Venite a prendere una settimana di riposo la vostra vita frenetica, rilassatevi sul molo con un bicchiere di vino o una birra fresca.

Belle Lake House a soli 45 minuti da Barrie.

Long Lake è in bella Bala. La nostra casa sul lago ci benedice con sorprendente tramonto vista .... e un lago che è perfetto per la canoa, canottaggio, tubi o semplicemente bird watching ..... noi avere tutto.

La casa è 3800sqft, dispone di 7 camere da letto, 3. 5 bagni, cucina completamente attrezzata con lavastoviglie, macchina per caffè espresso ... e molto altro ancora .... il suo paradiso con solo buoni tempi.

Inoltre, dopo una lunga giornata in acqua, perché non accendere delle candele, mettere su un po 'di musica soft e ha colpito il HOT TUB ... e godere della vista di una notte stellata .....

Questa Lake House combina il mondo rilassante della vita di cottage sul lago con la comodità di avere la città a pochi passi da Birreria, LCBO e un negozio di alimentari Freshmart.

Il Kee a Bala è anche molto ben conoscere sala da concerto e si apre il 24 maggio fine settimana. Hanno ospitato alcuni artisti molto noti lo scorso anno come Snoop Dog (non un errore di stampa, non potevo credere neanche), Kim Mitchell, Blue Rodeo, Sam Roberts, ecc

Friend reunion October

We all enjoyed our stay. Cottage was well supplied- had everything we needed especially the kitchen Beds super comfortable. We walked into Bala for a coffee. Hot tub was great. Sunset was perfect.

Family reunion

We couldn't have stayed at a better place! Perfect size and absolutely everything we needed. Comfortable beds. Great beach area off the dock. We brought a boat and fished. Played lots of games on a couple of rainy days. Walked into town almost every day. Just absolute perfection.

Beautiful quiet cottage on Long lake

For a get away with children under 12. There were too many potential knickknacks to get broken. Thankfully we didn't have rowdy children and they were well behaved. We came into the cottage and the floor were very sticky. Many things were already broken. The ladder to the bunk beds on the second floor was not attached and the screws were missing. There were nail gun nails on the floor in the basement bathroom and I steeped on one and unfortunately had one of the barbs stuck in my foot. Thankfully it was me and not one of the younger children. There were missing door knobs. Instructions on how to get the hot tub off sleep mode not available.

A Christmas to remember

Our stay at Philips cottage was absolutely amazing! The cottage is so beautiful, it is decorated so tastefully and they even went full out with the Christmas decorations which was such a nice surprise. It was so cozy and had everything you could possibly need. We had an insane amount of snow and our kids were in heaven! I would recommend to anyone if I could give more then 5 stars I would :) Thank you so much for creating such a great environment for our family. We will be rebooking for next year without hesitation

A wonderful escape from the city

A beautiful cottage located on a quiet lake. The cottage was big and spacious accommodated 13 of us comfortably. It had wonderful decor which made it feel very homey. Kitchen was fully equipped with everything you need. Would highly recommend this cottage to friends and family. Fantastic Family Fun!

This was an awesome property, exactly as described. The kitchen was fully equipped, everything you would need miraculously appeared. The lake, dock and water craft afforded hours of fun for our children and grandchildren. Location just outside of town was convenient and all your shopping needs could be met close to the cottage. The owner was east to communicate with and very responsive. A complete cottage guide was provided, which was very helpful. A memorable stay!

Definitely Going Back

We've been to quite a few cottages, and this is definitely among the top 3, especially for a larger group. The kitchen is well stocked, the bathrooms are prestine, the facilities are top notch. Definitely a great location for a quiet time away with family or friends.

Good time in Bala

Had a wonderful time at this Bala cottage. Comfortable, spacious, well equipped and in a great location. Rated Cleanliness with a 4 star rather than a 5 star as the Hot Tub was not clean on the day of our arrival. We added chemicals and enjoyed it for the remainder of our stay. Accuracy of On Line listing was also rated as a 4 rather than a 5 as we were both surprised and dissappointed to recieve an additional charge, after our stay, which was the cleaning fee. Beware! The cleaning fee was not included or mentioned in our original on- line quote. It was mentioned on the Rental Agreement , in fine print, which was provided after we booked on line.

Cottage Haven

The cottage was great, very clean, cozy & comfortable ! Everything you need in one roof, from utensils, basic amenities and watercraft equipment! We were 11 adults and 2 toddlers & had visitors in between and we were all comfortable. The place is spacious for big groups. Our family enjoyed our stay, we would certainly be back again. The lakeview was very beautiful. I'd rate this cottage 11/10 ! Thank you Phil and Claudia for sharing your place with us.

Thanks for a great Thanksgiving!

We had a wonderful long weekend in Bala, thanks to Phil and his beautiful property. The cottage was so comfortable for our whole family to stay under the same roof. The cottage is beautifully appointed. It was such a thoughtful treat to arrive and find the gorgeous fall floral arrangement on the dining table. It’s these types of details that really enhanced our perfect weekend. Thanks again! We’ll definitely book again.

No privacy

I booked a private cottage on purpose to avoid any problems with neighbors, but the neighbors complained anyway and called the police on us. There were cameras around the property and the owner clearly watches it, did not feel the privecly at all

Vacay with Million Dollar View

This was a short vacation with an absolutely stunning cottage stocked so well that our breaths were taken away, surrounded by beautiful grounds and mesmerized by Muskoka’s million dollar view. This is a dream cottage with a dream like view. Phil and Claudia are gracious and extremely welcoming and warm hosts. We will rent this cottage again soon.

Exactly as advertised. Worked very well for our group.

Everything we needed for our group of seven: making meals, having meetings at the dining table and in the living room, playing at the pool and foosball tables and a fire pit for the evenings. There was also enough bedrooms so everyone could have a room of their own. Highly recommended. We would come again.

Great stay - fully furnished

We've had a great time at the cottage. Everything was very well organized - all cabinets and drawers labelled, plenty of utensils, pots, pans, etc, which made preparing food a breeze. Enjoyed the kayaks and swimming in the lake. Firepit is a great spot to spend the evening at. Would recommend.

Life is Better in Bala at the Lake House

We brought a great group of family friends - kids from 6 mo old to 11 yrs old - for a week at the Lake House and Little Secret. Phil and Claudia have perfectly equipped the cottages and property for a classic Mukoka vacation. Plenty of space, beautiful waterfront, a short walk into town for Don’s Bakery, the Kee, and the SWS Ski Show. Absolutely ideal. And, the hot tub is a fantastic bonus on an overcast day. We can’t say more. Everyone loved our cottage holiday here.
