarezza la bassa e dolce scogliera, attraverso una scalinata in pietra (30 mt), direttamente dal giardino della villa.

Immersa nella macchia mediterranea, la Villa si articola su due piani: l’ampio salone e la cucina affacciano direttamente sulla grande terrazza arredata con tavolo, sedie e divani.

Le 4 camere da letto, ampie ed arieggiate, si affacciano sulla terrazza del piano superiore con una vista sospesa tra cielo e mare.

La Villa dispone di una doccia esterna coperta, parcheggio privato, barbecue in muratura e zona lavanderia in area dedicata. Situata all'interno del complesso di ville private di Torre delle Stelle si trova a soli 30 km dall'aeroporto di Cagliari ed a 15 km dalle bianche spiagge di Villasimius.

Fabulous property

We really enjoyed our stay at this villa. The views are truly amazing and the water is warm, clear and perfect for swimming. The beach could get crowded on weekends but the path from the house gave great access to a more private area. All of the bedrooms have amazing views of the ocean. It is about 45 min drive to Cagliari. Very close to a market and also to an amazing fish market. We grilled fresh fish in the outdoor firepit and it was amazing. Highly recommend.

Wonderful Stay in Sardinia

We had a wonderful stay in Grazia's seaside home. It was exactly as described and suited our families needs perfectly. We were near the water and could enjoy it privately. Even when the nearby beach had others, there was plenty of room for our family and we never felt crowded. Grazia provided excellent recommendations for stores, restaurants and other needs we had. The communication was prompt and professional. The home was very clean, comfortable and safe. We will definitely come to this property in the future.

Schönes Anwesen in schöner Lage

Das Haus mit samt der großen Terrasse besticht durch seine sehr schöne Lage mit toller Aussicht. Es ist zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen, jedoch war alles sauber und in Ordnung.

such a lovely setting

great location, great view and plenty of room for a group of 7 person looking after the house was really accommodating and we ate at her place on the last night. the view from the terraces was amazing a nd so relaxing. well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds

Fantastischer Blick aufs Meer

Die Terrasse des Hauses ist das absolute Schmuckstück. Die Aussicht ist fantastisch. Das Haus, insbesondere die Küche und das Bad sind eher einfach ausgestattet, was aber nicht stört. Der kurze Fussweg ans Meer ist angenehm. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin funktioniert einwandfrei und die Betreuung ist rundum sichergestellt.

Merveilleuse villa Hermosa !

Maison située idéalement en hauteur avec une vue époustouflante sur la mer et la jolie baie de toutes les terrasses et de toutes les chambres, tapie dans la végétation, bénéficiant des brises marines, l'idéal pour se ressourcer. La maison est très bien équipée, notamment pour le farniente. La plage n'est qu'à 5 mn à pied, ambiance familiale, avec 2 petits bars. La mer est limpide et chaude, c'est un délice. Torre Delle Stelle est une charmante petite station de maisons de vacances offrant tous les commerces de proximité et restaurants souhaités (à moins de 3 kms) Que du bonheur !

1 Woche im Mai

Wir haben die erste Maiwoche in der Villa Hermosa verbracht und hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit. Die Aussicht von Terrasse und Balkon ist atemberaubend, der Weg runter zu den Felsen oder dem Strand ist kurz und das Wasser meistens klar, vor allem morgens. Die Villa ist gepflegt, sauber und gut ausgestattet, die Lage ist sehr ruhig und privat, man ist wirklich ungestört. Die örtlichen Supermärkte sind mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen und man bekommt dort alles, was man braucht. Die Kommunikation mit Elena per Email ist schnell und unkompliziert. Angela, die ein B&B auf der gleichen Straße betreibt, hat uns die Villa übergeben und steht für Fragen jederzeit zur Verfügung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

Wundervolles Haus mit atemberaubender Aussicht

Villa Hermosa überzeugt durch die wunderschöne Lage mit direktem Zugang ins Meer über eine Steintreppe. Die Villa ist sehr ruhig gelegen und hat einen wundervollen Blick auf das Meer und den nahegelegen Strand. Die Kommunikation zur Vermieterin über Email war äußerst gut, sehr freundlich und schnell. Auf der Suche nach Ruhe und Entspannung, ist der Aufenthalt in dem Haus ideal. Ein kleiner Tipp, auf dem oberen Balkon wäre ein Sonnenschirm sehr angebracht.

Stunning Location with beautiful views in an amazing villa!

We stayed at the villa for 1 week in October and had a wonderful week. The location is just stunning and we spent hours just looking out to sea and taking in the view. We had beautiful weather for the most part and enjoyed the clear water that was on the doorstep. We saw dolphins swimming close by and our teenage children enjoyed the snorkelling from the beach looking for fish. The only bad weather we had involved a very impressive thunder and lightning storm which the kids thought was amazing. The villa is well equipped and beautifully maintained and you could never tire of the view from the balcony. It is very spacious and clean and private! The beach was very quiet and incredibly close and we used our own private path down to the water on many occasions. We enjoyed our daily 5 minute drive to the local supermarket and thoroughly enjoyed the food on offer from the counter (this is also a walkable distance). The fishmonger next door to the supermarket was also very reasonably priced with a great range of fish which we bought often and thoroughly enjoyed. The swordfish and the tuna steaks were just delicious and the fishmonger was very helpful in explaining how to cook the octopus we tried one day. Our favourite meal of the holiday however was with the lovely Angela who runs the nearby B&B. It was a beautiful home cooked meal that all of us thoroughly enjoyed. We were made to feel very welcome by Angela and her family throughout our stay and appreciated all of the help on offer. We hired a car and although we were driving on roads that had been badly damaged through recent rain, we managed to explore the beautiful area and stunning coastal views without incident. Our family cannot recommend the property highly enough and we would dearly love to return to the tranquility of Torre Delle Stelle in the near future with another stay at Villa Hermosa. A truly wonderful family holiday - Many, many thanks!

Erholsame Ferien in einer wunderschönen Villa

Die geschmacksvoll eingerichtete Villa Hermosa überzeugt durch die wunderschöne Lage: ob man am Morgen auf der oberen Terrasse auf dem Liegestuhl einen Café trinkt oder am Abend in der gemütlichen Ecke einen Aperitiv trinkt und anschliessend das Nachtessen draussen geniesst: es ist einfach bezaubernd. Die Lage ist perfekt, wenn man einen erholsamen Aufenthalt abseits vieler Touristen geniessen will. Einkäufe sind mit dem Auto in gut fünf Minuten zu erledigen. Ausflüge sind - ob in den Süden oder den Osten (z.B. nach Costa Rei) gut machbar. Restaurants sind mit dem Auto in 5-15 Minuten erreichbar. Das Baden ist sowohl am Strand (100 Meter entfernt) oder in anderen nahe gelegenen Buchten sehr zu empfehlen. Wir wurden nett empfangen und waren während unseres Aufenthaltes sehr gut begleitet, auch wenn Fragen aufgetaucht waren. Die Kommunikation funktionierte einwandfrei, sei es vor dem Aufenthalt oder während unserer Ferien. Diese Ferien werden uns in sehr guter Erinnerung bleiben: die unterschiedlichen Meeresstimmungen von der Villa Hermosa aus betrachtet sind einfach unvergesslich!

Atemberaubender Ausblick auf die türkise Bucht

Die Lage des Hauses ist einfach wunderbar, denn es gibt einen direkten Zugang zum Meer über eine Steintreppe. Im Haus findet man alles, was man für unbeschwerte Tage benötigt. Wir haben dort sehr schöne Tage mit unseren Freunden verbringen dürfen. Vielen Dank Grazia!

Entspannte Ferien mit traumhaften Meerblick und eigenem Meerzugang

Wir haben zu viert zwei Wochen in diesem sehr schönen Haus verbracht. Der traumhafte Blick über das Meer und die Nähe zum Wasser, machen dieses Haus einzigartig. Wir waren kein einziges Mal am Strand, da man über die Treppe direkten Zugang zum Wasser hat und von dort hineinspringen kann. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sauber und bietet viel Platz. Die Kommunikation zur Vermieterin über Email war äußerst gut, sehr freundlich und schnell. Auch haben wir von ihren Restaurants Tipps profitiert. Auf der Suche nach Ruhe und Entspannung, ist der Aufenthalt in dem Haus ideal. Allerdings waren uns persönlich zwei Wochen doch zu lang, da ein netter Ort mit kleinem Hafen oder Cafés in der Nähe fehlen. In Torre delle Stelle gibt es zwei kleine Supermärkte und ein paar Restaurants, umringt von vielen Ferienhäusern. Leute, die ausgehen möchten oder einfach nur am Abend etwas bummeln und unter Menschen kommen möchten, kann ich die Gegend nicht empfehlen. Trotz dessen haben wir eine wunderbare Zeit in der Villa Hermosa verbracht.

Posizione unica per panorama e tranquillità. La casa è tuttavia tenuta con scarsa cura, così come il giardino e l'accesso al mare privato. I bagni sembrano mai rinnovati. Mancano le zanzariere, in particolare nelle camere da letto, il che crea un certo disagio. Sono presenti lavatrice e lavastoviglie. Disponibile pulizia a richiesta. Non ho personalmente incontrato la proprietaria. La Signora che si occupa di check-in, checkout e fa da riferimento per le pulizie e ogni eventuale necessità è gentilissima, disponibile ed efficiente.

Wat een super plek! Mille grazie e arrivederci!

Onze week in Villa Hermosa was vooral een hele relaxte week! Rond 2.00 in de nacht arriveerden we. We werden opgewacht door Angela; wat een warm welkom. Na de vermoeiende reis zijn we meteen gaan slapen; de bedden waren opgemaakt, zo fijn! En nog fijner is het wakker worden de volgende ochtend: wat een fantastisch uitzicht! Daarvan alleen kun je, wanneer je net als wij houdt van de zee, enorm genieten. Mede door de superplek werd onze week in Villa Hermosa een hele relaxte: genoten van prachtige zeegezichten, van de natuur, lekker gezwommen, 2x heerlijk en gezellig gegeten bij Angela, een dagje Cagliari, iedere ochtend een wandeling om brood te halen, buiten vlees braden in de haard,.... kortom tot rust komen. Communicatie met Grazia Elena verliep super! Thank you very much for your hospitality! Mille grazie e arrivederci!

A wonderful place for a relaxing break

We stayed at the villa for a week; parents and grown up children (plus partners) making a party of 7 adults. The villa was perfect for us. The location meant that people could go swimming whenever they wanted, then walk back to the villa within 5 minutes. The villa is spacious, with plenty of cooking and catering equipment for a large group. The views are spectacular and we were luck enough to eat our meals out on the veranda. The pictures are accurate and the property was clean and well maintained. Grazia always replied to emails very quickly and was extremely helpful in making all the arrangements. The owner of the local B&B acts as the local contact, and she was also very polite and helpful. She speaks English and French as well as Italian. We ate at her property (Villa Verde) one evening and had a beautiful, authentic Sardinian meal. We only went into Cagliari once - and found the old part of the town to be beautiful and interesting. There are plenty of places to eat, particularly alongside the marina. We visited several other smaller towns along the coast, and you'll be spoilt for choice if you like the beach. A highlight for us was hiring a boat and visiting the smaller coves that you cannot reach by foot, and swimming in beautiful clear azure sea alongside the fish. We all returned relaxed and happy! What else can you ask for.........?
