La Villa è completamente di nuova costruzione, ha una piscina privata di grandezza 7 metri larga per 18 metri lunga, con una grande zona idromassaggio e un Gajser per un esperienza rilassante eccezionale! La Piscina è completa di Lettini con materassini.

In casa abbiamo una Cucina completa di tutti gli elettrodomestici come Frigorifero, Forno, Fornelli, Lavastoviglie, Bollitore, Microonde, Macchina per Caffè americano, Moka ecc.. e tutta l'attrezzatura come Piatti , Bicchieri, Forchette, Pentole, Tovaglie ecc... avete un ampia zona soggiorno con dei grandi divani in pelle, un tavolone per 20 persone dove poter mangiare tutti insieme, ed internet Wi-Fi gratuito.
Nelle camere troverete già tutta quanta la biancheria a disposizione con lenzuola e set di asciugamani completo e nel bagno di ogni camera troverete un asciugacapelli. All'occorrenza vi sono anche delle culle.
La casa è dotata di un bagno di servizio con lavanderia. All'esterno vi è un ampio Gadzebo dove poter mangiare all'aperto con a disposizione tavoli e sedie insieme ad un grande Barbecue . Completa la proprietà un parco di 7000mq! La casa si trova a soli 12 km dal mare è vicina a tutti servizi principali.

House in beautiful and serene surroundings with all possible amenities

Leonardo is the perfect host attentive to all your needs, kind and generous. His house has all possible amenities, and it is perfectly located in a quiet setting yet not far from the coast. The whole house was very clean and well furnished. The beds were very comfortable, and since we were a large group, it was nice to have a bathroom in each bedroom. The covered patio was also a great place to eat or spend time together. The kids and the adults loved the ping pong table and the foosball table. We plan to return again.

Siamo stati in questa casa in 20 (17+3 neonati) e ci siamo trovati benissimo! Leonardo è una persona schietta, che si mette sempre a disposizione dell'ospite e mai forzando la mano o cercando di "venderti" qualcosa. Quindi, ogni relazione con lui diventa come quella di un vecchio amico, che prepara anche una sorpresa graditissima durante la vacanza! La casa è superba, con ampi spazi per godersi le lunghe giornate estive: la piscina, i Calcio balilla, il ping pong e le porte da Calcio fanno divertire grandi e piccoli. Pulizia ottima, con ovviamente disinfezione all'arrivo, e casa fornita di tutto punto per qualsiasi necessity. Vacanza al top!

Vi havde en rigtig god ferie! Stort og rummeligt hus med en dejlig pool. Alt fungerede. Det eneste minus var, at der ikke er meget at lave i byen. Selve huset fejlede ingenting.

Great stay at Villa de Carlonis

We had a wonderful stay at the villa. It is fully equipped and the bed rooms with en suite bathrooms are great. The best part is the huge pool in the wonderful garden with the beautiful view. Leo and his family are great hosts. We didn't want to leave. :)

Toller Urlaub

Wir waren 14 Tage mit 10 Erwachsenen und 11 Kindern in diesem tollen Ferienhaus und hatten einen entspannten Urlaub. Das Haus ist mit allen wichtigen Dingen ausgestattet und entspricht genau der Beschreibung. Die Lage des Hauses bietet einen tollen Ausblick. In der Nähe gibt es sowohl Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, sowie Restaurants, Pizzeria und Eisdielen. Ein besonderer Dank geht an den immer hilfsbereiten Vermieter Leonardo und seine Familie. Wir konnten uns mit allen Fragen an ihn wenden und er hat schnellstens geholfen. Ausserdem haben Leonardo, seine Frau und seine Mutter an einem Abend mit regionalen Lebensmitteln für uns gekocht. Es war wirklich lecker und wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt. Alles in allem war es ein toller Urlaub und wir würden gerne wieder kommen.

Stort og praktisk hus i fantastiske omgivelser

Vi var flere familier sammen i huset. Vi hadde en nydelig uke her for både barn og voksne. Rent og pent og praktisk hus. Stort basseng og mye plass både inne og ute. En veldig hyggelig huseier som godt i mot oss, og som også disket opp med en herlig middag en av kveldene. Helt topp!

Wunderschönes Haus in wunderschönener Lage mit dem besten Gastgeber!! Danke Leonardo! ❤️🙏

Wir sind mit 17 Personen (8 Erwachsene + 9 Kinder) verreist und hatten eine unbeschreiblich schöne Zeit in Monte San Giusto in der Region Marken. Der Ort liegt etwa 15 km entfernt von der Hafenstadt Civitanova Marche. Die Straßen und Autobahnen sind allesamt super ausgebaut, sodass die Anreise mit dem Auto kein Problem dargestellt hatte. Am sehr ruhigen Stadtrand von Monte San Giusto befindet sich die wunderschöne Villa de Carlonis mit wundervollem und weitreichendem Ausblick auf die Berge und die kleineren Städte drumherum. Die Fahrtzeit von der Villa nach Monte San Giusto beträgt 3-5 Min, je nach dem wohin man möchte. In der Stadt findet man alles was man braucht. Einen schönen Spielplatz mit angrenzendem Restaurant und wunderschönem Blick, Supermärkte, Restaurants, Pizzerien, Pasticceria und wie es sich für Italien gehört, eine Gelateria. Tipp: Direkt an der Autobahnausfahrt Morrovalle – Monte San Guisto, befindet sich ein weiterer Supermarkt (Eurospin) mit sehr guter Fisch und Fleischtheke. Die nächstgrößere Stadt ist Civitanova Marche (ca. 15 Autominuten entfernt). Dort befindet sich dann auch der riesige Strand, der aufgeteilt ist in zwei Bereiche. Der Südliche Teil (lungomare sud) ist ein Sand/Kiesstrand mit wunderschönen Kieselsteinen durchsetzt, der nördlich Teil (lungomare nord) ist ein Sandstrand, flach abfallend und mit Wellenbrechern vor der Küste. Dieser Abschnitt ist ideal für Kinder geeignet, die gerne Sandburgen bauen. Strandbars und Parkplätze sind auch reichlich vorhanden. Das Highlight des Urlaubs war aber definitiv die Villa de Carlonis und ihr Gastgeber Leonardo. Leo ist ein unfassbar netter, hilfsbereiter und gastfreundlicher Mensch, den wir von Anfang an in unser Herz geschlossen haben. Wir fühlten und von der 1. Sekunde an heimisch, alles war perfekt vorbereitet. Die Kommunikation mit Leo verlief jederzeit einfach super. Er hat sogar Freunden von uns bei der Suche nach einem Hotel in der näheren Umgebung geholfen. Leo und seine Familie haben auch für uns ein Dinner gezaubert. Die Atmosphäre und das Essen waren einfach himmlisch, soviel Gastfreundschaft ist einfach etwas ganz besonderes. Danke Leo und danke auch an deine Familie und deine Helfer und Helferinnen, ihr seid super. Über die Villa selbst brauche ich glaube ich nicht mehr viel schreiben, schaut euch einfach die Bilder im Internet an! Propriétaires très sympathiques ! Belle maison avec sa grande piscine!

Très belle maison pour grande famille ou groupe car chacun a sa chambre avec salle de bains. La piscine est top!!! Et les propriétaires ont été plus que charmants. Seul bémol la literie est très propre mais pas super confortable.

A perfect family holiday

We were four families from Norway who rented this holiday house the last weekend in June 2019. The house was perfect for us. The bedrooms were spacious with nice ensuite- bathrooms. The kitchen was large, modern and really nice. The outdoor area was also perfect. All the children spent hours in the large pool and at the ping- pong table. We spent the evening eating dinner outside in the sunset. Leonardo and his lovely family cooked dinner for us one night. A great experience! He also gave us advice on which restaurants to visit and which shops to use. Also where to buy shoes! Leonardo was also so kind to give myself and my son a lift to the train station on departure day. We all truly recommend Villa De Carlonis!

Unglaublich tolle Villa mit super netten Gastgebern

Wir haben zu 16. eine unvergessliche Woche in dieser tollen Villa verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr modern, sauber und großräumig. Besonders komfortabel sind die vielen Bäder. Die super ausgestattete Küche läd sehr zum kochen ein, sodass wir jeden Tag was tolles gekocht haben. Da auch ein Grill zur Verfügung steht, bietet sich auch ein BBQ bei den traumhaften Sonnenuntergängen sehr an. Durch den riesigen Pool, viele grüne Flächen, eine Tischtennisplatte und vieles mehr, gab es genug Möglichkeiten den Tag zu genießen. Wir haben uns dort einfach so wohl gefühlt, dass wir kein Bedürfnis hatten die Villa zu verlassen. Da wir 16 Jugendliche waren, war vor allem die Lage für uns von großem Vorteil. Man hatte eine unglaublich tolle Aussicht über die Weinberge und es gab keine Nachbarn in direkter Nähe, sodass man niemanden gestört hat und auch von niemanden gestört wurde. Zudem war der Vermieter Leonardo wirklich unglaublich nett. Er hatte keinerlei Angst, hatte vollstes Vertrauen in uns und war durch seine super freundliche und hilfsbereite Art immer sehr zuvorkommend. Egal ob er an einem Tag mit zwei Eistorten da stand, unseren Pool gereinigt hat oder einen Teil von uns zum Bahnhof gebracht hat, Leonardo und seine Mutter haben alles versucht, damit wir eine unvergessliche Woche in ihrer Villa haben werden. Was sie eindeutig geschafft haben. Wir bedanken uns nochmals für alles und empfehlen die Villa wirklich an jeden weiter. Egal ob Familien oder eine Gruppe Freunde, das Haus bietet alles um einen unglaublich tollen Urlaub zu erleben.

Nydelig, rent, stort deilig basseng, praktisk hus for flere familier

Vi vil gi Villa De Carlonis og Leonardo topp score etter en deilig uke i dette fantastisk flotte huset. Huset er stort og praktisk for flere familier. 5 store luftige soverom samlet i en del var supert i fohold til soving med barn. Veldig rent og fint! Stort kjøkken og stue, masse plass både ute og inne! Huset hadde en nydelig utsikt nedover, fredelig og idyllisk! Bør nok ha bil her, men ikke langt å kjøre til nærmeste landsby Monte san Giusto som har flotte store matbutikker. Heller ikke så langt å kjøre til fine strender. Huseier Leonardo sørget for at vi hadde alt vi trengte og dagen etter vi kom disket han og familien hans opp med en FANTASTISK italiensk middag! Her kommer vi gjerne igjen og anbefaler uten tvil huset til andre!

Ein perfekter Urlaub

Wir sind fünf befreundete Paare und durften in diesem wundervollen Anwesen eine herrliche „Wohlfühl-Woche“ verbringen. Schöne, gleichwertig eingerichtete Zimmer, bequeme Betten und ein großer überdachter Außenbereich. Da wir alle gerne kochen, begeisterte uns besonders die perfekt ausgestattete Küche. Ein extra Highlight war gleich der erste Abend, als uns Leonardo und seine Frau mit italienischen Leckereien bekochten und total verwöhnten. Auf unseren Wunsch hin beglückten sie uns zusammen mit Mama ein weiteres Mal mit einem vorzüglichen Fischmenü, das wir in dieser Art zuvor noch nirgendwo angeboten bekamen. Ein absoluter Traum! Durch den großen Pool mit ausreichend Liegestühlen und schattigen Lounge-Ecken hatten wir selten das Bedürfnis das großzügige Palmen-Areal zu verlassen. Da war der von Leonardo exklusiv für uns organisierte Segeltörn eine absolute Ausnahme und die Krönung unseres Aufenthalts. Durch die super freundliche und hilfsbereite Art der Besitzer fühlten wir uns sofort wohl und würden unseren Urlaub jederzeit wieder dort verbringen. Herzlichen Dank noch mal! --------------------------------------------------------------------- We are five befriended couples and had the joy to spend a wonderful "feel-good" week in this splendid mansion. Beautiful yet equally divided rooms, comfy beds and a huge outside area with a roof. As we all love to cook - we were espacially touched by the kitchen it was more than perfect. A special highlight was the night of arrival as Leonardo and his wife were cooking for us Italian specialities of another world (I guess an Italian world) and were taking so much care for us. Based on that we asked, if another meal would be possible these days and his mama served us a fish menu of outstanding taste - it was like a dream. As the pool area is equipped with plenty beach chairs a shadowy corners in a lounge style we only left the mansion (as planned before). And as the prime event there was even a privately exclusively organized sailing turn by Leonardo. Based on the extremely friendly and welcoming nature of the owners we feel home there at any time and will do the stay for sure again. Soooo many thanks - it was simply perfect

Toimiva, siisti lomapaikka kauniissa maisemissa

Villa de Carlonis on tilava, siisti ja hyvin varusteltu toimiva loma-asunto. Iso keittiö ja oleskelutilat, silti rauhalliset omat huoneet omilla kylppäreillä, eli ison porukan (meitä oli 11) unelmapaikka. Uima-allaskin tuli testattua, vaikka vesi keväällä olikin vielä viileää, mutta lapset viihtyivät. Iso piha oli myös lasten mieleen. Keittiöstä löytyi lähes kaikki tarvittava, kaasuliesi vain ensin vähän oudoksutti sähköön tottuneita suomalaisia, mutta senkin kanssa selvittiin. Jääkaappitilaa voisi olla hieman enemmän, jos tykkäätte kokkailla itse, mutta täydennystä löytyy helposti lähimarketeista. Sijainniltaan talo on myös kiva, kauniit maisemat ja lähikyliin kävelymatka, ja vähän isompaan ostospaikkaan ostoskeskuksineen ja tehtaanmyymälöineen autolla vartti. Lähiseudun viinitiloihin ja muihin maisemiin (esim. Frasassin tippukiviluolat, joita meille suositeltiin ja uimarannat) pääsee kätevästi autolla. Isäntäperhe on aivan ihana ja sydämellinen, kaikki järjestyy, kun vain kysyy, matkailuneuvonnasta viinitilavierailuun ja ruokailuun. Samoin jos jotain puuttuu talolta (meiltä puuttui muutama iso pyyhe), se hoidetaan. Isommalle porukalle jos on etsimässä aitoa Italiaa (Marchea), niin näiltä main se löytyy, ja vielä mukava majoituskin kohtuuhintaan. Suosittelemme!

Traumhaft

Die Villa ist perfekt,sehr sauber ,super ausgestattet und gute Lage.Zum Meer ca.15 Minuten. Sehr zu empfehlen einen Segeltrip mit Maela und Franco was Leonardo für uns organisiert hat .Gracie mille war genial.Wir können die Villa Carlonis bestens weiterempfehlen Gabriela L. Schweiz

Villa med bra komfort och lantligt läge

Vi blev mycket nöjda med boendet och den mycket trevliga värden Leo som verkligen var serviceminded och mån om att vi skulle trivas. Villan är nybyggd och sovrummen är gjorda för att man skall kunna bo familjevis. Vi var tre familjer som delade boendet och vi hade gott om plats för gemensamma middagar. Bra ljudisolering, de morgonpigga kunde gå upp tidigt utan att störa dem som ville ha sovmorgon. Välskött fastighet och bra wi-fi. Villan ligger lantligt med fantastisk utsikt över Marches fält. Det är dock mycket backigt, så skall man ta sig någonstans till fot så krävs viss kondition. Jag kan varmt rekommendera detta boende!

Perfect Villa and a perfect host!!

What a wonderfull Villa and what a great host! Thank you Leo and Family for a great holiday! The house is perfect, the pool is perfect and the area is also very nice! Leo took care of us so friendly and the dinner was awesome! (Also the wine :-)) If you are looking for a big house for 16 people this is it!!! We will definitely come back again! Grazie Leo di tutto! -------- Was für eine tolle Villa und was für ein toller Gastgeber! Danke Leo und Familie für diese wunderbaren Ferien. Perfektes Haus, perfekter Pool und eine tolle Gegend. Leo kümmerte sich sehr liebevoll um alles und das Abendessen war grandios. (auch der Wein :-)) Wenn ihr nach einem grossen Haus für 16 Leute sucht, ist das auf jeden Fall das richtige! Die Eigentümer geben sich viel Mühe - bravo!

Wir durften eine sehr schöne Woche in der Villa Carlonis verbringen. Das Haus ist echt hübsch, grosszügig angelegt, hell und liegt an einer ruhigen Lage. Besonders gut hat uns die Zufahrt zum Haus gefallen, welche von Palmen und einer tollen Beleuchtung am Abend verziert ist. Die Eigentümer sind sehr nette Leute, welche stets für das Wohlbefinden ihrer Gäste besorgt sind. Das offerierte Abendessen im Ferienhaus war der absolute Hammer!

Super Ferien

Es waren sehr sehr schöne Ferien in dem sehr großen Haus. Das Haus ist für große Familien geeignet und die 5 Zimmer (und Bäder) müssen erst mal bevölkert werden. Der Pool ist sehr groß und man kann richtig darin schwimmen. Das Willkommensbuffet war eine Wucht. Es war so großzügig bemessen, dass wir noch die nächsten Tage versorgt waren. Auch haben wir eine Einladung für einen Pizzaabend im angrenzenden Heim der Vermieterfamilie erhalten. Auch hier wieder hervorragende Pizza in Mengen. Ciao Ulrich

Super vakantiehuis

We hebben al veel vakantievilla's gehuurd, maar dit was zeker de beste! Het huis is ruim en goed te gebruiken voor meerdere gezinnen. Er is een grote keuken, die goed voorzien is van alle benodigdheden. Buiten is er voldoende plek om lekker te loungen, in de zon te liggen of uitgebreid te eten. Het zwembad is groot en het uitzicht op de heuvels fantastisch. De ligging nabij de superstrada maakt het gemakkelijk om diverse uitstappen te maken, zowel naar de kust, als landinwaarts. Le Marche is een mooie rustige provincie, waar nog weinig toeristen komen. Er zijn veel middeleeuwse plaatsen en stadjes te ontdekken, musea te bezoeken, maar ook de strandliefhbber komt aan z'n trekken. Uiteraard kan je hier ook genieten van het heerlijke Italiaanse eten. De eigenaren zijn zeer vriendelijke, behulpzame mensen. Ze geven je alle informatie die je wilt, en hebben voor ons heerlijk gekookt. Dit huis is zeker een aanrader!

Schön war's !

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen und erholsamen Urlaub in der Villa De CARLONIS. Leider ging die Zeit viel zu schnell vorbei. Gleich an einem der ersten Abende hat die Familie für uns gekocht. Es hat alles hervorragend geschmeckt (besonders das Pesto war richtig, richtig gut!) und reichte locker noch für den nächsten Tag. Das Haus an sich ist toll und bietet einen traumhaften Ausblick. Wenn man sich die Fotos anschaut, weiß man, worauf man sich freuen kann. Alles ist sauber und ordentlich. Die Lage ist etwas abgelegen, was ich als sehr angenehm empfand. Hat den Vorteil, dass man niemanden stört und nicht gestört wird. Trotzdem liegt die Villa zentral. Der nächste Supermarkt ist keine 5 Min. mit dem Auto entfernt, Restaurants gibt es auch in Nähe. Wer ans Meer will, ist in ca. 15 Min. dort. Riesen Pluspunkt: Jedes der 5 Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Badezimmer - ein schöner Luxus. 5 * für das Haus und 5 * für die wahnsinnig nette Familie! Wonderful Villa, fantastic view, great pool

We are just back and I wish we were still there. We spent 2 wonderful weeks in Leonardo's house. The house was big and clean, nicely furnished. In the kitchen you could fine everything you needed to cook and if you had the feeling something was missing, Leonardo was just one call away ;-)) The garden, the patio and the pool were so great we almost did not move, the kids were happy to stay there and play (and if the kids are happy...) If I could give 5 more stars for Leonardo and his family , I would. They cooked for us, told us where the best restaurants were, recommended some local products. Every time they came, we enjoyed it a lot. It is one more good reason to rent this nice house. Next time we visit the Marche we will definitely go back there. One last thing, Rosella, if you could send me the recipe of the Dolce you made for us, I would love it. Best Sarah

Best holiday ever!!

There are no better hosts than Leo, Christina, Dino and mama Rosella!!! The villa is really great, new, clean, fully equiped, spacious and the pool fantastico!! Our 6 kids almost lived in the pool. The rooms are big enough for the whole family, various beds and options to change. The view is just gorgeous!! The first night the family prepared a wonderful buffet with great things from the region. Don Dino cooks the best pasta (of the world, according to the kids)! We were shown nice places to go, wine-degustation, Frassasi Caves, Prada-outlet, MonteCasaro, Fermo, Loreto etc etc. Dear Leo and family, we really hope to come back soon x

Wonderful house to enjoy a relaxing vacation

Our stay was only 1 week after the formal opening, so the grass wasn't yet green everywhere. But this was the only thing that wasn't perfect. Our group was made of 2 couples, 1 single and 1 family with 3 children (12, 9, 0 y). The house was just perfect. The bedrooms all have a bathroom and the entire sleeping area is separated by a door from the living area. Which was great, since our children were already awake early in the morning. Like this nobody was disturbed. All sleeping rooms have a mosquito protection and although it was an extremly hot week, the temperature in the house never exceeded 27°. With the windows open the sleep was very comfortable. Plus, there are no disturbing noises, it was calm and cool. There is also an extra room with a washing machine, ironing stuff and an extra toilet. The kitchen has all equipment, we didn't watch TV, but the WIFI also works on the terrace. Overall the house is furnished very nicely and was very clean upon our arrival. The terrace is very large, with a gas BBQ and enough space to sit and dance. It also has a big area where we put the beds from the pool, so they were in the shadow underneath the roof. Also our baby had enough space to practice crawling. The pool is just wonderful, very big, 1.40 m deep. Our middle child is only 1.35 m tall, but the wide entrance stairs and the wellness are of the pool made it easy for him to stay in the water. At 9:00 p.m. the light starts in the pool and it is a great athmosphere. The area is very calm, we were not disturbed by any neighbours, nor did we feel watched by anyone. Daily the trash is emptied, recycling (glass, plastic and paper) is also provided. In Monte san Giusto there are 2 grocery stores. In the next village downhill there is a big supermarket where you can by awesome meat to grill. In Chivitanova is a fish market that opens in the morning only. At 7:00 a.m. we got wonderful fresh fish and shrimps, for 7 adults paid only 50€. There are also several restaurants close by, we only went twice, since we enjoyed the house so much. As beach we chose San Benedetto del Tronto (30 min drive), where we paid 20€ for our own place with sunbeds and umbrellas. But there were also free beaches, 50 meters from ours.The sea was very clean, soft sand. The owner: Leonardo and also his mother are the best hosts we could imagine. fantastic house on excelent location!

We enjoyed our stay at Villa De carlonis very much. The house is completely new, has a beautiful big swimmingpool and without near neighbours, so very privat. All the bedrooms(5) have their own bathroom. We were with 11 persons and had plenty space for us all. Also eating outside is very nice under de sunroof. The beach is at 20 minutes. Very nice villages to visit in the area and alsoo easy for shopping or going to a restaurant. Leo and his mother are very hospitable! Maybe till next year!
