Casa Badinot is an oasis in Diano d'Alba, the heart of Langhe, near Alba&Barolo

Casa Badinot is a two - floors indipendent countryhouse sited in the village of Diano d'Alba, a beautiful place in the heart of Langhe.
Diano is one of the best villages in the Langhe areas, in fact is a very fascinating place sited in a central position between Alba (really close), Barolo and Barbaresco; its position offers a beautiful view on the hilly landscapes !!
The city of Alba is just 6 km away from Badinot, and Barolo is no longer than 10 km, on a very interesting panoramic road!!..
At ground floor, home offers:
1 large KITCHEN/DINING ROOM with fridge + freezer, gas oven, toaster, kettle, American coffee machine, Italian coffee machine, washing machine, microwave, all you need for breakfast and for cooking.. and a big table with 6 seats.
1 LOUNGE ROOM with a comfortable leather sofa, a wood - fireplace, hi fi, wine tasting corner, dvd player, TV with Italian digitale terrestre and satellite channels from GER, CH, FRA, ENG, AUT.
At first floor, there are:
2 BEDROOMS, the blue one is bigger and contains a king size double bed (181 x 200 cm) and could be equipped with a third single bed or a cot for kids (we have 2 cots); the green one is smaller but very romantic, with a double canopy bed (160 x 200 cm), that is perfect for a couple or for children, too. Both rooms include linen and clothes.
1 BATHROOM with water closet, bidet, sink, shower, hair dryer, soaps and bath products, linen and towels.
Outside the house you will find:
1 gazebo with chairs for outside.
1 round table with 4 comfortable seats.
1 VEGETABLES GARDEN and FRUIT TREES to gather what the nature offers in that season.
1 huge private PARK for romantic walks surrounded by nature,
1 BARBECUE station, with grill, stone and cutlery for cooking,
1 private flowered LAWN, adjacent to the dining room, large and closed, where children and animals may play safely.
In the evening the garden is discreetly illuminated by two old lamps and in this suggestive location you can dine outside, enjoy the silence, the freshness of the evening and the stars, far from the traffic of the city. The crickets will accompany your chats...

Casa Badinot è una casa a due piani, indipendente, situata nel comune di Diano d'Alba, un bellissimo posto nel cuore delle Langhe.
Al piano terra, la casa offre:
1 CUCINA/SALA DA PRANZO completa di frigo con freezer, forno 5 fuochi a gas, microonde, macchine da caffè, toastiera, bollitore elettrico, mixer, lavatrice, pentolame... e un grande tavolo con 6 posti.
1 SALOTTO con caminetto, TV digitale terreste italiano e satellitare (canali in lingua straniera), lettore dvd, angolo degustazione, stereo, divano in pelle.
Al primo piano si trovano:
2 CAMERE da LETTO, quella blu, molto spaziosa, dispone di un letto matrimoniale king size e può includere un terzo posto letto singolo (eventualmente anche due lettini per bambini). La camera verde, più piccola ma romantica, include un letto matrimoniale a baldacchino, perfetto per una coppia ma anche per i bambini. La biancheria da letto e gli asciugamani, vengono forniti.
1 BAGNO con wc, bidet, doccia, asciugacapelli, asciugamani e biancheria.
All'esterno della casa troverete:
1 GAZEBO con sedie ed arredo da esterno,
1 TAVOLO con 4 comode sedute,
1 ORTO + ALBERI DA FRUTTA coltivati senza pesticidi e anticrittogamici dove raccogliere quello che la terra offre nella stagione di accesso,
1 grande PARCO privato dove fare romantiche passeggiate circondati dalla natura,
1 SET per barbecue, con griglia, pietra ollare e posate per grigliata.
1 ampio PRATO privato, adiacente la sala da pranzo, grande e chiuso, dove far giocare bambini e animali al sicuro dai pericoli.
La sera si può cenare fuori per poi godere del silenzio, della frescura della sera e delle stelle, lontani dal traffico delle città, due lampioni antichi illumineranno con discrezione la suggestiva location e i grilli accompagneranno le vostre chiacchierate.
