Very apartment in the perfect location

I really enjoyed staying in this apartment. The host met me at the front entrance and showed me the apartment. Once he showed me the apartment, we walked down to the street and he pointed out several places to eat and visit. The apartment was very clean and the location was perfect. It has everything you could possibly need and the Wi-Fi is superfast. I will definitely stay there again when I visit Brasov.

Quaint property in ideal location

The apartment was exactly as the listing described. Our group of 3 found the accommodations met each of our individual needs. The location of the apartment was perfect for exploring Brasov on foot. One thing to note is that the 6'2", 250 lb member of our party found the shower to be a bit of a challenge due to it's high step in and small size. We would absolutely recommend staying at this property and some of us hope to return in the future.

Great communication with owner; close to city center

The advertised flat was unavailable due to a plumbing issue. Radu contacted us promptly and let us know, and asked some questions about our needs to put us in an equivalent property. It was close to to the city center and in a location where we felt safe. He stayed in communication until we got to the flat. I would definitely recommend renting from Radu. Even though it was not right in the city center, it was close enough for us. We enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful Stay in Brasov

Tucked away in a courtyard off the main pedestrian street the location of this apartment can't be beat. We stayed for 2 1/2 weeks and our host Radu could not have been more accommodating! He met us when the shuttle dropped us off and walked with us to the apartment , pointing out must see sights and favorite restaurants along the way. Later in the week he took us on a guided tour of the city. And when a small maintenance problem developed at the rental he had it fixed immediately. The bed was comfortable and the shower was hot! Location, comfort and a wonderful host - what more can you ask for?

Historic Apartment in Brasov

Thank you, Radu, for letting me use your apartment. Such great care was taken of me while I was in your lovely town. Called Radu and he sent someone to meet me at the train station and show me the way to the apartment! Marius told me some of the history of the town and pointed out significant places to visit while I was there. Also told me which restaurants were good and had good prices and where the grocery was. His help was invaluable. The apartment is equipped with everything needed and is in the middle of the historic old town. You couldn't get a better location. It is placed off of a courtyard behind the businesses of the main street, so it was quiet and peaceful at night. This is not a luxury apartment and is great for those who want to be in the middle of everything, but are watching the budget. The shower is small and care is needed when walking from one room to another as there are threshold dividers. As a solo female traveler, I felt very safe and comfortable here. Radu was so kind, checking on me several times to make sure I had everything I needed. Thank you for making my trip to your country a memorable one!

location and character

The apartment is right on the pedestrian walkway of the historic center. The apartment is small, but comfortable and functional. However, upon arrival half of the lightbulbs were out, the oven was filthy, the dish towel was soiled and smelled, the glasses were not clean, the kitchen sink has a drainage issue, and the shower towels were musty. The shower allows barely enough room to turn around and is actually high off the floor to step into. With all that being said, the owner does not live in town and has a very nice man as caretaker. I emailed the owner of these issues and he responded immediately and sent his caretaker within a few hours. The caretaker resolved the bulb issue and brought laundry soap. He sent the cleaning lady who arrived with an hour. She cleaned and left a clean dish towel. The picture of there apartment is accurate. Do not let the dingy, narrow, untidy service walkway to the apartment put you off. It is tucked away off that pedestrian walkway, so it is quiet. The apartment has charter. You walk up a cement circular staircase to the second floor (in europe they call it the 1st floor). The apartment has a oval shaped brick ceiling, s brick back wall, hardwood floor, and a double entry front door. The apartment makes very good use of its small space. Pretty much all of the significant areas to visit are within walking distance.

Very central location.

Well located in the middle of Brasov. The entrance to the apartment was rather offputting, by the side of an Irish pub but fortunately there was no noise from the pub late at night. The apartment was pretty well equipped and great for 2 people.Very close to good restaurants and to all the main sights. We enjoyed our stay.

Tolle stilvolle, bestens ausgestattete Ferienwohnung in ruhiger und zentraler Lage

Ich hatte einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dieser wunderschönen, ruhig und direkt an der Fußgängerzone in einem Hinterhof gelegenen Ferienwohnung. Die Schlüsselübergabe hat super geklappt. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet was man zur Selbstversorgung braucht, sogar eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind direkt vor der Tür und man ist in wenigen Schritten am Marktplatz und bei allen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Ich hoffe ich kann diese Stadt noch einmal besuchen und werde dann wieder diese schöne Unterkunft wählen. Ich kann sie nur bestens empfehlen und danke meinem Vermieter von Herzen für dieses unvergessliche Erlebnis !

Quaint apartment in great location

We had a great time staying in this flat, as close to the centre of old Brasov as you can get. Set just back from the main pedestrianised area it offers easy walking explorations to every part of the town you could wish to see. The only downsides was the relatively poorly stocked kitchen, without any frying pan of description or any oven dishes (other than a couple of weird glass ones). Other than that, we loved our time here and would recommend this as a good base for exploring Brasov and beyond. We even managed to find free parking every day!

Super comfortable apartment. Awesome location!

The apartment is in the most lively part of Brasov, right on the main pedestrian thoroughfare in the center of town. Perfect location. It is clean and a nice size for a couple.
