Villa Ashra è un lusso villa indipendente di famiglia, circondato da giardini paesaggistici che si affacciano un corso di laguna e campo da golf e un facile accesso a tutti i servizi. La villa è completamente arredata e dotate di TV satellitare e lettore DVD, una docking station per iPod e lettore CD. Tutte le lenzuola e gli asciugamani sono forniti per comodità. Con la sua terrazza sul tetto, solarium, giardino, piscina privata e doccia esterna della villa soddisfa tutte le esigenze. Negozi, ristoranti e bar sono tutti nelle vicinanze, a circa 7 minuti a piedi o 5 minuti si è corsa tok.

Another great stay at this villa

Not the first trip to this villa and won’t be the last. As always the villa is clean and well equipped. Pool area is large and overlooking a very quiet lagoon. Very peaceful and relaxing and looking forward to the next visit.

Another Wonderful visit

Fourth time of staying in this lovely homely villa. Inside is spacious, clean, well equipped and freshly painted. Outside, the pool area is quiet and relaxing with plenty of space to sit in shade or relax in the glorious sunshine. Will definitely return.

Fantastic Stay

Not the first time we have been to this property. Just like previous visits everything was wonderful, relaxing and home from home. Once again, we didn’t want to leave but we will definitely be coming back. El Gouna is a beautiful place and this villa is the icing on the cake in making a nice trip into a fantastic holiday. Una casa de ensueño en un lugar tranquilo

La casa es muy bonita y está perfectamente acondicionada para disfrutar de unos dias de descanso. La cocina está super equipada, tiene de todo. La terraza jardín es muy íntima y los baños en la piscina a cualquier hora han sido una gozada. Está cerca del centro de Gouna si quieres salir pero nosotros hemos estado encantados en la casa que ofrece todas las comodidades. Para repetir.

Second visit to the villa and it was wonderful. This is a homely place to stay with lovely outdoor space/pool overlooking the lagoon and golf course. Will definitely be back.

Lovely Week in El Gouna

Villa Ashra was a wonderful home for a week. Really well equipped, very clean and homely. Days around the pool were quiet and relaxed, sunset cocktails were on the upstairs terrace watching the sunset each evening. Will definitely be back. Thank you for letting us use your lovely villa.

An awful experiance

The property is in full need of TLC. The oven, washing machine were very dirty. Dust you would expect but not that thick. The bed sheets had holes in, on arrival the agent was not there, the kettle leads did not work, towels provided were thin & extremely hard. When booking the site mentioned maid service so I presumed this was included though the owner says no. I have photos to show all that I have mentioned. As I run an accomodation property & score 9.9 overall with Booking.com I feel that I am able to judge properties. This property was a complete dissapointment & not a comfortable venue to stay. Even though we had paid a large amount for our 5 week stay we left after 4 nights - the owner did not seem to be concerned with us, obviously just was interested with the income.

Fantastic villa

Joyce and Glen, many thanks for a fantastic week. Mark was very helpful and arranged transfers that were prompt. He showed us around the well equipped villa and would I am sure, been on hand should we have needed any guidance, having been to el gouna many times we already know of the many superb and varied places to eat. A week of sun in a lovely villa what's not to like. Many thanks.

One of our best ElGouna rental experiences

We are regular vacationers at ElGouna for almost 15 yrs. This was one of the best maintained and managed properties we stayed in. The booking and check-in process was very smooth. The villa was clean and well equipped. Mark (property manager) was very professional. The Neiboughr (North Golf) is one of the best (IMHO). Highly recommended! Thank you for your hospitality.

2 Time and still perfect

Fantastic home from home

Thank you so much for letting us stay in your beautiful villa. It was exceptionally clean and equipped with everything we needed to enjoy a lovely, relaxing holiday. Having holidayed in El Gouna on three previous occasions, we particularly liked this villa because of its location. We enjoyed walking into the downtown area for meals most days. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful!

We spent 2 weeks at villa ashra and enjoyed every minute. Secluded, private and nestled in a quiet residential street near the golf course. Beautiful pool (gently heated - was a little cold despite this in November). Pool and garden tended to daily by fairly discreet staff. Quiet at night. Good internet (fast enough to stream basic content, not multiple users simultaneously). 12 mins walk to downtown or 2 mins by tuc tuc. Try Kan Zaman for authentic Egyptian mezze! The terrace is lovely for watching the sunset. Would highly recommend. Already planning a second trip. Mark greeted us on arrival and was very helpful in arranging airport transfers and providing general advice on El Gouna. Thanks Joyce for a wonderful stay!

Amazing hidden gem...

We have visited Egypt many times but never to El Gouna. I have to say it really is a hidden gem. The resort is amazing extremely safe and clean, and so many lovely restaurants locally. You really can walk from this Villa. Villa Ashara is beautiful extremely well kept with all mod cons, it is very quiet where the Villa is and you can sit and enjoy the view over the lagoon. We loved to go to the beach for Kite Surfing and used the Local Dive school for Scuba Diving. But my mum was happy to take in the sun and enjoy the pool at the Villa. The resort has something for everyone. The Villa is so well located you can walk into Downtown for restaurants and supermarkets. If you need to visit other parts of town its really easy you just get in a little Tok Tok. El Gouna has something for everyone and this Villa made it a home from home to really make our holiday special. thankyou

Villa Ashra - fantastic villa

Fabulous villa in fantastic condition, the photos do not do it justice. Great location close the Downtown (approx 5 mins walk). Set on private road so very quiet and lagoon is great. This was our 3rd villa stay in El-Gouna in 4 years and was best all round by far, we would definitely come back here again. Very friendly and helpful local English agent who made it all very simple including transfers. Don't hesitate book this villa !!!

Villa Ashra is owned by an English family who fell in love with the area and the culture. Purchased in 2007 we have furnished the villa to provide a welcoming environment to meet the needs of all, young and old.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

Our Villa Ashra is in the unique Red Sea resort community of El Gouna, located on North Golf over looking a lagoon and the14th Hole of the championship Golf course. The North Golf area has fantastic views and is very secluded which ensures your privacy.
You can enjoy the sun all day as it rises early on the pool side of the property and is there until late afternoon/early evening when you can retire to the sun terrace with your glass of wine and watch the beautiful sunset.
Villa Ashra has a large paved area around the pool which has 2 seating areas, one with an overhead fan, 6 x sun beds, you can sun bath around the pool or around the sea water lagoon which is land locked adding to your privacy.
While the villa is in a very quiet location it is 8 minutes walk to Tamir Henna (The old part of town) where the closest bars and restaurants are where you can get live music every evening.
The villa caters for all types of groups weather you are a couple on honeymoon, a family holiday or even a boys or girls week away.
