Lovely Stay.

Beautiful place. Very convenient access to the lake from the water. It was great to be able to beach our boat in from of condo. Great view of the London Bridge and the lake

Great Location

It was a great stay! Clean, and had everything you needed . The location right by the water was awesome, best part was the view on the patio. I would definitely stay again!

Nice place

Had a great time, kitchen pots and pans were really clean. BBQ pit worked excellent. Linens were clean. I’d come back to stay again!

Fun Stay

This was a fun location. The condo needs a good cleaning. I thought it was on the lake, but it was not. That is my fault for not fully looking at the pictures, kinda seeing the roof of the condos in front. The pool also was not heated as advertised. Still a fun trip and fun location.

Lake Havasu vacation

Perfect location. Love the space, the patio, very comfortable. Talked to the owner a few times. She was very supportive. Don't know who the property manager is. Will stay here again.

Love this condo!

We've stayed in other condos st King's View. The location never disappoints. They have everything you will need here! Great later checkout (1pm) which was such a bonus for us, given we had kiddos to pack up!

Clean spacious and plenty of supplies.

Have stayed in this complex before and like the location but some of the units could use updating. This one is updated clean and we will definitely stay here again.

Lake Havasu fun

What a great place so much fun! Great location next to everything restaurants shopping the lake front property was awesome! Very clean and the office was so helpful they were able to help with all my needs I believe it was Mary or Michelle but whoever I spoke to on the phone was a great help very friendly and kind! Thank you all for letting me stay at your great location! PS If anyone need a great spot try this place Michael Morrow

Great location, excellent patio and view from top floor! Poorly stocked with necessities.

Good sized unit. Bedrooms, bathrooms quite nice. Living/dining area large and well furnished. Kitchen very small with very little counter space. The patio deck probably the best feature. Very large with lots of seating, tables, BBQ and great views.

Kings view Condo

Great room except there was not a blender and the toaster was broken. It was nice to have the toaster replaced quickly though. The toilet in the master bedroom also was loose and would leek if you leaned at all on the seat back. Overall we love this place and will always come back. Small maintenance and up keep of the condos would be greatly appreciated!!!

Great spot!

My husband and I needed a spot close to the bridge, but didn't want to be in the middle of the party zone. Although King's View is a busy spot, this condo was on the backside and higher up so the party noise was limited. We only hear it briefly Saturday night. The patio is HUGE and the unit was clean and inviting. We will be coming back for sure!

Wonderful Condo! We would love to come back one day!

This wonderful condo does not feel like a rental property. Decorated like you would your home it had all the ammenities you could ask for. The balcony was surprisingly big with lots of seating areas and had a wonderful few of London Bridge. Such a deal! We could'nt believe the value compared to other options in the area. We felt very lucky to find it! A BIG THANK YOU to the owners.

Havasu - My happy place

PRO: Always great to be in Havasu and on this property. We've stayed in these condos many times and it's great to be so close to the water. This condo is decorated really nice and was very comfortable for the 4 of us. CON: We caught them at a bad time and we ran out of propane and other things. The elevator also did not work when we arrived which was problematic for my husband, but they had it fixed within a few hours.

Lack of dishes in kitchen , found a set in guest closet! What?? Towels, bath rugs , sheets all past their expiration date. Dust on all surfaces , had to wipe bar it was filthy. Place needs thorough deep clean.How difficult to fill bath soap dispensers? Also door open on arrival with one key that could’ve been taken. Called rental co.

Misleading

The condo was nice. Good views of the London Bridge. The advertisement was misleading. We thought we were going to be on the beach front, but we also had a nice view of the roof top. Needs new towels and couches. We found dirty pillow case in the closet. Other than that we had a nice time.

healthcare getaway

absolutly beautiful condo. Bbq grill was not working but our neighbor was gracious enough to let us use his! very comfortable. we all are healthcare workers that had a well deserved vacation. Will certainly be going back!!!
