Nel prezzo giornaliero sono compresi acqua, luce ,gas, completo letti( cuscini ,federe, lenzuola, coperte ) ,attrezzatura cucina (bicchieri ,piatti pentole, posate ,tazze). Permanenza minima di 3 notti(4 notti in alta stagione).
Arrivo dalle ore 14.00 alle 18.00 ,Partenza entro le ore 10.00.Possibilità biciclette a noleggio e lavatrice a pagamento,
sono ammessi animali cani, gatti ecc. ,
tenuti in custodia, danni a cose e buche nel giardino saranno addebitati. SUPPLEMENTO animali tariffa unica € 25,00.
Imposta di soggiorno è di € 1,00 a persona al giorno, i minori di anni 12 sono esenti all’imposta è richiesto il pagamento in contanti/cash.
La spiaggia si trova a c.a. 300 mt. ,c.a. mt 200 ci sono supermarket e ristoranti, all’interno della proprietà si trova un piccolo parco verde con barbecue e tavoli da pic-nic per pranzi o cene all’aperto, giochi per bambini, sdraio ,ombrelloni e doccia esterna.
I locali vengono consegnati puliti e funzionanti ,è richiesto di riconsegnarli in ordine.

bathroom (toilet, sink and shower, 2 courtesy towels) kitchen with fridge, sink, gas hob, table with 4 chairs and outdoor table, air conditioning. The daily price includes water, electricity, gas, complete beds (pillows, pillowcases, sheets, blankets), kitchen equipment (glasses, plates, pots, cutlery, cups). Minimum stay of 3 nights (4 nights in high season).
Arrival from 14.00 to 18.00, Departure by 10.00. Possibility of renting bicycles and washing machine for a fee,
pets are allowed dogs, cats etc. ,

Tourist tax is € 1,00 per person per day, children under 12 are exempt from the tax, payment in cash is required.
The beach is located approx. 300 m. , ca. 200 meters there are supermarkets and restaurants, inside the property there is a small green park with barbecue and picnic tables for outdoor lunches or dinners, games for children, deck chairs, umbrellas and outdoor shower.
The premises are delivered clean and functional, it is required to return them in order.

Der Tagespreis beinhaltet Wasser, Strom, Gas, komplette Betten (Kissen, Kissenbezüge, Laken, Decken), Küchenausstattung (Gläser, Teller, Töpfe, Besteck, Tassen). Mindestaufenthalt 3 Nächte (4 Nächte in der Hochsaison).
Anreise von 14.00 bis 18.00 Uhr, Abreise bis 10.00 Uhr Möglichkeit der Anmietung von Fahrrädern und Waschmaschine gegen Gebühr,
haustiere sind erlaubt hunde, katzen etc. ,
Inhaftierung, Sachbeschädigungen und Löcher im Garten werden in Rechnung gestellt. ZUSCHLAG für Tiere zum Einzelpreis € 25,00.
Die Kurtaxe beträgt 1,00 € pro Person und Tag, Kinder unter 12 Jahren sind von der Kurtaxe befreit, Barzahlung erforderlich.
Der Strand liegt ca. 300 m. , ca. 200 Meter gibt es Supermärkte und Restaurants, auf dem Grundstück gibt es einen kleinen grünen Park mit Grill und Picknicktischen für Mittag- oder Abendessen im Freien, Spiele für Kinder, Liegestühle, Sonnenschirme und Außendusche.
Die Räumlichkeiten werden sauber und funktionstüchtig geliefert, es ist erforderlich, sie in Ordnung zurückzugeben.
