VILLA ANNA si trova a 10 minuti di bus dal centro storico di Venezia.
La zona è tranquilla e silenziosa, potrete rilassarvi al vostro ritorno a casa dopo una giornata trascorsa nell'affascinante e affollata Venezia.
L'appartamento che vi offriamo è elegante e molto spazioso (140 mq). E' stato ristrutturato ed arredato con cura a giugno 2016!
E' dotato di tutti i comfort: riscaldamento autonomo, aria condizionata, vasca idromassaggio, lavasciuga, lavastoviglie, macchina per il caffè espresso...

L'appartamento si sviluppa su tre piani ed è ideale per ospitare coppie di amici, famiglie con bambini e gruppi numerosi.

In 3 minuti a piedi potete raggiungere la fermata dell'autobus per Venezia e del tram per la stazione ferroviaria di Mestre-Venezia da dove potete partire per visitare altri importanti centri culturali del Veneto (Padova-20 min., Treviso-20 min., Verona-1 ora). Alla stazione ferroviaria arrivano i bus diretti dagli aeroporti di Venezia Marco Polo e Treviso Canova.

Close to Venice sights

We loved this house for our first 2 nights in Italy! It was easy to communicate with our host on the app. The check-in was challenging because of language barriers but, with a lot of hand gestures and Google translate, we made it work. The house is large and gave us lots of room to relax. It's situated a short bus ride from Venice and in a quiet residential neighbourhood. We found the local supermarket close by and a lovely Italian restaurant around the corner with a welcoming owner and staff.

Great location for Venice

We stayed here for the weekend while we visited Venice- great location and convenient. Short walk to bus and about 10-15 minute ride to Grand Canal. Host was very communicative and great host. Our flight was delayed and we got in quite late; they still met us there and went over everything late in the evening. Great amenities and very roomy for our family of 7 that traveled. Definitely recommend for a stay near Venice.

Newly decorated property. Very clean & comfy & in a great location. Easy transport to Venice. 5 star restaurant literally around the corner. Missing a few basic items in kitchen items & we had to wait 30 minutes to get into the apartment, but otherwise the dwelling is excellent

Better than the pictures!

Our stay at Villa Anna exceeded our expectations. This house is actually so much better and more than what even the pictures of the listing show. Convenience to Venice was exactly as described. We especially appreciated the ice maker. As Americans we depend on ice in our water, and we had a freshly made abundance of it readily available. The one small negative we would mention is that the upstairs AC was not enough to keep us comfortable during the night. But the downstairs AC unit worked well and also was MOST appreciated! We would definitely rent here again, but next time it will be in the spring or fall.

Short stay!

We were traveling with our adult daughters, this was our last stop, and we were pleasantly surprised. The home was spacious! It’s one train stop into Venice, there was a delicious restaurant down the street. Beds were comfortable, two bathrooms were a plus. After our girls departed, my husband and I went to stay in a fancy Venice hotel, accessible only by boat. We missed the convenience of being in a neighborhood that had reasonably priced food options and the ability to come and go without having to water taxi back and forth to the city. If we knew then, what we know now, we would have just stayed in the lovely home we started our Venice trip in.

Nice house, great vacation region; some improvement in service needed...

Altogether, we enjoyed our vacation in the house and the Venice region. It would have been desirable at check-in, however, if the property owner had shown up herself instead of sending over a kind lady who spoke only Italian and could not communicate well with us. Furthermore, the serious mold problem in one of the four bedrooms cannot possibly have been unknown. It forced us to avoid use of this room for health reasons. A small refund was offered, but a situation like this should not arise in the first place...

Wir können die Villa Anna nur weiter empfehlen, die Adresse war mit dem Navigationsgerät einfach zu finden. Zudem gab es noch gute Beratungen vom Host wegen Sehenswürdigkeiten,Restaurants und etc. Der Host war sehr nett und hilfsbereit sodass man sich bei Problemen oder Fragen immer an sie wenden konnte .Wie gesagt können die Villa Anna nur weiterempfehlen.

Beautiful Villa

I stayed for three nights with four female. The villa was perfect with lots of space inside and outside and was very clean and well equipped. Julia really looked after us and helped to make our stay very enjoyable. I definitely recommend this property

Perfect Place to First Land Our Feet In Italy

Venice was our first destination on our Italian trip itinerary. Our lovely home was located in a charming residential neighbourhood just a ten minute tram ride into Venice. I wanted a restful place to stay after a busy day of traveling. Our home was very spacious for our family of five with all the comforts of home we required for a delightful stay. Thank you to our hostess and Julia who greeted us and addressed all our needs!

Very comfortable house in a great location

Great sized accommodation, very modern and clean, with every convenience for an enjoyable time. Unfortunately we were only there for two nights but would have liked to have stayed longer. Maghera is a lovely town around 10 minutes by local transport to Venice. We were met by Julia, but correspondence was with Erika who was very helpful with the booking arrangements. Julia gave us some very helpful information on the area including local restaurants.. Her restaurant is very close to the house and well worth a visit, it was excellent. With lots of menu choices including some great pizzas all at a very reasonable cost. If you are in this area you should stay here, plus don't miss Julia's restaurant. When we are next in this area we will definitely stay here. Thanks Julia and Erika.

Beautiful home, great location and host

This is a great home in a very nice neighborhood just outside of Venice proper. Nice shops, cafes and restaurants within a 5 minute walk. 5 minutes to bus stop and a 15 minute bus ride into Venice. The owner, Erika, was very responsive and kind. Julia, the property manager, lives next door and was very kind/helpful. Can’t wait to stay here again during our next visit to Venice. Would recommend this property to family and friends.

gut klimatisiertes Wohlgefühl bei großer Hitze

Sehr empfehlenswert. Geräumiges Wohnzimmer & Küche; gut zu verdunkelne drei Schlafzimmer, sehr schöne Bäder. Verkehsanbindungen zum Flughafen und nach Venedig sind sehr gut, schnell und häufig. Die nebenan wohnende Verwalterin Julia ist SEHR nett und freundlich.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft abseits vom Tourismus

Wer Entspannung sucht und nicht unbedingt in einem lebhaften Touristenviertel Urlaub machen möchte ist hier richtig. Wenn ein Pool oder ein schön angelegter Garten dabei wäre, wäre es für zwei Familien mit Kindern perfekt. Die Terrasse ist für alle zusammen etwas eng, aber erfüllt absolut ihren Zweck. Zum Baden mussten wir leider 40 km zum nächsten Strand fahren. Zum shoppen oder bummeln ist der Ort leider auch nicht geeignet. Die Nähe zu Venedig ist allerdings super, mit der Bahn von Mestre aus, in ein paar Minuten zu erreichen! Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und großzügig geschnitten. In der näheren Umgebung kann man zum selbst versorgen gut einkaufen. Um abends essen zu gehen, gibt es eine sehr gute Pizzeria direkt um die Ecke. Ansonsten gibt der Ort Marghera leider nicht viel her.

Great place to stay!

The house very clean, well decorated and had everything we needed to enjoy our time there. The 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are large and comfortable. Our hostess Julia was very helpful and provided lots of info on how to get to Venice, where to eat (be sure to go to her restaurant, everything we ate was delicious). I highly recommend this accommodation.

Home from home

An excellent location outside the hustle and bustle of central Venice but just a 12 minute bus ride out. The house is well equipped and very clean and has 4 double bedded rooms and 2 bathrooms with air conditioning. Julia welcomed us although we arrived much earlier than the check in time and was very informative about local facilities. We used the restaurant around the corner most evenings and the food was good and reasonably priced. There is a winery and bakery just a few yards from the house which were both exceptional. Despite all windows being mosquito netted unfortunately we were still bitten as we hadn't brought any repellants with us. We would definitely recommend for groups of families or friends.
