Ha tutto il necessario per divertirsi e vivere nel comfort. La struttura si trova a soli 2 km dalla storica città di Ciutadella con la sua cattedrale, le sue stradine e il pittoresco porto, oltre ad altre attrazioni. La villa è ideale per famiglie e / o amici e può ospitare fino a sette persone (6 adulti + bambini). Questa casa offrirà divertimento e renderà le vostre vacanze indimenticabili. Minorca ha alcune spiagge meravigliose e alcuni dei migliori si trovano a sud di Ciutadella come Son Saura, Macarelleta, Cala Mitjana o Cala Tuqueta, solo per citarne alcuni.

Fantastic Villa!

Our family had a wonderful stay at this beautiful villa. We particularly loved the pool and spent many hours swimming and relaxing. The accommodation was beautifully presented and was very spacious. Richard was an excellent host and made sure our stay was a perfect one. The villa is within easy reach of beaches and great restaurants. We had a fantastic holiday and would not hesitate to book this villa in the near future.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in diesem schönen Ferienhaus. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und tiefenentspannt, so wie die Menschen auf Menorca! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Return visit

Long awaited return after visting in 2019. Accommodation just as comfortable and location just as relaxing as we had remembered. Any (very minor) issues were, again, sorted very efficiently

La maison est très bien située. Pour nous qui avions besoin de calme mais aussi de plusieurs bons restaurants à moins de 10 minutes à pieds, cette maison était idéalement située.

Increible alojamiento

La casa está mejor que en el anuncio. Piscina, barbacoa, estancias grandes y agradables. Hemos disfrutado muchísimo. Richard muy agradable y disponible en todo momento.

lovely villa

Villa Julia is a really lovely villa. Lots of space inside and out. The bedrooms are all large and comfy, the bathrooms excellent. We had a storm one day and it was nice to relax in the comfortable lounge watching telly and reading. Kitchen is well stocked and the outside kitchen with bbq is a real treat. Spent most days sitting on the very comfy chairs around the garden table. Plenty of loungers for relaxing too. The very pretty, well maintained gardens and a great pool are icing on the cake. The area is really quiet yet a short walk to all amenities and the coast. Richard the owner is exceptional, from the time of booking until check out he made sure everything went without a hitch. Thank you Richard , we had a wonderful time in this beautiful villa.

Fantastic villa

A fantastic peaceful and private villa, lovely pool and the house itself was spotless, and a great location. Richard was a great host, and was very helpful on advice for the best things to do. Can’t wait to go back next year.

Ciutadella July 2019

We had the most fantastic family holiday in Richards beautiful villa! The villa itself is located in a quiet, residential area, walking distance from shops and restaurants! You can also walk to the local beach but we hired a car, so made our way each day to some of the most beautiful beaches on the island! Our favourites included; Mitjana, Turqueta and Son Saura... all were absolutely stunning! The local supermarket was great for odds and ends but we shopped at Lidl and Diskont a few miles away in Ciutadella to stock up! Our boys are 20 and16 and like their own space! The villa was perfect for that! It is so spacious inside and the garden provided shade and sun options all day long! We all loved the pool and our favourite time of day was barbecuing in the outside kitchen and enjoying the warm evenings under the stars!! Richard visited us on a couple of occasions to check all was well and he was the most attentive host! All in all we loved the villa had an absolutely wonderful time in Menorca! Thank you Richard!!

Amazing family holiday in peacefull Cala Blanca

Richard the owner is very accommodating, helpful and knows the area well. The villa has everything you need, the pool is beautiful, the coastline and beaches are amazing and found the local people so friendly. We travelled with my daughter with special needs and an OAP with a bad hip, the area is flat and easy to navigate round, everything you need Is within 10 minutes walk. We loved every minute of our stay at the villa, no negatives just so sad to leave on the minibus for the airport.

Wonderful, wonderful base for a holiday

The villa looked stunning in the advertising pictures and seemed perfect for a family holiday. So often, when you see such an ideal holiday villa, you arrive only to have your illusions shattered. Worry not here! From the warm welcome we received from Richard on arrival, to the wow we experienced on exploring the villa, to the relaxing 7 days we spend as guests the only down side was having to close the door as we left. Clean, well equipped, quiet and yet close to transport, shops, bars and restautants, whether an adult family like ourselfves or a young family, the villa is as close to perfection as you could hope for. Is there a downside ...... non worthy of a mention Thank you Richard - we had a wonderful holiday and hope to return soon.

High Quality Villa

This villa is very well maintained and has a larger than average pool. The owners are very nice and accommodating and were kind enough to ammend our booking due to our error. We were only two occupants this second time in this villa but can easily accommodate a family of six. There is a nice BBQ area and a well stocked supermarket within 5 minutes walking distance and two nice beaches within 10 minutes walk. Plenty of nice restaurants and bars nearby so a car is not an essential. Definitely recommend this property.

Lovely villa in a great locaiton

Richard was a pleasure to deal with, prompt, polite and helpful. Booking process was easy. This large villa sits in mature gardens with beautiful flowers all round with a reasonable private pool area. Homeley furnishings, great new shower rooms with rainwater showers and plenty of hot water. Kitchen was extremely well equipped for self catering and as it was a villa for 6 people or more, plenty of cutlery, crockery and saucepans etc. Great new dishwasher and a washing machine in an outside utility room, which was an added bonus. Spacious bedrooms with plenty of storage and very comfortable beds. Pool was large and pool/BBQ area nicely laid out and regularly serviced. Infact the whole villa was immaculate and cleaning/linen change was efficient and good. Location wise it is just a short stroll to the small commercial centre with a few bars and restaurants and a slightly longer walk to the beach - depends how fit you are! The area was quiet and we never got disturbed in the night. We had a car as we enjoy driving round the island and for shopping trips to out of town large supermarket (Lidl and Mercadona) Only one small proviso: If you have mobility problems or have small children, this villa is probably not for you. There were 3 , quite deep steps to the pool area, a deep step onto the front patio and 3 steps into the pool, which did not have a very shallow end. So not suitable for toddlers without swimming aids on. All in all a very nice holiday in a very nice villa with friendly owners, highly recommended.

A lovely place to stay

We enjoyed our time at the villa very much. Lots of space and very comfortable. A very nice pool and outside area that is fairly private. Everything in the villa worked well and Richard was very pleasant to deal with. The area is quiet but has a few restaurants etc nearby. We mainly self catered and found cooking in the villa a pleasure. Our only small negative was that a family nearby has some dogs that bark and howl quite a lot and did disturb the peace on a regular basis. Not the owners fault and it wouldn't put us off renting the villa again. All in all a super holiday and a very nice place to stay - very good wifi also helped on quiet evenings.

Clean and well maintained

Hello Richard We would like to thank you and your family for making our stay at your lovely villa Julia 4 a wonderful experience it is a lovely clean and well maintained villa with spacious pool and surrounding bbq area and garden all bedrooms are a good size with ample storage also fully functional kitchen with all you need the villa is also a short stroll to bars and restaurants and a choice of three supermarkets i would recommend this villa to couples and families of all ages.

Perfect getaway

We really liked this place. We were somewhat worried about the weather, as it was overcast on the first day - but on the second the sun came out for the rest of the week. The weather is subjective of course, and I am pleased to say we really liked the villa too. Within walking distance of shops and a small strip and a beautiful beach. Cala Blanca's offerings are somewhat on the resort side, and there isnt much in the way of fine dining except for Sa Cova and a very decent Indian restaurant called The Raj. The villa itself has Internet, a pool which athough wasnt heated - was not too cold for use, a fully fitted kitchen, air conditioning in all the rooms and a large BBQ area. We were very comfortable here. The garden is quite spacious and attracted wildlife such as tortoises and the odd cat. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen has a microwave, dishwasher, eletric hob and a great oven. It felt private enough for sun bathing and just general pottering around. There is a fireplace indoors which will be invaluable in the colder months. There is also a utility room with a washing machine. The owners were on hand and quite attentive. There was some building work going on in the street but it didn't bother us at all, and certainly could not be heard from the bedrooms. Only negative I can think of was limited amount of hot water for showers in the morning, we just spaced them out over the day. Overall a really nice place and I look forward to coming back sometime.
