A metà strada tra la città mercato di Canelli e il villaggio di Bubbio, questo splendido casale del 18 ° secolo si trova in una posizione elevata tra le splendide colline delle Langhe e del Monferrato, con splendide viste panoramiche sulla campagna circostante. È al centro della regione enogastronomica più apprezzata d'Italia. Casa Dolcetto si trova nel mezzo di questo sito patrimonio mondiale dell'Unesco, recentemente premiato, per la sua bellezza unica.

La casa può ospitare 8 adulti e 3 bambini. Dispone di quattro camere matrimoniali (con bagno), una camera per bambini, una cucina ben attrezzata e una sala da pranzo separata e due ampi soggiorni con caminetto.

Casa Dolcetto sorge su un terreno di proprietà circondato da alberi da frutta, prati, vigneti, erbe e fiori, con due terrazze coperte che si affacciano sulla valle del Loazzolo. Il giardino comprende una piscina privata esposta a sud (12m x 6m) situata in posizione elevata e soleggiata. La casa ha un portico coperto per mangiare all'aperto e un barbecue.

Casa Dolcetto si trova in una posizione ideale per una vasta scelta di attività come mountain bike, rafting e arrampicata su roccia, shopping tra negozi di design o semplicemente per rilassarsi e godersi il cibo e i vini locali offerti.

Altre attrazioni locali che possono essere facilmente raggiunte da Casa Dolcetto tra cui le città romane di Acqui Terme e Alba, la Rivera italiana e le piste da sci della Valle d'Aosta. Durante l'estate e l'autunno ci sono molte feste gastronomiche nelle città e nei villaggi circostanti.

Ogni fine settimana di ottobre puoi visitare il festival internazionale del tartufo di Alba o assaggiare il tartufo bianco di fama mondiale in molti dei nostri ristoranti locali.

Charmant boerderijtje

De titel klopt volledig, maar sommige delen zoals het appartement zijn wel aan renovatie toe. Bovendien hing er in sommige ruimten een doordringende geur van een hond. Die hebben we dan ook niet gebruikt. De keuken was ook niet netjes: vetvlekken op deuren en dampkap en kapot tuinmeubilair... Dat ontsierde een beetje onze eerste kennismaking, maar na een tijdje zie je erdoor. Het was ook heel erg zoeken naar de juiste sleutels van de deuren. Het is dan ook een groot huis. Maar het was wel een heerlijke locatie met mooie vergezichten en de communicatie met de eigenares was altijd heel correct. Zij zorgde voor extra babybedjes en kinderstoeltjes wat we ten zeerste apprecieerden.

Nice house, super location.

Ideal house for a family holiday. Superb setting. The main house is nicely decorated and wel equipped. The two rooms and bathrooms in the separate apartment are not as nice as in the main house, but still OK. The uphill location is very attractive, not only for the wide views, when the weather is hot, it's cooler than in the valley (especially during the night) and mosquitoes are rather scarce.

Charming hilltop villa

We so enjoyed this rustic, rambling, charming villa perched on a spectacular hilltop. Well equipped and thoughtfully appointed. So many places to sit outside and enjoy the view. Beautiful holiday!

Very nice house on hilltop

The house, Casa Dolcetto, actually consists of two separate apartments with two bedrooms each, in addition to a third separate bedroom by itself on the side of the house. This was not so clear in the description. Only the main apartment has a kitchen. Some of the beds are on a loft, which is ok for children but maybe not adults. There is no AC, but fans in all bedrooms. All bedrooms have toilets which is good. The house is situated beautifully on a hilltop in Loazzolo, with winding roads in all directions and several very good wineyard as neighbours. We recommend Isolabella and Forteta Della Luja, both within walking distance, and have fantastic wine tastings. The house is nicely decorated as it is a proper holiday home that the owners also use. You get to use just about the whole house. The kitchen is very well equipped. The beds were made when we arrived, and we were met by a local who showed us the house. The house is getting slightly dated, but has a nice Italian charm to it. Being on a hilltop it is a little cooler than further down. The pool is a chlorine smallish size pool and you have to clean it yourself daily for insects. It is not the biggest of pools. The outside area is very nice with several seating areas. Bring midge spray. The house is family friendly (but remember it is two separate apartments), there is good and fast internet, and the living room has board games. There are several living rooms. We had very good dialogue with the owner Gabrielle. All in all a great experience and we would stay there again.

A delightful place

We had a wonderful holiday at casa dolcetto. We were four families in this generous place. The experience corresponded to our expectations but we were nevertheless taken by the nice surroundings and the view from the house. The kids loved playing in the pool and the place offered plenty of room for activities for the little ones. Gabrielle was very helpful and responded quickly. We can really recommend the place for anyone who wants a private and quiet holiday in the middle of the beautiful landscape of Piedmont.

Oase der Ruhe und Erholung

Ein sehr großes, weitläufige Anwesen. Perfekt für eine große Gruppe. Wir waren 12 Personen, drei Generationen zwischen 9 Monaten und 75 Jahren. Das Haus mit seiner traumhaften Lage ist sehr gut für Leute, die entweder eher Ruhe und Erholung am Pool und im Garten suchen, oder wie wir einen Großfamilienurlaub planen. In unmittelbarer sind keine Geschäfte, zum nächsten größeren Ort ( mit einem schönen Wochenmarkt 2x wöchentlich )fährt man 12 bis 15 Minuten. Sehr gerne wieder!! .

Magnifique ! Relaxant !

Nous avons passé 3 jours magnifiques à Loazzolo en famille, on ne pouvait pas rêver mieux. La maison est spacieuse, bien équipée, avec un point de vue grandiose, c'est l'endroit idéal pour se relaxer. La piscine est vraiment un plus et a été très appréciée par les enfants. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Perfect Place to Relax

Just returned from a fabulous week in Casa Dolcetto. The house was a great space for our two families and very well equipped. It was a treat to have such large comfy beds after our previous week Eurocamping and the views were just stunning. Gabrielle was very helpful before we arrived and Alberto was always around to help whilst we were there, even cooking us an amazing dinner on our final night.

Beautiful house with fantastic views

We had a wonderful time in this fantastic house and the kids just loved the pool. And what spectacular views over the surrounding vineyards and towards Loazzolo. Leading up to our stay Gabrielle was very helpful and always quick to answer our questions. And on arrival Alberto was meeting us at the house and gave us the big tour around the house. One night we arranged for Alberto to cook for us. And what a great meal! Nobody went hungry to bed that night! It is a perfect house for a relaxing holiday in the beautiful Piedmont, and we can highly recommend it!

Beautiful villa in perfect location

We have just returned from a wonderful week in Casa Dolcetto and are already planning a return trip for next year. The house is beautiful and full of character, the views are stunning, and the grounds were the perfect setting for a fabulously relaxing holiday. Gabrielle was really helpful in the lead up to our trip, and Alberto was very friendly on our arrival. I would whole-heartedly recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful break. Shops or restaurants are a short drive away so it's not for anyone looking for a lively strip of bar and restaurants within walking distance, but for our purposes it was perfect.

Une superbe maison pour un séjour entre potes

La maison est superbe et propre, le terrain qui l'entour aussi et la piscine est juste magnifique est top du top pour les personnes de grande taille! ;-) les paysages qui l entour sont a couper le souffle et d une tranquillité!!! On a même pu mettre un peu de musique car la maison est éloignée des autres. Un accueille chaleureux à notre arrivée. Bref le paradis pour une bande d'amis de longe date et idéal pour les familles!

Unknown surprise

We spent a week in this lovely typical italian house in the well known wine region Piemonte. The house is comfortable, clean en form every room you have and a lovely sight. the pool is perfect. We could chose for different places to sit in the lovely gardens with a view on the grapes. The fireplace was brilliant en nice sitting in the evenings. We made nice motortrips to Monaco ands Genua. The small villages in the area are picturesque. A well spent holiday at a lovely place.

I live with my husband , son and our 2 dogs in England. We fell in love with Italy on our honeymoon and have spend many a holiday exploring and enjoying this wonderful country. But we lost our hearts in Piedmont when we met the most wonderfully piemontese people and ate there wonderful food whilst drinking there gorgeous wine either sparkling or my favourite the Barbarolo red. Piedmont is the unspoiled diamond of Italy green and unspoiled with the mountains on one side and the Italian Riviera on the other.

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

We fell in love with Casa Dolcettto because of its location, beautiful views. The house is romantically set against the hill and offers plenty of space for old and young with beautiful stone curved ceilings in the kitchen, dining and sitting room. In winter it has the option of open fireplaces (in and outside) and underfloor heating through the whole house making it a perfect property for the whole year round. It is perfect for getting to the skiing slopes or spend a day at the beach whilst enjoying the delicious food and wine on offer.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

The property being in its amazing location gives me the opportunity to unwind. Casa Dolcetto has splendid panoramic views towards the snowtopped Alps and is surrounded by vineyards, inlcuding its own vineyard of which the wine is produced by a local organic farm. A tasting of the wine can be arranged any time either during the day or a stargazed evening in there garden whilst tasting some local dishes.
