La casa è molto spaziosa e confortevole, ideale per famiglie o gruppi di amici. Questo magnifico appartamento si trova al sesto piano, con ascensore, ha una superficie di 200 metri quadrati ed è composto da un ampio soggiorno con bella vista e balconi, sala da pranzo con cucina, 4 ampie camere da letto (tre con letti queen size 190x160cm; uno con un letto per uno e mezzo (190x120 cm) e un letto singolo 190x90 cm). Tutte le stanze sono illuminate da ampie finestre. C'è un divano letto matrimoniale nel soggiorno. I mobili sono lussuosi e la casa è unica, con una vista meravigliosa e molto tranquilla. Aria condizionata, riscaldamento, accesso internet wifi gratuito, TV Lcd.
L'appartamento è situato in un edificio del XIX secolo con ingresso da Viale Due Macelli. La posizione della casa è fantastica, proprio nel centro, adiacente a Piazza di Spagna e Fontana di Trevi. Spagna e Barberini Metro / Underground sono a due minuti a piedi.

Abbiamo completato la ristrutturazione dell'appartamento a maggio 2015.

Did not want to leave!! Stunning apartment!

Absolutely loved the apartment, location was close to everything, wonderful restaurants, shopping, Spanish Steps, Trevi. Apartment balconies, natural light from the ceiling to floor windows, comfortable beds, living area was warm and welcoming. I can’t say enough about the apartment. Our host was so accommodating and answered all our questions as we led up to our visit and during. Our check was seamless and easy and was great considering coming off an overnight flight. We would absolutely stay here again! Can’t say enough about this place and the host!

Absolutely amazing!

Our family are seasoned travelers who have stayed at numerous hotels and rental properties - and I can confidently state this this property was one of the finest we've been to. The owner - Fidia was extremely easy to communicate with - and went out of her way to make sure everything was well taken care, including airport transportation. Her assistant Allan met us at the place and was also incredibly helpful. Check-in couldn't have been easier. And as this was our first trip to Rome - it really helped that they provided us with a detailed document with the best restaurants, tours, museums, things to do, etc. .. Fidia also recommended a friend to set up private tours - Crazy4Rome - and again - they were fantastic. Easy to communicate with - and the tours we took were exceptional.What's most important in any vacation stay? Location! And this apartment is just the perfect location - steps from the Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. Tons of great restaurants outside the door and transportation was easy.The actual inside of the apartment was equally wonderful. 4 big bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. And the central living room was spacious and beautiful. The views outside the windows were just lovely. All in all - couldn't recommend this place any higher. If you can - book it - you won't be sorry.(Only negative note - nothing to do with Fidia - is the Rome cab drivers can be a rip you off. Make sure they use the meter and give you the right change! )

Great place for larger group

Great place. Centrally located. Lots of room to spread out, with 4 good sized bedrooms, and large living areas with lots of big windows.Communication with the management team is excellent.Only reason it doesnt get a 5 rating is that the bathrooms are a bit tired and in need of a renovation/refresh.Other than that it's great...

Pre wedding trip to Rome

Excellent location and very comfortable home for a multigenerational family trip. Communication with host was excellent and we really appreciated assistance with shuttle transportation for an early flight. We would definitely stay there again!

Comfort and roomy. Estetically very pleasing.

Our stay was just great. The apartment is lovely and very spacey. We were 5 adults and two teenagers. We had plenty of space and.the contact person, Alan was very responsive. Fidia was always and immediately responding to any questions before we arrived. Great location! We could walk many parts of the city

Great Location

We stayed in Rome for 3 nights and totally enjoyed the apartment. There was 8 of us and we had plenty of space. The location was perfect we could walk anywhere and we did. The apartment was very clean and we had someone come in every morning to clean and had new towels just like a hotel. If traveling with a large group this is a great place to stay.

Family Reunion in Rome

This property, with 4 beds and 4 baths, is perfect for a family reunion. The bedrooms are separated, so early risers don't wake late sleepers. Two minutes to the Trevi Fountain, less than 10 minutes to the Spanish Steps. Balconies! Great restaurants nearby, as well as busses and subways.

Mooiste appartement waar we ooit hebben verbleven

We hebben heel veel appartementen in Rome verhuurd, dit was zeker het mooiste. Super schoon, uitzicht vanuit elke raam! Fidia reageerde heel snel en regelde alles heel goed. Het had echt alles en alles werkte prima, top locatie; we waren allemaal heel erg blij mee.

Great Family Time in a Perfect Location

We were here for a family wedding g and stayed here at the tail end of the trip for 2 days. The apartment was in a great location and there was a restaurant directly located across the way that was very good too that was a Wine Shop. Shopping and sightseeing were easy walking distance. They also had good restaurant recommendations that we took advantage of.

Location spot on in historic building with lift! Sixth floor afforded incredible views. We were right on the doorstep to Trevi and Spanish steps. Good location with spacious set up

Stay was comfortable. Air conditioning was effective and the apartment is designed to give sufficient privacy and space. The kitchen is equipped well and the windows are large, bringing warm light into the apartment when needed, and with shutters when not needed. Good location for first time visitors who need proximity to sightseeing

Bella Roma!!!!

The apartment was beautiful, spacious and perfect for our family. Location was unbelievable with only two blocks away from the Trevi fountain and two blocks away from the Spanish steps. Right in the middle of all the most magnificent shopping and restaurants.

between Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain

We all loved the location in the heart of the city and appreciated the wonderful trash pickup every morning and the street cleaners who polished the area every morning as well. The apartment was like living in a Fred Astaire/Ginger Rogers movie set.
