Un confortevole appartamento appena ristrutturato situato nella zona più bella di Dubrovnik. Con splendide viste sul centro storico di Dubrovnik e splendide viste sul mare. Per il centro storico ci vogliono solo dieci minuti a piedi. Il più grande fascino è un balcone di 10 metri quadrati, il tramonto sul centro storico e sull'isola di Lokrum è fantastico e indimenticabile.

Great location and amazing view

I stayed for a week while I was working remotely and enjoying the city period the apartment was very well equipped and comfortable period I do a lot of cooking when I am working remotely, and didn't have any problem with supplies or equipment period the view of the balcony is stunning period you can see from miles and miles and every direction period the owner was very nice and extremely responsive period highly recommended

Best Host!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 week stay in the apartment. Ana is a lovely lady who met us on arrival, kindly helped us with our luggage, and showed us around the facilities. The rooms are nicely furnished and spotlessly clean and Ana had provided some essential groceries, including a bottle of wine, which was much appreciated! The highlight of our stay was enjoying a coffee on the balcony while taking in the fantastic views of the Old Town and Lokrum Island. The accommodation is excellent value for money and the warm hospitality we received from Ana was second to none. We would definitely recommend this apartment as the perfect base for a stay in Dubrovnik.

Amazing Apartment in Dubrovnik

Ana is an amazing host, renting out this amazing property. Three of us spent 5 nights here and were very glad we had booked with Ana. She is very helpful - from arranging pick up from the airport to providing some essential items to enable a smooth start to our stay. The view is fantastic! We spent time relaxing on the balcony, walking to the Old Town and exploring many areas, including the island we could see from our apartment. We highly recommend staying in this lovely apartment.

Fabulous stay in a little piece of Paradise

We had a wonderful stay at Ana’s place. Warm welcome with much appreciated breakfast items. The apartment was immaculate and the views from the balcony were fabulous. Enjoyed some amazing Croatian wine and enjoyed delicious foodsWe would definitely recommend and stay here again. Thank you Ana

Wonderful visit

I came with my girlfriend for my 60th celebratory holiday, and was not disappointed. The apartment is perfect, everything that you need is here. The view is to die for, its stunning. Ana was so lovely and was incredibly helpful, and was always available by phone. I would highly recommend Cavtat and Lokrum Island for visits, and obviously the old town is beautiful. Bring your walking legs, there are some steps up to the apartment as mentioned by previous guests. Its no suprise though, its a city on the side of a craggy coastline and is very hilly. Ubers are very cheap and easy to find though, and the buses are also cheap and frequent (4 euros to Cavtat, and that's about 35 minutes). There is also a water taxi to Cavtat. I would highly recommend Ana's apartment, we totally loved it here.

Amazing Sunset Apartment

We had an amazing stay in Ana’s apartment. Ana anrra airport pickup. We were meet by Nic who was extremely friendly. Then checkin by Josef. Ana had left us a welcome pack , milk, bread juice etc. Beautiful apartment, amazing sunset and very handy to beaches and Dubrovnik centre. Bus stop 5 mins away. We would most definitely stay again. Thanks Sna😎

Short but sweet stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ana’s apartment. The unit was very clean and had all the amenities you’d need - from laundry, to lots of beach and bath towels, it was great. The location was a bit further from the old town then we thought. Plus being there in the middle of summer, the walk seemed further in the heat! We usually took Ubers to old town which varies in price depending on time of day (anywhere from 7-15 euros). Thanks for a great stay!

wonderful stay

Ana was so helpful and welcoming. She met us at our arrival and gave us an orientation to the apartment and the area. The apartment was clean and comfortable. It was helpful to have a washing machine and clothes lines for drying. The view of the Old City and the Adriatric Sea from the porch was gorgeous. The Old City was a 20-35 min walk (depending on up or down hill and what kind of shape you're in) from the apartment (be prepared for real exercise on the way back). We did the walk several times, but you can always take an Uber.

No negatives about our 12 nights at Ana's apartment. Ana arranged taxi from and to the airport, was there to greet us on arrival and gave us detailed information for an excellent stay in the wonderful town of Dubrovnik. Will definitely return in the future.

Wonderful stay in Dubrovnik

My husband and I have traveled for many years, and Ana is the most gracious, considerate and kind host we have encountered. Ana facilitated our transfer to and from Dubrovnik airport (at our expense of course) and met us at the apartment late on a Sunday evening. Ana had bought some cheese, milk, fruit and bread for us to start our stay, knowing that we would likely be hungry after a long trip and no stores were open on our arrival! The kitchen is well equipped, including kitchen towels and even an apron! The apartment was very clean and quiet, there was no noise at night. The bed was comfortable. I loved the location of the apartment, a 15 minute walk into the old town of Dubrovnik, not right in the centre of the congested tourist areas. The view from the balcony of the sea and the old town is beautiful. Thank-you, Ana, for being such a great host, and for our lovely stay!

Amazing Stay in this beautiful Appartment

Our Stay in this Apartment was so amazing. Ana gave us a warm welcome with many infos. She was so friendly and provided food. In the Apartment there was everything you need (many towels, umbrellas, hats, iron, Washing machine and more). The Apartment has a beautiful location. In 15 til 20 Minutes you are in old town or at the Beach. You have to be in shape because there are everywhere many stairs. The view from the Balkony was very good. We have an amazing vacation by Ana.

Third floor walkup was a little difficult at first, but quickly got easier. View was amazing. Ana was very attentive, met us at the apartment and explained everything. Also gave us info and things to do. She was a great host

Un appartement très bien situé malgré les escaliers et le stationnement difficile et une vue de Lokrum et du vieux Dubrovnik extraordinaire. A cela il faut ajouter des couchers de soleil merveilleux. Que dire de l'hôtesse, merveilleuse.

Clean with amazing views!

Ana went the extra mile to take care of us for our stay! She even had breakfast and food available for use, which was helpful for us on our busier days. Check-in was awesome, and she even gave us tips for where to go for the beach, and other activities to do. The place was clean and comfortable! Exactly what we needed!

Absolutely wonderful place to stay in Dubrovnik!

The apartment was very clean, very well supplied with everything you could want in the kitchen. A huge plus was the fridge was stocked well with basic necessities so we didn’t have to worry about getting groceries right away. Beds were very comfortable. I can’t say enough good things about our stay at this very comfortable home away from home. Checkin was also very good although we didn’t meet Ana, her assistant met us, explained everything and most importantly, carried our bags up from the street level to our apartment.

Room with a view

Our host was very accommodating and delightful. The property was as advertised and more. The apartment was well stocked with everything we needed, including some spices for cooking, extra bedding, beach towels. and even some fresh fruit. My only regret was we didn't stay longer

Great apartment centrally located.

Ana was fantastic from start to finish. She ensured we had everything we needed including a few bits like fruit, bread, coffee and milk. A truly gracious host in the most beautiful city on earth. The view from the balcony is absolute perfection. Be prepared to walk about 3000-4000 steps and 300-500 steps to get to old town. Appropriate and easily done for those in good physical condition. A fantastic location, highly recommend!!!

A little gem

This little haven was a great base for our week in Dubrovnik. Ana was a great host - very informative and ensured that everything was just so - providing essentials - tea, coffee, milk, bread etc for our first few days and available throughout the week if required. The view of the coastline and city is breathtaking! Beaches and city within walking distance but the buses are very punctual and a relief after a day of walking. If stsying the whole week would advise purchasing the Dubrovnik Pass - good value for money. We will certainly return! Thankyou Ana!

Wonderful stay in Dubrovnik

This is a perfect property in a great location. We love Dubrovnik. The city, beach, and countryside are stunning.The view was enchanting and Ana is the most helpful, thorough, and friendly host we have ever stayed with. She really works to give you a great experience. We will definitely return.

Perfect view

We spent 6 days at the apartment. Ana was the most gracious host. She met us at check in. Had fruit, milk, and juice for the kids, even some necessities for breakfast. Totally unexpected but welcomed. As listed, the apartment is about 15 minutes away from Old Town (by foot). This wasn't a problem for us or the kids, except we happened to be there during the heat wave, so we Ubered a lot. The place was fully stacked with everything you may need from cooking, showering, beach, washing machine. We would absolutely recommend Ana and her place to anyone wanting to stay outside the busy walls.
