L’APPARTAMENTO BAY è un bellissimo appartamento appena rinnovato , che si trova al centro di Sant’Agata sui Due Golfi ( una rinomata cittadina turistica in Penisola Sorrentina ) e gode di una meravigliosa vista sul Golfo di Napoli e Vesuvio.

L’appartamento si trova sul 2° piano di una palazzina signorile, in un parco tranquillo, recintato e sicuro, a circa 50m dal centro di Sant’Agata . Ha il parcheggio gratuito per 1 auto al interno della proprietà. A circa 20m di distanza c’e anche un comodo parcheggio comunale.

L’APPARTAMENTO BAY ha la superficie interna di 105 m2 e può ospitare fino a 7 persone. L’appartamento è composto da : 2 camere da letto Doppie matrimoniali, 1 camera da letto Singola , ampio soggiorno con divano-letto per 2 persone, cucina, 2 bagni, terrazzo panoramico con vista mare e mobili da giardino, e altri balconi.

L’appartamento è stato ristrutturato nel 2017, arredato con gusto e rifinito con materiali e oggetti di pregio. Molto accogliente e dotato di ogni genere di comfort ( TV a plasma, internet Wi-Fi, riscaldamento autonomo, area condizionata, lavatrice, lavastoviglie, cucina completamente equipaggiata ). Ogni ambiente della casa ha il balcone, terrazzo o la finestra, ciò permette di mantenere la casa sempre fresca, ventilata e piena di luce.

La casa si trova al centro di Sant’Agata sui Due Golfi , dove troverete negozi di ogni genere, supermercati, numerosi bar e ristoranti, banca, fermata degli autobus che conducono a Sorrento, Positano o Amalfi.
Alloggiando in questa accogliente e rilassante casa, sarete in una posizione strategica per escursioni nella vicina Sorrento (6 km – circa 10 minuti in auto), Capri (imbarco a 6 km), Pompei (30 km), Positano (12 km), Amalfi (27 km), Napoli (58 km), e dei borghi di Massa Lubrense (6 km) .
Massa Lubrense è un’oasi naturale dotata di un fitta rete sentieristica che permette agli amanti del trekking di raggiungere tra antichi casali, aree archeologiche, torri di avvistamento, macchia mediterranea e panorami mozzafiato gli angoli più remoti del territorio.
Per gli amanti del relax al sole la spiaggia più vicina, facilmente raggiungibile in auto o con i mezzi pubblici, è quella di Marina del Cantone a circa 7 Km.

La famiglia di Flora è a disposizione degli ospiti durante tutto il soggiorno.

Wonderful stay and hosts

What a wonderful stay. Flora and Guiseppe were in constant communication and incredibly helpful throughout our trip. Wonderful hosts! The apartment is spacious and lovely with outstanding views. Plenty of room for our party of four. Close to town and shops. We would love to return. I would highly recommend Flora’s home to anyone traveling to the Amalfi Coast.

Great location

Great location and view. Hosts had wonderful recommendations for boat tour to Capri and super at arranging a driver for a tour of the Amalfi coast. Very responsive to all inquiries. Only downside was the tricky lock on the building door.

Sant'Agata apartment

Lovely apartment with a great view over the bay from the balcony. We were unsure about staying out of Sorrento but there are plenty of buses in different directions and it's a pleasant walk into Sorrento (downhill!) on a nice day. Sant'Agata is an interesting little town with plenty of little shops. Guiseppe was very welcoming and came to meet us when we were unsure of where we were on arrival. Highly recommended and probably even better to stay in the warmer weather.

Great location with a beautiful view over the Bay of Naples

The balcony on one side of the 2nd floor apartment overlooks Mt Vesuvius in the distance with mountain (Montechiaro) and sea(Vico Equense) in the foreground. A second balcony faces Sant Agata town but is a reasonable distance away. A great place to stay especially if you are travelling by car (1 secure parking space with the booking). The booking is hosted by the Manna family who are all super hosts. Sant Agata is a thriving but small town, with all facilities, ideal for journeys to Sorrento, andAmalfi Coast /Capri

From my first contact months in advance to check-out, the hosts were amazing! All questions answered timely and in detail, including assistance with dinners and tours and transfers. The apartment is magnificent with beautiful views of Mt Vesuvius, Napoli, and the water. Everything was in working order and very comfortable. We’ll be back.

Wonderful Stay

Beautiful condo with an amazing view of the ocean and the mountains including Mount Vesuvius. The place was clean and well equipped. The bed in the primary was a little to hard for my liking but that's a personal opinion. Giuseppe (owners brother) who was our contact while there was fantastic! He made the whole process so easy and he went above and beyond! He gave us suggestions, made reservations for us and was just so helpful and kind. Sant'Agata is a beautiful and quaint little town and everything is within walking distance and the restaurants were very good. Also had the best Ricotta and Pear ice cream in the area. Would definitely return to stay there again.

The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures. It had everything we needed for entertaining our friends and family and the size was perfect. The view from the apartment was so beautiful. The location was perfect- very close to the bus stop which took us into Sorrennto where we could meet up with tours as well as just enjoying the town. San't Agata is a charming town itself with shops, grocery and restaurants within walking distance. Last but certainly not least was our property manager Giuseppe who couldn't have been more helpful. He was our driver for all the trips back and forth to the Naples train station or airport and cheaper than the hired drivers. He was full of information upon our arrival. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this apartment.

Wonderful terrace

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It is well situated in a small mountain town. Two minute walk to restaurants (best lasagna ever at Mimi’s), bars, grocery. We enjoyed coffee on the terrace each morning with a view of Mt Vesuvius and the sea. There is wonderful hiking in the area. Our host was great! We even hired him to drive us to Naples for our return flight. He was very quick to respond to any inquiry and welcomed feedback. We took a boat to visit Positano and Amalfi and after were so happy to return to this flat as those cities were crawling with tourists! This was a perfect stay four our final week in Italy. Thank you Giuseppe and Flora.

Great Views

The property was very clean and had great views of the sea and Volcano. The parking is tight as you have to parallel most of the time between 2 cars and tight space. Takes some practice for us from the US. There is a lil store right across the street and restaurants and shopping just a short walk away. The restaurant they suggested was very good. Giuseppe even made the reservations for us. He and his sister very nice and in constant communication if you need anything. It was a short (20 min) drive to Sorrento and Beach area. Thanks for a great experience!

Fantastic view apartment in great town

This was a great apartment for our family's stay in the Sorrento peninsula. There is a wonderful view of the Bay of Naples from the balcony, master bedroom, and living room. The kitchen is small but well-appointed, and the furnishings are a nice blend of modern and traditional. It was very clean and we had everything we needed - beds are super comfortable. Guiseppe and Flora were very responsive and helped us out with information about the area, hiking, and restaurants. We had a fantastic hike along the ridge overlooking both of the Bays, and could have had a couple more days of hiking just in that area alone. The town is cute, and much quieter and more pleasant than Sorrento, with great restaurants and everything you need. Our one regret is that we couldn't stay longer! We highly recommend this apartment, and we will be back for a longer stay next time.

Great stay!

The apartment was fantastic! We had rented a car, so we were able to drive everywhere. There was one parking spot included. Communication with Flora and Giuseppe was easy, and they were quite helpful with all of our questions. Giuseppe gave us good restaurant recommendations, and even called one to make a reservation for us, since we were a party of six. Everything about the apartment was exactly as explained in the listing, and the pictures were spot on. I would definitely stay there again. The trip was wonderful.

Excellent apartment all round

Well equipped with stunning views over the Bay of Napoli towards Vesuvius from the main balcony (one of three), the apartment is peaceful but very convenient for the centre of Sant'Agata (less than 200m) with a good selection of bar restaurants. Off road parking. Giuseppe was incredibly helpful and I would strongly recommend his suggestions for a boat trip to Capri and do everything by minibus to escape the crowds. In all a fantastic stay, thanks so much!

June 22 family vacation

This was an amazing apartment. The view from the balcony was incredible. It was great to wake up and enjoy our morning coffee while relaxing on the balcony (the night views were even more stunning with the lights across the sea). The location was ideal with a secure parking space, excellent restaurants within walking distance, and front door pickup available for so many excursions. Thanks to Giuseppe for providing suggestions and making the arrangements for us. This made a huge difference and allowed us to relax and enjoy the beauty of the area. The apartment is a great location to explore sorrento, amalfi, capri, and positano and many more.

Canada/Ireland Amalfi Adventure

Flora and her mother gave us a warm welcome along with a savory dessert. The property looks just as it does in the pictures. Starting the morning and ending the evening looking out at Mt. Vesuvius and the coastline was very picturesque and AWESOME. Flora's brother Guiseppe was very helpful in providing travel suggestions and addressing any questions we had. Bus transportation into Sorrento was very easy. The only challenge we had was getting used to the traffic noises throughout the night as both couples preferred sleeping with the windows open. We both live outside large cities so this isn't something we're used to. With that said, we would happily stay there again and RECOMMEND this property! Thank you Flora, Guiseppe and your Mom is making us feel so very welcome! .

Excellent Accommodations!!

We truly enjoyed our stay in this lovely 3 bedroom home. Our family of 5 was very comfortable and were able to spread out and relax. The views from the balconies are stunning ! Giuseppe met us upon our arrival and arranged our tours to Amalfi , Positano and Capri, recommended good restaurants , and gave us great advice. He even brought us delicious homemade pastries. Our stay here was perfect and I highly recommend staying here if you are considering visiting the Amalfi coast and Sorrento. Five stars!! Thank you Giuseppe!!

On the Amalfi Coast

Our first trip to the Amalfi Coast—we really liked staying in Sant Agata. The apartment was clean and spacious enough for 7 of us, we could walk everywhere, several nice restaurants nearby, grocery, wine shops, butcher shops and fish markets all just steps away. Lovely views of Mt Vesuvius from the terrace. We actually preferred this location to the more popular (and crowded!) coastal towns.

Perfect way to experience Sorrento and the Amalfi Coast.

Very nice, spacious apartment in a lovely village with breathtaking views. Located about 15 mins drive from Sorrento and about 25 mins from Positano. The parking space is a real plus. Highly recommended!
