Si tratta di una casa di campagna con piscina, recentemente restaurata che conserva tutto il fascino della struttura originaria. Al piano terra c'è una grande cucina con zona soggiorno e ampio camino, 2 camere da letto e un bagno. La terza camera da letto, situata al piano superiore (scala esterna), è dotata di bagno en suite e terrazzo panoramico. Nel patio di 70 mq trova posto un grande tavolo, un barbecue, camino e zona salotto. La piscina, di 80 mq, è adiacente ad un folto bosco di querce ed è circondata da un frutteto, inoltre è attrezzata con sedie a sdraio e ombrellone.

Pleasant house and very nice owners

We stayed at the house for 3 weeks and it was amazing. The rooms were nice and tidy, bathrooms perfect. Kitchen was very well equipped, it had everything! The large swimming pool was a welcome addition to our stay. Also the village nearby (San Vito Chietino) was very cosy. We will certainly come back and visit your beautiful house! Thanks for the hospitality!

Perfetto!

The house and garden exceeded all our expectations. We loved the photos and description in the listing, which is why we chose it, but the reality was so much better. On arrival, Guglielmo and Luca met us to show us around the house and garden and give us important information. Several times during the holiday, they checked in on us by message, and offered recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. They were the perfect hosts. The highlights: the pool is really big and has shallow end and deep end so great for swimming as well as keeping cool. Has great lights too for nightime swimming. The deck and sunbeds have umbrellas for shade and there are places to sit in various parts in the garden - great for morning coffee or aperatifs. The house is homely and very well equipped with all you could possibly need. The undercover patio area is quirky and beautifully decorated with agricultural artefacts a perfect place to sit, eat and relax. The location is ideal - the house is in a tiny hamlet so really peaceful and private but only 5 mins away from San Vito Chietino and within easy driving distance of beautiful beaches on the Costa dei Trabocchi, pretty Italian towns with great history and architecture, the mountains of the Majella National Park and even the Abruzzo Zoo. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return.

Amazing

Once again, it has been an amazing vacation at this lovely place. The House is clean, a great big pool and a lovely Garden. Guglielmo and Luca are always helpfull and easy to get in touch with. We highly recommend this place.

Not Recommend based on our Experience

We stayed in this home for a period of 1 week in earlier June. The owner was accommodating in being flexible with a check-in time that we provided. As well as meeting us there with his bilingual son. The outside space of the patio area was wonderful. The inside is compact and functional. Kitchen very well supplied. The main stove was broken, and we were asked to not use it. The pool is beautiful and fabulous. Enjoyed it a lot! The wood pool deck is unsafe though, lots of rotten wood. You can fall through this, or the steps to the pool from house. There is a separate upstairs, but was not used because of the heat. So why the lower rating.? The owner when we first booked sent me a personal friend request on Facebook, which is not the most professional. We value our privacy. I was also asked to purchase, for his son, a Hard Rock Cafe T-Shirt. We found it a really unusual unprofessional request for a host. The weather when we arrived was extremely hot. Abruzzo/Italy is dealing with a bad heat wave/drought. He was aware of this. The home when we arrived was boiling hot. The entire time we stayed it never cooled down. We opened the windows at night & shut them, with their shutters, in the morning. It didn't help. The bedrooms have ceiling fans. But regardless of these, the house was hot and incredibly stuffy. Common room had no airflow as well. We realize the host can not control the weather. But we asked 4 separate times for a fan(s) to be provided. The first two times we received a bunch of shrugging shoulders emoji's with a general lack of care for our well being. Third time asked in person and he refused. The fourth was another text message where I was begging him for one. He finally brought one on the fourth of fifth day. Asking for a fan isn't a big deal. There wasn't any care for his guests. Several window screens had holes in them, one in a bedroom, the kitchen door, the kitchen window, and bathroom. If you had the lights tons of biting bugs got in. We had numerous welts on legs, backs, arms. The neighbors cats kept dumping the garbage over. When we mentioned it he shrugged. The landscape is very overgrown, needs to be trimmed for better airflow around windows. Would help the bug issue as well. We felt like legitimate concerns were not taken into consideration. I did not mention the screens because we were so put off by then. The host asked me to respond privately with concerns off the platform. We unfortunately can not recommend this home.

Traumhaft schönes Ferienhaus

Wir waren zu viert im Spätsommer 2023 Gäste des alten Steinhauses und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Es ist alles sauber und sehr geräumig und der perfekt saubere und große Pool wird zurecht immer wieder als außergewöhnlich erwähnt. Er war das Juwel und wir konnten ohne Probleme ganze Tage relaxen ohne uns zu bewegen. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist überreich, wir haben nichts vermisst. Die Temperaturen lagen bei unserem Aufenthalt etwas über 30 Grad und wir kamen sehr gut mit den Ventilatoren oder sogar ohne zurecht. Die Umgebung ist schön zu erkunden und die herrliche Küste der Traboccis kann man auch auf einem Fahrradweg befahren, Räder überall leihbar. Ganz außergewöhnlich herzlich und gleichzeitig diskret war die Betreuung durch den Vermieter Guglielmo. Er und sein Sohn haben sich um alles gekümmert und uns mit guten Tips und Hinweisen versorgt. Einfach wunderbar herzliche Leute. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Eine Oase zum Entspannen

Anhand der Bilder und vorherigen Rezensionen war die Erwartungshaltung an das Objekt groß. Für uns war es genauso, wie wir es uns vorgestellt hatten. Das Haus verfügt über alles Nötige, was man im Alltag braucht (statt einer Klima gibt es Deckenventilatoren) ohne einen Aufpreis zu verlangen. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet und es ist alles vorhanden, was man brauchen könnte. Die Zimmer sind großzügig und charmant eingerichtet und 6 Personen können bequem übernachten. Das Grundstück liegt ca. 10 Autominuten vom Strand entfernt, in einer tollen Landschaft eingebettet. Mit dem großzügig, angelegten Pool, (12×6m und teilweise 3m tief) fehlte uns jedoch oftmals der Antrieb das Grundstück zu verlassen. Auf dem Grundstück ist man komplett für sich und hat alle Freiheiten. Zum Einkaufen findet man im Ort alles, was das Herz begehrt und die Region eignet sich perfekt, um das ursprüngliche Italien kennenzulernen. Der Gastgeber ist äußerst nett, hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wenn man ihn braucht, ist er zur Stelle und versorgt einen mit regionalen Tips. @Guglielmo Vielen Dank nochmal für die schöne Zeit und deine Hilfe, wir sehen uns bestimmt wieder!

Das Haus und die Umgebung sind wunderschön. Besonders toll ist der sehr große Pool, der sehr sauber war. Wir haben einen sehr schönen und entspannten Urlaub verbracht. Guglielmo ist ein wundervoller Gastgeber, der immer ansprechbar und sehr hilfsbereit ist. Herzlichen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

Schönes gepflegtes Haus mit tollem Pool

Wir haben 12 wunderbare Tage in diesen Haus verbracht. Das haus liegt etwas außerhalb des Dorfes in sehr ruhiger Lage und dennoch ist man in ein paar Minuten im Dorf zum einkaufen. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und sehr gepflegt. Guglielmo ist ein herausragender Gastgeber und sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit und steht sofort mit rat und tat zur Seite. Das Schwimmbad ist sehr groß und lädt zu stundenlangen spaß haben ein. Die Strände sind in wenigen Autominuten zu erreichen. Danke nochmals an Guglielmo für die tollen Zeit die wir bei Dir genießen durften. Wir kommen sicher wieder!

Vacanza al Nocciolo

Questo è il nostro secondo soggiorno al Nocciolo e non ha deluso le nostre aspettative....sempre un posto accogliente e ospitale così come il suo proprietario Guglielmo. Il Casale è così confortevole che sembra di essere a casa propria. E immerso nel verde con piante da frutto e una piscina che è fantastica! Gemütliches Ferienhaus in Meernähe

Das Haus liegt in ruhiger Lage mit sehr guter Anbindung an die Autobahn. Es ist liebevoll und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, so dass man sich sofort wohlfühlt. Der Gastgeber ist sehr aufmerksam und tut alles, um seinen Gästen einen schönen Urlaub zu ermöglichen. Der Pool ist sehr groß und verfügt sogar über ein kleines Sprungbrett. In kurzer Zeit ist man am Meer mit vielen Möglichkeiten, Restaurants zu besuchen oder im Meer zu baden. Ein Erlebnis ist ein Abendessen in einem der Trabocchi. Allerdings sollte man hier rechtzeitig reservieren. Entlang des Meeres führt ein wunderschöner, neuer Fahrrad- und Fußgängerweg. Die Wohnung ist auch ein idealer Ausgangspunkt zu Ausflügen in die Berge, z.B. in die Grotta del Cavallone. Es hat uns super gefallen und wir würden jederzeit wieder hierher kommen.

Perfekt, um abzuschalten

Das Objekt war uns schon von unserem Urlaub vor drei Jahren bekannt. Wäre Corona nicht gewesen, wären wir sicherlich schon früher wieder an diesen Ort gekommen. Das Haus liegt ganz ruhig etwas abseits, was sich perfekt anbietet, um abzuschalten. Es ist viel schöner und gemütlicher, als die Bilder erahnen lassen. Der Pool ist wirklich riesig. Man ist schnell mit dem Auto in Lanciano oder auch in Ortona. In San Vito Marino gibt es auch einen Strand, der in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar ist. Dort gibt es auch viele Restaurants und Bars. Ich persönlich bevorzuge den Strand "Le Morge" in Torino di Sangro. Als Kind war ich schon jedes Jahr dort, kann ihn nur empfehlen. Man kann sehr weit ins Meer hinauslaufen, was sich auch für Kinder anbietet. Hat eine große freie Strandfläche. Das Objekt kann ich weiterhin sehr empfehlen. Die Abruzzen, hier Chieti, sind wunderschön. Gulielmo ist der perfekte Gastgeber. War immer um unser Wohl bemüht, hat sich auch um die Reinigung des Pools gekümmert. Ein sehr warmer und herzlicher Mensch. Wir kommen immer wieder gerne.

Traumhaus in Traumlage mit Traumpool!

Super gepflegtes Haus, in dem man sich sofort wie zuhause fühlt! Ausstattung in den Zimmern, der Küche, den Bädern lässt keine Wünsche offen! Alle Zimmer mit Insektengittern, alle Schlafzimmer mit Ventilator. Riesiger Garten mit verschiedenen Obstbäumen und leckeren Früchten, in dem sich der riesige Pool fast verliert! Besser kann man sich nicht entspannen. Gugliemo ist der perfekte Gastgeber, sofort da, wenn man Hilfe braucht, zum Beispiel bei Restaurant-Reservierungen. Wenn man sich vom Pool lösen kann, sind in kurzer Entfernung sowohl Kies- als auch Sandstrände, parken war bei uns kein Problem. Super gefallen hat uns Ortona und ein Sonnenuntergang in Pescara auf der Ponte del Mare ein Traum! Liebhaber von Fisch und Meeresfrüchten kommen hier voll auf ihre Kosten! Alles in Allem ein superschöner Urlaub, danke Gugliemo und Luca!

Tolles Haus mit viel Liebe gestaltet

Es liegt gut und wurde mit viel Liebe detailliert eingerichtet. Speziell im Aussenbereich und der Küche. Nichts fehlt und wenn ja reicht ein kurzer Anruf und es wird erledigt. Schöner Pool und viele Obstbäume im Garten. Überall Fliegengitter an Türen und Fenster und wunderschöne schattige Terrasse. Kurz gesagt; 100% zu empfehlen. Grazie Antonella e Guglielmo :-)

Charming country side retreat

Absolutely loved our stay in this charming country house in San Vito Chietino. Nice garden, very practical & well equipped house, great pool, quiet neighbourhood, helpful host - all 10/10. Trabocchi coast is beautiful, Abruzzo food is wonderful everywhere you go. Wouldn't hesitate to go back !

I will keep this review rather simple. All previous reviews are correct great place, location, outside area, pool and the very nice owners. What I would like to add that hasn’t really been mentioned is the inside of the property. It is very nice, spacious and well kept. Would highly recommend.

Fantastisk

Et fantastisk hus, stor pool som også er egnet til mindre børn. En skøn oase af have, og huset er beliggende i meget roligt og fredeligt område. Værten og resten af familien har leveret den bedste service, og var altid til rådighed. Alt var perfekt. Vi har allerede booket huset igen til næste sommer.

Wonderful

We, a family of four had a great stay here. The house is great and the garden fabulous. The landlord and his helpful son made us feel very welcome. Pool was a big hit for us all. We all would love to visit Abruzzo again.

Splendido soggiorno al Nocciolo! La casa è molto ben curata e pulita e non manca di nulla, lo spazio esterno ricco di piante e fiori e la piscina sono un angolo di paradiso. Grazie a Guglielmo per la cortese ospitalità mai invadente.
