Fantastic house, area, and view

We loved the house, it was huge and total luxury to have a private bathroom connected to each room. The communication with Mila was perfect and she gave is so many inputs to the area and things to visit.

We had a wonderful vacation

To sum up our vacation without mincing the words - it was splendid. The villa is a luxury property, with all the comfort necessary, impeccably clean; Daniela is a wonderful host, and Mila - ever present assistance when her help is required. Everything necessary - shops, groceries, restaurants, beach- is a short drive away. We could not spend our family vacation better.

Wonderful view on the sea and Mountains

We were with two families in this beautiful house and enjoyed the stay very much. The house is very comfortable and offers a lot of space. The surrounding area is very beautiful and offers a lot of variety for leisure activities. It is close to the beach but you also can quickly reach the mountains and visit nice villages. We also liked the very good recommendations for resaturants, ice cream parlours and excursions, which you will receive as a guest in the information package as a welcome.

Amazing Panorama

The house is perched at the top of a mountain with spectacular views of both the Sea and mountains. Spectacular!!! The house is very spacious accommodating 4 couples perfectly. Mila was always accessible for any questions. She is a wonderful overseer of the property.

A Perfect Stay

We were a group of cyclist and selected this property for it's proximity to the mountains and the seaside. The views are fantastic, there is plenty of space for everyone to stretch out and relax, each room having it's own luxury bathroom is a plus and the seating areas outside were plentiful - tables, lounges and chairs around the expansive patios. Property Manager (Mila) was wonderful in that she provided a thorough property orientation upon check in, was available to help with local experiences and sightseeing ideas as well as any questions during our stay. She ensured a fantastic stay. We will most definitely come again.

Abbruzzo get away

Beautiful property in an exceptional location. Great vistas . Very comfortable . The town of Montesilvano Colle is breathtaking . The Sabbia D’Oro lido was amazing . Welcome Fitness is a great large nearby gym. The food and people are beautiful. The house is well air conditioned large and well furnished. Very comfortable and private. Great value. Not convenient to much of anything. Beautiful views. We had to replace coffee pot as property manager did not respond to requests for assistance Beds comfortable but sheets don’t fit Time for some maintenance on the house . Internet doesn’t work other than in kitchen

Great Place

The Villa was very nice and Mila could not have been more accommodating. It is a good jumping off point for all the nearby by towns. Views are fantastic.

Spectacular Property

The views from this property are spectacular. We called it our little piece of heaven. Mila accommodated our check in needs as well as helped us immensely during our stay. The villa's finishes are very tasteful and beautiful, yet quite comfortable and homey. Very roomy as well. Having no air conditioning in the common areas of the villa was not problematic because of the wonderful breezes that hit up there in the hills. By the way, Montesilvano Colle was a real gem to have that close to the villa. We would definitely come back again!

Spacious Villa with Amazing Views

A lovely and spacious home situated on a breezy hill with fantastic views of the sea and the mountains. Our group of three couples particularly enjoyed the in suite bathrooms for privacy . The master bedroom is quite large and the other bedrooms are comfortable. Linens were crisp and clean and the showers were very nice and roomy. Good water pressure and plenty of hot water. The house is e very large, so it is great for a large group. Outdoor space is simply perfect although we had two critiques, we’d have appreciated more outdoor furnishings in various areas and the house would rise to resort level if there was a pool. I’m not usually a pool person but the house is so lovely, we would have liked to spend the sunny days there but without a place to cool down, it’s a challenge. Even an outdoor shower in the area for sunbathing would be fun. We enjoyed being greeted each morning by a neighbor’s rooster and there are birds to watch as well. On arrival, we were surprised by a large basket of snacks and wine. Nice touch. Air conditioning in bedrooms worked well and was also much appreciated during a heat wave. We had a great stay and would stay again.

Wonderful Villa with Fantastic Views!

You cannot beat the views that this villa affords. Easy to get to once we knew our way around. Locals are friendly and there are some good restaurants pretty close by without having to go into Pescara. The owners went out of there way to accommodate us when the weather turned cold and the heat was not turned on yet.

Bellissima

La casa rende meglio dal vivo che dalle foto. La posizione è perfetta e la vista è senza parole. La proprietaria è gentilissima e il custode è disponibilissima. Di sicuro ci ritorneremo perché ci siamo trovati molto bene.

Breathtaking views of the Adriatic Sea and old town Montesilvano

The unique style of the villa sitting on top of its own hill give it a 360 degree views all around. Huge grounds for kids to play with private gate closed, all around terraces and unique architecture of the villa made our trip a memorable experience .every room had its air conditioning and a private full bathroom in each room made it very comfy for everyone . A definite return and highly recommend

This house is a dream vacation!

This house was a dream. Absolutely gorgeous. Immaculately clean and incredible attention to detail. Huge bedrooms and great bathrooms. The out door space is like a dream, just gorgeous views. There was a beautiful welcome basket when we arrived. We had excellent communication with the owner. This was truly an incredible house and experience. The beaches were gorgeous and the food was amazing. Thank you for this wonderful experience!

Villa with a view

We stayed at the villa for 4 nights and enjoyed doing home cooked meals and eating outside while enjoying the stunning views. It was great having lots of space for our family to hang out in. Sunsets were stunning! The property is a little dated so there were a few maintenance issues but the owners responded quickly to our concerns. We are cyclists and while the roads could be a bit a rough, the country side was amazing. Too bad we didn't have more time to explore some of the other routes!

Amazing location for vacation!

We spent a wonderful week with our adult children in this beautiful villa which is surrounded by mountains and sea. Amazing views from every window and terrace with sounds of church bells from the valley. Close proximity to national parks, blue flag beaches, medieval villages and designer shopping. Would love to return!

The beach, elegant shopping district, dining and entertainment are all only 10 minutes away and within a 30 minute drive you will find yourself immersed in nature where you can ski in winter and hike in the summer.

Italy's most beautiful and recognized Historic medeival villages are are also close by to explore. Within Abruzzo lie some of Italy’s most beautiful ancient Abruzzo Medieval Towns rivaling those of Tuscany and Umbria.
