Splendida villa per affitti di breve termine: Wi-Fi, piscina privata con zona solarium, strepitosa vista sul lago di Bracciano, immersa nel verde della natura, a 800 metri dalle rive del lago di Bracciano, circoli velici, bar e ristoranti a pochi minuti, 3 camere da letto, 4 bagni, cucina completamente attrezzata, ampio salone doppio, biancheria, parcheggio privato. Zona pranzo interna ed esterna per 6 persone, sala hobby con tavolo da ping pong Kettler.
Villa La Quercia si trova sulla Collina dei Silenzi, a pochi metri dal Parco Naturale Regionale di Bracciano – Martignano , immersa nella macchia mediterranea, gode di una vista incantevole sul lago di Bracciano i cui tramonti sono meravigliosi. Di recente costruzione è stata progettata con pietra naturale e vetrate panoramiche sul lago; si trova in un parco completamente recitato all’interno del quale vi è una vigna di proprietà. Nelle due terrazze con sedie e divani si gode il sole e la vista. I pranzi e le cene saranno immersi nel verde e accompagnati dai suoni della natura e dai suoi profumi.
La piscina con acqua salata, è a bassissimo contenuto di cloro grazie all’ elettrolisi del sale. Intorno alla piscina troverete la pietra lavica, una tenda di 12 metri per zona ombreggiata dove leggere un libro oppure ammirare il panorama. Adiacente alla piscina troverete un comodo spogliatoio dove potrete cambiarvi oppure fare una doccia all’aperto. La piscina è provvista del nuoto controcorrente che consente di effettuare massaggi ad azione drenante. Inoltre permette, come dice il nome, di nuotare “surplace” se si desidera praticare il nuoto a livello sportivo; 4 lettini, un divano, 2 poltrone, 6 sedie da esterno e un enorme sacco sono a vostra disposizione per prendere il sole, un aperitivo con vista o rilassarvi davanti ad un panorama unico.
Le camere da letto sono spaziose e comode e ospitano fino 6 persone, 1 delle quali può dormire nello studio openspace. Tutti i letti hanno materassi ortopedici di nuova generazione.
Cucina openspace con cappa potentissima, forno e lavastoviglie, soggiorno/pranzo con vista panoramica e camino.
A Trevignano (7 min) o Anguillara (9 min) troverete , cinema, cinema all'aperto, negozi, supermercati aperti 24H e tutto ciò cui avete bisogno.
Splendide passeggiate panoramiche, a piedi o in macchina, sono possibili in tutto il territorio circostante.

Beautiful villa for short term rentals: free Wi-Fi, private pool with sunbathing area, surrounded by nature, breathtaking view over Lake Bracciano, beaches , sailing clubs and restaurants within minutes, 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, large double living room, linen, private parking. Indoor and outdoor dining area for 6 people, hobby room with table tennis.
Villa La Quercia is located on the Hill of Silence, a few meters from the Natural Park of Bracciano - Martignano , characterized by Mediterranean vegetation , it offers a breathtaking view on the lake of Bracciano, sunsets are wonderful. Recently constructed it has been designed with natural stone and panoramic windows overlooking the lake; it is located on a hill and it has a private vineyards (Syrah and Vermentino). In its two terraces with chairs and sofas you enjoy the sun and the view. Lunches and dinners will be embraced by nature with its sounds and a its fragrances , surrounded by an immense relaxing green area.
The salt-water pool is very low in chlorine thanks to salt electrolysis. Around the pool you will find lava stone, a 12 meter shaded area where you can read a book or admire the panorama. There is also a comfortable changing room area where, if you want you may take an outdoor shower. The swimming pool is equipped with counter-current swimming useful also for drainage massage. 4 sun loungers, a sofa, 2 armchairs, 6 outdoor seats and a huge sack are available to sunbathe, relax in front of a unique panorama.
The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable and accommodate up to 6 people, one of which can sleep in the open space studio. All beds have new generation orthopedic mattresses.
The kitchen is open space and it has a powerful cooker hood, oven and dishwasher; living / dining has a panoramic view and a lovely fireplace.
In Trevignano (7 min) or Anguillara (9 min) you will find cinemas, shops, supermarkets open 24H and everything you may need.
Beautiful panoramic walks, on foot or by car, are possible throughout the surrounding area.

Wonderful week spent at this very special house. The house was so well equipped, from the kitchen to the entertainment. The grounds and the pool were immaculate. Wonderful views and a very welcome breeze from the lake below. Very welcoming and helpful hosts. Hope to return again!

Delivered more than expected

Nadia and Matteo were excellent hosts dedicating time and attention to our stay. The villa is superb and bigger than expected both in sleeping accommodation and land to roam on. The pool is a major plus, at nearly 11 metres its huge presenting opportunity for fun, games and cooling off. The view is excellent while the local towns provide all that is needed. Swimming in Lake Bracciane is sublime and such a memorable experience. A car is a must to get around. We definitely would like to return in the future.

Perfection!

Villa La Quercia is even better in reality than it appears in the pictures. From the very friendly welcome on arrival until the day we left, we found the villa to be completely perfect. Everything inside and outside the villa are of the highest standard, is immaculately clean, and very well equipped. The very large pool and huge, beautifully maintained, gardens are perfect for relaxation, and the view over Lake Bracciano is unforgettable. The villa is a credit to the owners, and is the most impressive rental property we have ever stayed in. We would happily return in future if the opportunity arises. Thank you, Nadia and Matteo.

Beautiful villa in idyllic location

Second visit to this wonderful villa on the hill above Bracciano. Met at the property by the owners who were most welcoming and made every effort to ensure we were fully familiar with house, pool, gardens and local area. The Villa was immaculately clean throughout, the pool pristine and the gardens beautifully maintained. The pool (& numerous floats) table tennis and outdoor shower were a big hit with our kids!! Thanks again for a great week

Heaven in Italy

As much as I’ve traveled around the globe, it’s not often that my expectations are met, never mind surpassed, but Nadia and her family’s home was the exception. The posting doesn’t begin to do it justice. I’ve never felt so at home in a property. The house was an architectural marvel yet cozy and spacious. The landscape and the views were breathtaking and will be sorely missed. Not enough adjectives to describe how welcomed and comfortable everyone felt. The location was perfect for a quick trip to Rome by train (but you should have a car) or a quiet dinner along the lake in Trevignano. The house had everything you could need and then some. If you want the perfect place to stay near Rome, this is it. Can’t thank Nadia enough! Hope to return some day soon. Ciao!

Exquisite Luxury Home on Lago di Bracciano

This was the perfect home to end our "once in a lifetime," multigenerational family trip to Italy. We traveled to Trevignano Romano via Santa Marinella (Castello Santa Severa) and Bracciano (a great day trip to those who are traveling from Rome to Lago di Bracciano). We will be forever grateful that Piercarlo and Nadia shared their elegant lake retreat with our family. They were attentive and caring hosts who ensured all of our needs were met throughout our stay. The villa is located a short drive from town and is just a 2 km walk to the lake and nearby local restaurants. The house was flawless; thoughtfully designed and impeccably clean. It had every modern convenience including washer and dryer (though the sun / clothes lines are preferred during an Italian summer). The kitchen is a home chef's dream (and was stocked with all the basics). The open floor plan seamlessly blended outdoor and indoor living spaces. We relaxed and swam throughout the day and dined poolside, overlooking the lake. We only wish we could have extended our stay another week! Grazie!

Das Haus ist der ideale Platz, um einen erholsamen Urlaub mit dem Besuch der Stadt Rom zu verbinden. Nach Rom sind es von dort nur 45 Minuten. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig auf 2 Etagen aufgeteilt. Man merkt, dass das Haus auch privat genutzt wird, denn die Wohnung ist bestens ausgestattet und beinhaltet viele persönliche Gegenstände. Im Untergeschoss wohnt ein älteres Ehepaar, was regelmäßig vorbeikommt und den Müll entsorgt und den riesigen Rasen einmal pro Woche mäht. Besonders zu erwähnen ist der große Pool, den die Kinder geliebt haben. Wenn wir nochmal nach Rom kommen, werden wir bestimmt wiederkommen.

Wonderful villa - thoroughly recommended!

We’re a family of 5 with two teenage girls and a 3 year old boy. We absolutely loved our stay - there was so much space for the children (inside and outside), they loved the pool and all the inflatables, and the view over the lake is beautiful. The villa has everything you need, was really clean and is well supplied with a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, sun loungers etc. We explored the surrounding towns and headed into Rome twice during our stay (only a 40 minute drive away). The property hosts couldn’t have been more helpful - making lots of suggestions before we arrived of places to visit and eat, as well as helping us during our stay. We wouldn’t hesitate the stay again - we had such an amazing time. Thank you!

Amazing and very relaxing time

It was our first time at Lago di Bracciano, but certainly not the last time. The house was exactly what we were looking for. The atmosphere is relaxing, the house has everything you need for a great stay, the pool as perfect and the yard is amazing. The owners were very friendly and helpful, and they helped us with hints and recommendations. The surrounding is perfect for a relaxing time, the water of lake Bracciano is very clear. Ideal for swimming and SUP. Simply a great stay.

The best of the best - heaven

What to start with, I travelled in 40 countries and I was looking for a place to recharge my battery but also spend time with family and friends: 1st the hosts, are wonderful people, super helpful and respectful of guests privacy and a pleasure to talk with, top level people; 2nd the villa is impeccable, the photos are not giving it justice, is clean, elegant, comfortable, cozy and so well maintained that looks like a 5+ luxury resort. There is all you need in the kitchen and the view of the lake, the garden, the vigna wow is like a dream, the pool is good for long swim or chill out. What to say more then thank you so much for making our romantic escape the best ever. We will come back soon, did not want to leave. Grazie mille 🤩

Semplicemente perfetta !

Entrare in casa d’altri e sentirsi a casa propria! Stanze, cucina, salone non manca nulla, anzi c’è molto più di quanto ci si aspetterebbe. Très beau séjour

Superbe propriété dans un très bel emplacement : proximité du lac et d'activités nautique et bien sûr Rome à 40 mn. De bons conseils du propriétaire.

Beautiful villa in a spectacular setting

We had a fantastic week at the villa. It is equipped with everything you could need. The pool is perfect and the view from the terrace of the lake is beautiful. We would definitely stay again.

A pictoresque little town on the lake of Bracciano

We had a fantastic holiday in Trevignano Romano, a pictoresque little town on the lake of Bracciano, very close to Rome. The Villa was perfect for our family, the kitchen has everything you need for cooking your own fantastic dinners. The villa has a lot of space and also if you need some time for your privacy of your own. The view and the location offers you a relaxing holiday. The Villa is very clean and you feel like home. Relaxing beautiful home

The view from the house is mesmerising along with the gardens and pool. The house has such a well equipped kitchen, well appointed bedrooms and very clean bathrooms. It is very secure and very easy to keep cool especially in the heat wave we had ! We were able to keep the house cool during the day and overnight - they even supplied fans in every bedroom just in case. The owners couldn't have been more helpful - they even booked the most delightful restaurant for our birthdays and asked for the best table in the house, we got it. We would highly recommend a stay here, it is an easy trip into Rome but there are also so beautiful villages and towns to visit around the lake. We will hopefully be back ! Thank you !

Very nice and modern villa with a fantastick garden and view

In general the house, pool, garden, view is at a high level. To highlight what we find really stands out - the house is generally very nice with a quality atmosphere, the green lawn/park with a fantastic view and the open kitchen/living room works really well - the hosts did an extra effort to welcome us, e.g the welcome letter, the house introduction, availability of soaps/detergents/sun lotion and not at least the cooking class with Nadia - the kitchen with all the extra machinery (toaster, blender etc), the sharp knifes, the fresh herbs in the garden etc. - pool with ‘ramped’ sites is good for kids, and all the plastic toys, bats, petanque etc gave joyable outdoor play - many small restaurants around the lake, and with Rome only 45min away by car. We have rented villas for our summer vacation for many years. All in all, this has been one of the very best villas, which we can highly recommend. Br Morten and families

Beautiful house with views of Lake Bracciano

Fantastic week at this villa just 40 minutes North of Rome. Very clean, modern & spacious home with great outdoor space including dining area, balcony, large pool, vineyard and olive grove. Met by the owners at the property who had clearly made every effort to ensure their guests enjoy this beautiful place. Very child friendly with lots of toys for the pool and table tennis in the basement which was a big hit with our kids. Lots of good restaurants, shops and cafes nearby. Highly recommend for families looking for a quiet relaxing break in an idyllic location

It’s a very nice and comfortable house.

My family of five enjoyed our stay. My children ages 11, 11 and 8 had a great time in the pool (they have pool toys) and playing ping pong in the basement. It is an easy train ride into Rome but you have to drive your car to the train station. Nothing is walking distance from the house. The lake is gorgeous and we enjoyed spending a day at a nearby beach. The owners are very responsive.

Stunning: stylish house, beautiful location, amazing views, very friendly and helpful owners.

We spent nine nights with our sons (aged 13 and 11) at this beautiful, environmentally-friendly house, which is located just a short drive from the Lake Bracciano, around an hour's drive from Rome. The house is stunning: spacious, tastefully furnished, and comprehensively equipped with everything we could possibly have needed for our stay (including an impressive collection of pool inflatables - of which a giant floating flamingo was a particular hit!) The large open plan living space downstairs opens onto a beautiful terrace and huge, level garden (perfect for our football-mad youngest) with incredible views over the hills that surround the lake, and of the lake itself. Olive trees and the owner's own vineyard complete the view. The large swimming pool is cleverly designed with a narrow safety ledge around the edge so that even at the deep end one can stand and rest if necessary. The owners have provided plenty of outdoor play equipment, and our children particularly enjoyed the ping-pong table in the basement. The small, picturesque town of Trevignano is just a short drive away with a selection of shops, bars and lake-side restaurants. This house is a great base for exploring the local area and for day-trips to Rome.
