Grande piscina privata e terrazza, privacy totale in un ambiente esclusivo. È perfetta per delle vacanze in famiglia. 7 camere, 6 bagni, può ospitare fino a 14 - 16 persone. È situata nella zona residenziale di Isla Blanca nel porto di San Miguel, a 19 km dalla capitale di Ibiza (20 minuti in auto), 350 m da due ruscelli di ciottoli. La zona residenziale comprende 2 spiagge che si trovano a 5 minuti dalla spiaggia di San Miguel e a 10 minuti dalla bellissima spiaggia di Benirras. Piscina privata e grade terrazza-giardino in una zona esclusiva. La casa si trova su una scogliera circondata da una bellissima pineta nella zona più bella dell'isola, un ambiente unico con una vista bellissima sui tramonti da qualsiasi stanza della casa. Vi piacerà! Esclusiva, tranquilla e privata.

A Family Birthday celebration!

The Can Villa is fabulous and the photos do not do it justice. It is spacious and bright and the outside area is really beautiful.The owner was really helpful and checked in with us to see how we were.The bedrooms are all spacious and most of them have their own en suite.The living area is great. There were 15 of us and it never felt cramped at all. We tended to sit on the terrace most evenings and moved into the lounge as it got a little cooler.There is a good kitchen and utility area so we were able to stay in the villa for meals if we wanted .You do definitely need a car and there is only one little restaurant within walking distance.I would definitely recommend the villa and it was a very special birthday trip.

Great spacious home with a beautiful view

This villa is ideal for large groups - plenty of space and privacy, with king size beds and en suite bathrooms. There’s a large pool and patio, as well as two dining areas - indoor and outdoor - and a very comfortable living room with ample seating.

A perfect villa

Spacious, clean, and beautifully presented. This villa is ideal for a group holiday. The villa sleeps up to 20 with beds for all. The bedrooms are split across the main villa's 2 floors and in a separate building beneath the pool area.

Excellent interaction with the owner and his staff

Great house for a large family and beautiful setting in North San Miquel. The house has a lot of charm and it perfect for a large group (12 people or more). The property is surrounded by beautiful trees. Yet, it is hiding the gorgeous view of the sea, which could be improved by cutting/trimming some of the trees and allowing more sun on the pool terrace.

16 people stay 21-25 April

We had an absolutely fantastic time at this villa, the pictures do not do it justice! The shared spaces were huge & there was more than enough room for everyone. Great views & a lovely outdoor space by the pool. The host was easy to contact if needed. A hire car or arranged transport is definitely required but we found that fairly straightforward to prebook. Would definitely recommend staying in this villa!! Thank you Antonio :)

Great Villa in a quiet area near Sant Miquel

I stayed in this villa with a group of friends last month and liked the quiet location, interior design and spacious terrace/pool area. This is a great place to relax with family or friends, away from the noisy part of the island. The house is on a hill in a pine forest overlooking the sea and good restaurants and shops are only a short drive away (San Miguel, Santa Gertrudis). There are also 2 nice beaches nearby (San Miguel and Benirras). The best part was the beautiful sunset view from the balconies of the house.

Beautiful Villa with stunning views and great hosts!!!

This Villa is rustic and beautiful the pool and gardens have an amazing view. Its really large and spacious in the bedrooms and living rooms - Kitchen is smaller but adequate for the 15 ladies we had. The appliances are great and the Villa was immaculately clean. The staff onsite were so friendly and went to fetch cigarettes and extra bits of food when we needed them for free - so kind!!! Carlos was great to communicate with and really helped us out planning this Hen do. You do need the address for airport transfers, then I'd recommend using the local minibus company advertised in the villa on the cards they were brilliant came quicker and much cheaper. Getting an online supermarket order from Eroski was great, and I was so grateful the staff put it all away for us before we arrived. 30 mins to san antonio and ibiza town and the taxi charged 10 euros per person for this. One night we went to nearby santa gertrudis on the Taxi drivers recommendation (5 euros in taxi) to Vivo restaurant this was a gorgeous restaurant I would recommend it. Thank you Carlos, Rosa and Fernando!

Leider nicht wie erwartet!

Wir waren wohl nach der Winterpause die ersten Gäste der Saison. Die Räumlichkeiten waren durchweg muffig. In einem Zimmer hinter dem Pool musste der Vermieter sogar einen Entfeuchter aufstellen. Zimmer alle recht kalt. Die Klimaanlagen liefen bis auf zwei recht gut. (Brauchten aber Tage bis das Gebäude halbwegs wohnlich war.)Fernbedienungen hatten allerdings alle leere Batterien. Geschirrspüler in der ersten Küche komplett defekt. Diverse Türen auf Grund des Klimas nicht beweglich. Bäder generell kalt, weil keine Heizung. Sauberkeit Gewöhnungsbedürftig. Kein Fernseher oder Radio im Anwesen. Das konnte man allerdings verkraften. Pool war soweit o.k. allerdings ohne Pflege wie eigentlich mitgeteilt. Nach einem Sturm in der zweiten Nacht und die Lage im Wald haben wir dann selber mehrmals täglich den Skimmer gereinigt. Außenmöbel zum großen Teil defekt und ohne Auflagen. Alles in allem haben wir das beste daraus gemacht, aber für mehr als 6000 Euro die Woche hätten wir mehr erwartet. SORRY! P.S. Gegenüber vieler anderer Rezensionen haben wir den Vermieter leider gar nicht kennengelernt! Von jedem Wunsch an den Augen ablesen konnten wir nicht profitieren! Alle Positiven Bewertungen erstaunen uns schon! Da hatten wir in diesem Jahr wohl eher Pech!

De eigenaars zijn enorm lieve mensen Het uitzicht van het huis is adembenemend, alle kamers zijn net en ruim. De keuken is net iets te klein voor 10 personen.

We could not stay due to COVID

The house looks beautiful - but we DID NOT STAY. We had to move the original dates from sept 2020 to may 2021 due to COVID. The UK and Spanish gov by law would not let people from the UK fly to Spain on either of these dates, but still the owner of this property did not offer us any sort of refund at all - which is pretty poor considering we are in the middle of a pandemic. After already paying a "deposit" through Vrbo - he then demanded a £1500 CASH deposit on arrival! I'm sad we didn't get to stay here, but from our dealings with the owner, it is probably for the best.

Außergewöhnlich großzügige und top eingerichtete Villa mit Pool und Meerblick

Wir haben eine wunderbare Zeit im Objekt verbracht. Alles ist toll eingerichtet gewesen. Die Kommunikation war sehr gut, weil schnell und unkompliziert. Zur Ankunft war alles top gepflegt und vorbereitet. Wir würden immer wieder hier her kommen. Vielen Dank.

Härligt hus för många på Ibiza

Bostaden var över förvänta med nybyggt kök som var suveränt. Bra sovrum, bra pool och poolområde. Ett minus AC i ett sovrum fungerade inte men det går ju att åtgärda. Överlag hade vi en fantastisk vecka.

spectacular views!!!

My stay and that of my family at Casa Blanca in San Miguel during this week has been wonderful, the hospitality of the service, the spectacular views and the wide and comfortable of the house have made our stay a dream!!! Our big surprise was that we booked the house thinking it had only 6 rooms and had up to 9 and also totally refurbished, brand new! THE only downside to mention one was that we needed car to move but we felt so comfortable in the house that it was no problem

Lovely house

Wonderful stay!

Everything was great and exactly as advertised! We were a big group of friends with different routines, so the distribution of the house and the open areas by the pool were perfect for staying there almost all the time and enjoying time together. Carlos and the staff that takes care of the house were reachable at all times and always nice and ready to help:) we are definitely coming back!

Spectacular views, spectacular experience

My stay and the stay oof my family at Casa Blanca in San Miguel during this week has been wonderful, the hospitality of the service, the spectacular views and the wide and comfortable of the house have made our stay a dream!!! BODA DE PLATA MEMORABLE EN CAN BLANC

Mi marido y yo queríamos celebrar nuestra boda de plata junto a nuestros mejores amigos y decidimos hacerlo en esta maravillosa casa. Hemos pasado una semana de ensueño, disfrutando de tardes en la piscina y cenas que se alargaban hasta las tantas. Sin olvidar las preciosas playas que tiene esta isla. La casa está decorada con mucho gusto y encontramos todo lo que necesitamos.

Amaizing stay

We loved these villa. Amaizing stay, decoration, service, suport, all we can say we are so happy about our stay. We loved the vacation in the villa. The only small thing to say is that the owrner did a big remoldeling in the villa and it was couple small things that needed to be finish in one of the bedrooms, and garden, but he did plan so many palms that created a spetial plece to stay for ever. we loved these villa and place.

Io sono un architetto e ho costruito questa bellissima villa qualche anno fa per trascorrere l'estate a Ibiza con la mia famiglia. Mi piace molto la decorazione e tutti i piccoli dettagli della villa, tutto è stato pensato per rendere il soggiorno in questa casa il più comodo possibile. Adesso ho costruito un'altra villa in un'altra zona dell'isola quindi ho deciso di affittare la mia casa di famiglia. Ho trascorso la mia vita a viaggiare per il mondo, amo le diverse culture e sono felice di offrire la mia casa alle persone che vorranno conoscere l'isola. Dalla villa si può godere di viste panoramiche incredibili che vi faranno sentire in paradiso. Spero che la nostra casa di famiglia a Ibiza vi piaccia.
