The flat is located in the historical center in front of a small square , almost private, in an exclusively pedestrian area impossible to reach by car, on the first floor of an anterior to 1600 ancient fishermen's house.
Indipendent entrance. Living room with single sofa bed, overlooking the silent square. Open kitchen on the livingroom. A double bedroom. A triple bedroom. A bathroom with bathtub and shower. A second bathroom service. White / black ligurian floor. Indipendent heating. It reflects sailor 's characteristic feature : wood, slate, stone, iron.
From the entrance door, on foot , in just 140 SECONDS, you bathe at BAIA DEL SILENZIO (see) and in a few minutes to Baia delle Favole. .

As it is in the old town, all services are in 2 / 5 minutes walk.
Car access : the site is so exclusive that it requires only temporary auto entry permit to charge / discharge. Detailed instructions will be sent.
Proper for families with children. No animals allowed. Non suitable for wheel-chair ( stairs to 1st. floor). Flat and neighbourhood are very much appreciated from North European and North American families.
Very interesting diving. Boat and Sailing to rent.

L'appartamento si trova nel centro storico di fronte a una piccola piazza, quasi privata, in una zona esclusivamente pedonale impossibile da raggiungere in auto, al primo piano di un'antica casa dei pescatori del 1600.
Ingresso indipendente. Soggiorno con divano letto singolo, con vista sulla piazza silenziosa. Cucina aperta sul soggiorno. Una camera da letto matrimoniale Una camera tripla Un bagno con vasca e doccia. Un secondo servizio solo wc e lavandino. Pavimento ligure bianco / nero. Riscaldamento autonomo. Riflette la caratteristica caratteristica del marinaio: legno, ardesia, pietra, ferro.
Dalla porta d'ingresso, a piedi, in soli 140 SECONDI, fai il bagno a BAIA DEL SILENZIO (vedi) e in pochi minuti a Baia delle Favole. .
Tutti i servizi sono in 2/5 minuti a piedi.
Accesso auto: il sito è così esclusivo che richiede solo un permesso di ingresso automatico temporaneo per caricare / scaricare. Verranno inviate istruzioni dettagliate.

Spezielle Wohnung nahe am Strand

Die Wohnung ist speziell eingerichtet, bietet genügend Platz für eine Familie, ist sehr nahe am schönen Strand. Preis-Leistung ist gut.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön. Alles da, was man braucht. Die Gastgeber sind super nett. Abends war der Platz vor dem Fenster etwas laut. Nachts aber ok.

Schöne Wohnung

Wir waren im August mit unserer Tochter dort. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und die Vermieter sehr nett. Sehr zentral, alles in der Nähe und nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand. Im Sommer ist viel los und dementsprechend auch nachts laut. Kostenfreie Parkplätze sind schwierig zu finden. Dennoch war es ein toller Aufenthalt und Sestri Levante ist eine sehr schöne Gemeinde mit netten Menschen. Wir empfehlen diese Wohnung. Die Vermieter sind absolut seriös und Ehr nett.

Charmant und liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung in Traumlage

Mein Partner und ich haben uns in Massimo und Lulus liebevoll dekorierter Wohnung in der Altstadt von Sestri Levante gleich zu Hause gefühlt. Direkt um die Ecke gibt es tolle Restaurants und besonders die Nähe zur Baia de Silenzio und zum Wanderweg Punta Manara hätten nicht besser sein können. Wir werden Familie und Freunden die Ferienwohnung ebenfalls empfehlen. Auch gerade für eine Familie mit Kindern ist die Wohnung absolut toll geeignet. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und im Bücherregal fanden wir viele nützliche Tipps über Sestri Levante und die Umgebung. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schöne Wohnung, Geräuschkulisse problematisch

Sehr schöne, liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung. Sehr zentrale Lage zur Altstadt, Strand und Restaurants. Leider etwas laut bis in die frühen Morgenstunden, da dort der Treffpunkt der Jugendlichen von Sestri ist.

A great place to stay in a great little city.

Location was perfect, off the main pedestrian street in the historic city just steps away from the beach. We were impressed with the size, decorations and facilities. Sunny and quiet when windows are closed. Plan to return next year and see Max, a welcoming host, again.

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé une semaine extra : l'appartement est très fonctionnel et rien ne manque !! Il est très bien situé, en plein de centre de Sestri. De plus, la communication avec les propriétaires Max et Luisella s'est très bien passée ! Nous reviendrons, c'est certain !!

Excellent séjour dans le centre de Sestri

Nous avons été ravis de retrouver Sestri et de séjourner dans cet appartement typique du centre. Il est très bien situé à quelques mètres de la plage, des restaurants et des commerces du centre. Le propriétaire est très sympathique et la communication se fait très bien avec lui. L'appartement est ancien et la décoration est très originale. Il y a tout sur place (draps, serviettes, produits d'entretien...). Bref, nous avons passé un excellent séjour et espèrons revenir.

L’appartement est très joliment décoré et authentique. Rien à voir avec les locations d’agences totalement impersonnelles! La communication avec le propriétaire est simple et directe même si le propriétaire n’habite pas Sestri. A recommander!

Liebevoll eingerichtetes Appartement

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in der liebevoll maritim eingerichteten Wohnung. Besonders das offene Wohnzimmer ist sehr gemütlich und schön gestaltet. Der Vermieter war sehr entgegenkommend und freundlich in der Kommunikation. Die Lage ist optimal, ruhig und sehr zentral. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Great location, charming and authentic flat

We had a wonderful time in Sestri Levante! We enjoyed to stay in the nice typical ligurian /maritime furnished flat. Everything we needed was there. The facilities are simple but functional with an authentic touch. Our children were also happy. We had great excursions and enjoyed the sea every evening. Both beaches are between 2 and 5 Minutes walk. Great location. The car is not needed. We hope having soon again the occasion to stay at Massimo and Luisella's flat. We would love it. Thank you very much! Merci beaucoup pour ce merveilleux séjour à Sestri Levante. L' appartement est original et décoré avec goût. L' équipement est simple mais fonctionnel avec une note authentique. Nous n'avons manqué de rien. Les deux plages sont très proches et facilement accessibles. La voiture n'est pas nécessaire. Poissonnier, crémier, primeur, boulanger, moyen supermarché, ...tout est à 5' de marche. La situation du logement est géniale! Nous reviendrons volontiers. The Dupont family.

Wunderschöne renovierte Altstadtwohnung in einen sehr schönen Ort

Wir hatten einen herrlichen Aufenthalt in dieser liebevoll renovierten Wohnung in einer Nebengasse der Altstadt. Die Wohnung hatte durch die vielen maritimen Accessoires ein ganz besonderes Flair und wir haben es sehr genossen mitten in der belebten Stadt zu wohnen. Trotzdem ist die Wohnung sehr ruhig gelegen, da sie in einer kleinen Seitengasse an einem kleinen Platz mit zwei großen Palmen liegt. Die Küche ist vollständig eingerichtet, so dass wir gerne selbst lecker kochten. Die Wohnung war ganz so wie in der Anzeige beschrieben und hat unsere Erwartungen bei Weitem übertroffen. Ganz besonders hat uns gefreut, dass wir von Massimo vom Bahnhof abgeholt wurden und er uns dabei gleich die Stadt zeigte und Tipps zum Einkaufen und Stand in Sestri Levante gegeben hat, so dass wir uns ganz schnell zu Hause fühlten. An Sestri Levante hat uns besonders gefallen, dass es ein vielfältiges Freizeitangebot gibt und man neben einem herrlichen Strandurlaub (mit 2 Stränden in nur jeweils zwei Minuten Laufentfernung) auch sehr gut Wandern, Fahrradfahren etc. kann. Auch ein Besuch von Genua oder Cinque Terre ist sehr zu empfehlen. Die Wohnung können wir nur weiterempfehlen und wir möchten uns auch noch bei Massimo für das herzliche Willkommen und die schöne Wohnung bedanken.

Leben mitten in der Altstadt einer italienischen Kleinstadt

Wir, eine junge Familie mit einem Kind, durften eine Woche die Vorzüge dieser Ferienwohnung genießen. Die gefliesten 2 Schlafräume, ein Wohn-/Essbereich mit offener Küche, ein Bad mit Sitzdusche und WC sowie ein separates WC geben viel Raum. Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet, so dass es uns an keinem Einrichtungsgegenstand gefehlt hat. Die Wohnung hat eine eigene Hauseingangstür innerhalb einer kleinen Häuserzeile in einer kleinen Nebengasse. Von dieser aus waren wir in wenigen Schritten mitten in der schönen Fußgängerzone der Altstadt. Neben Geschäften des täglichen Bedarfs finden sich hier viele weitere Geschäfte und Restaurants. Auch der Strand ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Es gibt kein Parkplatz in direkter Umgebung, kostenfreie Parkplätze befinden sich jedoch in wenigen 100 Meter Entfernung. Hier haben wir zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit einen Platz gefunden. Die Wohnung eignet sich hervorragend auch als Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen (bspw. auf den "Hausberg") und Fahrten nach Genua, Pisa, Lucca, Quinte Terre und Portofino. Die Vermieter waren jederzeit behilflich und auch sehr um uns besorgt, da das Wetter am Beginn unseres Urlaubs leider sehr ungemütlich war. Auch die Restauranttipps von unseren Vermietern sind uneingeschränkt weiter zu empfehlen. Wir danken, dass wir da sein durften und würden auch gern wiederkommen. lovely apartment very close to the Bay of Silence beach and other beaches in Sestri Levante. with two bedroom, bathroom, separate toilet, kitchen and lounge this is a very nice place to stay in the older and more interesting part of the town. the apartment was spotlessly clean with ample bedding and towels. we were given advise and brochures of the area which was helpful. our lack of Italian made communication difficult , which is our fault, but the lady we met was very helpful and kind. . not far from either Portofino or the Cinque Terre it makes an excellent base for a stay in the region. the apartment is recommended.
