LA PRAIA: IN THE HEARTH OF AMALFI COAST

" LA PRAIA " is a characteristic apartment that covers the entire ground floor of a villa built on the sloping cliff in front of the sea. "LA PRAIA ", so named this lovely suite overlooking the sea can accommodate up to 4 people. Please note that this property may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility or with wheelchair. From it you will enjoy a fascinating view of the sea and of the gulf of Salerno far in the horizon. The apartment is 70 square meters inside and 120 mq outside . It features a wide private terrace with a view of the sea, air conditioning installed in all rooms and winter heating. There are also washing machine and dish washer. There is a private hot tub with heated water (25° about) for 4 persons on the terrace. Please note that you need of some hours to heat water.The apartment is located approximately 0.6 miles from the centre of Praiano, where you will find restaurants, bar and shops. Moreover you can find, close the apartment, a mini market with a stocked wine cellar; the bus stop Flavio Gioia , internal Praiano line and the nearest beach ( Marina di Praia) accessible through a staircase. The apartment can be reached from the street level along a public pedestrian path, passable with scooters. There are 140 steps about not continued to reach the house. The apartment is located in the pedestrian zone, crossed by a road that leads to the heart of the town of Praiano. You can reach the sea by a staircase that starts from the villa and leads directly to the beach. You will not need a car to stay there. If you do have one, you will be able to park it along the public road on payment or you can ask to reserve a spot in a private parking on payment. The rooms of the house are embellished with hand-painted ceramic tiles from Vietri style, typical of the Amalfi Coast style. Large vaults characterize the environments adorned with stucco, all performed by local workers. In the living room the ceiling is vaulted. The furnishings are elegant and bright. The furnishings include a divan that unfolds into a double luxury bed and 2 single beds. You can choose what bed you prefer. In the living room you will also find a cooking area with a dishwasher. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, a refrigerator with freezer, a microwave oven, a toaster and an Italian and American style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a television with satellitar channels . From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door. The room has a window with a view of the sea.You will be able to enter the bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a double bed and safe . From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace with a view of the sea through a French door. The bathroom is tiled with lucid handmade majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a shower, a bidet, a hairdryer and washing machine. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor. The terrace is 200 square meters large. It is equipped with a table, chairs and sun loungers. From the terrace you will enjoy a gorgeous view of the sea and of the coastline. Wi-fi is free 4 people can sleep. " LA PRAIA " is one of four apartments which are part of one large villa: VILLA ANGELA. The stay in all property is not recommended to people with mobility problems or with wheelchair.The villa has been built following the contour of the rocky coastline.Each apartment covers an entire floor of the villa, and has its own independent entrance and a panoramic terrace.All apartments have spacious terraces and enjoy the same view. The villa has a total of 18 beds, therefore, lends itself to accommodate groups of people.The villa is on the edge of Praiano, between Positano and Amalfi, just on the famous beach of Marina di Praia. From the terraces the sight is terrific: the wide view of the emerald sea will enchant you and give a magic emotion that you could hardly forget, the steepy slopes that meet the sea gives the impression of a pristine landscape.The villa is in the pedestrian precinct, crossed by an old street that leads you to the heart of the little town of Praiano. You'll enjoy the old fashioned shops, the typical fishermen's houses and the real way of life of the people of Praiano, a jump into an old way of living that will delight you.
Shops are really close at hand, and if you want to try the classic Fish-based cuisine of the Praiano cooks, famous all over the world, you only have to choose one of the different restaurants and taverns in the little town.From the villa you can take many paths, the most famous is the "Path of the Gods", a unique nature trail in the world, from which you can admire breathtaking views. A path between sky and sea!There are numerous places of interest reachable: Amalfi, Ravello, Vietri, Maiori, Minori, Positano, Sorrento, Massalubrense, Pompei and Ercolano, Capri and Naples with its beauty.
