Situata a Ialysos, sulla costa occidentale dell'isola, questa bella e confortevole villa offre splendide viste sul Mar Egeo e si trova a pochi passi dalla spiaggia. Ampio, luminoso, completamente climatizzato (24/7) e completamente attrezzato, questa elegante casa offre tutto il necessario durante la vostra vacanza. L'area ha negozi, caffè, una varietà di ristoranti / taverne che offrono cibo di mare e cucina locale, bar. Tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno è raggiungibile a piedi. Puoi goderti una romantica passeggiata sulla spiaggia di sera, guardando il tramonto. L'area offre anche ottime condizioni per il windsurf. La città di Rodi è anche facilmente raggiungibile in autobus, auto ecc. Ed è a circa 10 minuti di auto. Lì potrai visitare la città medievale e la "Città Nuova" con i suoi splendidi edifici e il centro commerciale. Posizione tranquilla e fresca grazie alla costante brezza della costa occidentale. Ideale per amici o famiglie che condividono con molto spazio per rilassarsi.

Villa Ariadne favolosa!

Abbiamo soggiornato a Villa Ariadne per trascorrere le nostre vacanze 2019. La miglior descrizione è "favolosa". Pulita, confortevole, super attrezzata. Mi sono sentita come a casa, a differenza degli altri anni sarei rimasta ancora e ancora. Il proprietario una persona super, che ha descritto nell'annuncio la casa nella sua totale realtà senza omettere nulla e soprattutto senza aggiungere cose non proprio esatte come purtroppo fanno molti. Ho affittato molte case ma devo ammettere che Villa Ariadne è veramente fantastica. Ci piace molto viaggiare per questo cambiamo tutti gli anni destinazione ma sono sicura che torneremo il prossimo anno da Lefteris. Super super super!

Sehr schöner Familienurlaub

Wir sind als Familie mit zwei kleinen Kindern und den Großeltern in diese Villa für zwei Wochen im Oktober eingezogen. Wir sind von Anfang bis Ende mit allem sehr zufrieden gewesen. Der Kontakt lief über FeWo zu den Vermietern reibungslos und ohne Probleme. Alles war genauso wie in der Beschreibung zu erkennen. Alle 4 Tage kam das Haus Keeping und hat alles gereinigt, die Betten gemacht und frische Handtücher ausgeteilt. Die Lage ist mehr als perfekt. Alle waren glücklich und rund um zu Frieden. Vielen Dank für den tollen Urlaub!🙂

Fantastic Villa

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Ariadne. The Villa is very well equipped and spotlessly clean. Very comfortable beds. Loads of space, especially storage. It is close to the beach and many facilities. We hope to be back soon. The host is very easy to deal with. Everything was easy.

The place was magnificent! The host was friendly and incredibly accommodating. The location is superb, close to the beach, restaurants, and grocery stores. The villa is modern, has all the amenities, and is located in a gated community so it is very safe. Several items were provided at the villa including: laundry detergent, sun screen, after sun moisturizer, spices, herbs, etc. The host had excellent communication throughout our stay and ensured we had an easy check in/out. If you are contemplating staying in Ialysos, I highly recommend Villa Ariadne! This was by far our favourite stay in Greece. Thank you!

Fab location, beautiful property!

Very easy and smooth process from booking, checking-in, staying at the property to checking-out, with great (and quick) communication throughout from Lefteris. The property was as comfortable as all the pictures show and fabulously located for the beach, shops and restaurants. The location makes it an easy spot to base yourselves and drive out to Rhodes old town as well as other coves and beaches. Overall a really great property which I would be very happy to recommend!

Eine ganz klare Empfehlung

An diesem Feriendomizil gibt es nichts auszusetzen! Die Lage ist super. Das Haus ist großartig: Es ist hervorragend ausgestattet und entspricht voll und ganz der Beschreibung. Hier wurde wirklich an alles gedacht. Wir wurden vom Vermieter persönlich in Empfang genommen. Man findet in der Villa Ariadne Ruhe und Entspannung, in der Stadt Ialysos viele Restaurants und in der Umgebung zahlreiche interessante Ausflugsziele.

Fabulous holiday in lovely location

The villa was just as described. It had everything we needed and plenty of space. The location to the beach was great. There are plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance and the food was lovely. Rhodes old town is a must visit and just a bus or short taxi ride away. We would definitely stay here again when we return to Rhodes.

Excellent, modern villa

This villa was perfect, the best of several short-term rentals we stayed in during a month in Greece. The villa is very quiet and private but near restaurants, grocery stores, a small beach and very convenient to the city of Rhodes and the rest of the island. It was very clean and comfortable with a well stocked kitchen. The showers were nice and large. Lefteris met us and explained everything. The washer and dryer including translation of controls to English were very helpful on a long trip. Highly recommended.

In der Unterkunft hat es an nichts gefehlt. Alles ist sehr durchdacht. Wir haben uns richtig wohl gefühlt. Alles war genau so wie beschrieben. Wenn wir nochmal nach Rhodos kommen, dann wieder in dieses tolle Haus.

Great Villa with sea view

We were looking for a nice villa for 4 personas for a 2 weeks holiday and found this nice villa within sea view. The landlord is very supportive and helpful. We Had to stay a couple of ours longer due to a flight delay and erverything was organized. 👍 The villa is cleaned during the week during our stay. This is great service. Beside that the villa is equipped with everything you need. Coffe, toilet paper, water, washing powder for the start was provided. Really great service and a perfect start into the vacation. Every advantage comes as well with a disadvantage. As this villa is on the north west coast and 10 min. From the airport you hear every plane landing. You gotta know that this Villa has a shared garden, means you are not alone in your garden. It was not an issue for us but it should be known. We can recommend the villa and the landlord and enjoyed our stay very much. Many thanks.

Traumhafte Ferien trotz Corona

Die Bilder und die Eigenschaften, die im Internet aufgeschaltet und beschrieben sind, entsprechen voll den Tatsachen. Als bei uns ein Problem aufgetaucht ist, war der Vermieter innert kürzester Zeit vor Ort. Auch verschiedene Fragen wurden sehr freundlich und ausführlich von Lefteris beantwortet. Das Haus und sein Vermieter können wir jedermann weiterempfehlen!

Schönes Haus, schöne Insel

Wir waren für 2Wochen mit 6 Personen Gast im Haus von Lefteris. Das Haus hat alle unsere Erwartungen mehr als erfüllt. Die offene Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Haus biete viel Platz auch für 6 Gäste. Alles ist sauber und gepflegt inkl einer Hausreinigung nach einer Woche. Die Lage der Villa ist bestens: Man ist mit dem Auto schnell an schönen Stränden (z.B Anthony Qiunn Bucht in 20min) oder in Rhodos in 10min. Aber auch der (Kiesel-)Strand vor der Tür ist schon schön. Bei unserem nächsten Aufenthalt auf Rhodos kommen wir gern wieder.

Beautiful property and very comfortable

Everything about this property - from checking in to checking out - was great. Lefteris met us at the property, explained what to know about the house, and was kind enough to leave us a collection of Greek specialties as a welcome and bottled water. Although we stayed in February so many restaurants were closed, the house is very near to a number of restaurants that had been recommended to me by friends. We preferred this location to the old or new town and it was only a short drive to both of those places. We stayed for 4 nights. Although there were only 2 of us, this house would be very comfortable for 4-6 people and a nice place for a family to stay. If I return to Rhodes, I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect villa for our vaccation!!

This villa was supernice! Near the beach, near restaurants, good with several bathrooms and a big table for board games! Nice deck to chill out at. And the owner was very kind and had good tips for things to do!

Ein richtig guter Urlaub

Nach langen Suchen sind wir dann schliesslich auf das super schöne Haus von Lefteris gestossen. Die Bilder versprechen auch das ,was geboten wird. Das Haus ist modern und mit sehr guten Geräten ausgestattet.Klimaanlage im gesamten Haus , viel Geschirr und sogar an die Kleinsten ist gedacht. Zum Strand sind es 2 Minuten . Supermärkte und Restaurants alles fussläufig. Man benötigt kein Leihwagen.Es ist auch keine Party Gegend. Alles in allem ein super schöner Aufenthalt und unbedingt weiter zu empfehlen. Vielen Dank

I am Lefteris, the owner of the villa, and I moved to Rhodes in 1994 in order to enjoy the beauties of the island as well as the quality of life it offers. I come from Athens, which as every big city, is too busy, too stressful and too fast for my taste.
Being a windsurfer for over 30 years, the island offers great conditions for windsurfing as well as other outdoor activities.
I enjoy playing music, rock climbing, dancing and working... sometimes :-)

The villa was built on family land for personal use, initially. It was built with lots of care, love and a lot of personal work in order to make sure everything was done properly!
A lot of things have changed in my life, therefore, I decided to offer the house to families and groups of friends who appreciate my taste and would like to spend their holiday in a comfortable and luxurious house.

The area is rather quiet, not crowded and due to the COVID19 situation, we take all necessary measures while cleaning and preparing the property for your arrival!
