Schönes Haus in toller Lage

Wir waren im August 2023 mit 2 Teenagern und unserm Hund dort. Obwohl die Haushälfte zum Hang zeigte war es sehr hell und von den beiden Terrassen vor und hinter dem Haus gab es einen tollen Blick Richtung Meer. Die angegebenen 1 km bis zum Strand sind wohl Luftlinie, also zu Fuß nicht zu machen da es steil bergauf- und ab geht. Aber mit dem Auto ist man in 5 Minuten am Strand. Der Gemeinschaftspool ist sehr schön und in wenigen Schritten zu erreichen. Mit Liegen und Außendusche zwischen Bäumen gelegen findet man auch ein Schattenplätzchen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es genügend und mit dem Auto sind die gut zu erreichen. Das Haus ist groß und geräumig. Die Einrichtung zweckmäßig. Das Sofa ist für 4 Personen schon knapp und etwas abgenutzt, mehr Leute haben da keinen Platz. Die Ausstattung in der Küche ist ein bischen spartanisch. Besteck ist genügend da, aber vor allem Schüsseln und Schalen fehlen. Da ist wohl im Laufe der Zeit schon einiges zu Bruch gegangen und müsste mal ersetzt oder ergänzt werden. Aber man kann ja auch tiefe Teller benutzen... Die Bäder haben alles was man braucht. Die beiden Klimaanlagen im EG und OG haben auch bei 35°C und mehr einwandfrei funktioniert. Deutsches TV-Programm war nicht zu kriegen und hier war der Vermieter leider auch keine Hilfe. Aber dank WLAN kann man ja auch mit Tablet und Laptop fernsehen. Alles in Allem ein gelungener Aufenthalt.

Mooi huis op een rustige lokatie.

Mooi huis met toch een beetje uitzicht op zee en op de bergen. We hebben hier een leuke week gehad. Huis kan buiten wel wat opknapwerk buiten gebruiken (een likje verf op de ramen) en keukenvoorraad een beetje uitbreiden (rasp, wijnglazen). Via het agentschap hebben we een paar leuke tips voor uitstappen ontvangen, waarvoor dank.

Hat uns sehr gefallen!

Wir waren als 5-köpfige Familie dort. Die Übergabe am Anfang und am Ende war sehr unkompliziert. Haus und Pool entsprachen der Beschreibung. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war auf Englisch und sehr freundlich. Wenn man kleine Kinder hat, sollte man den Strand mit dem Wellenbrecher ausprobieren. Für uns war der Urlaub eine positive Erfahrung.

Mooi oud Italia, Beautiful old Italy

Wij een nederlands gezin van 6 personen en 2 aanhang (in totaal dus 8 pers.) hebben een fantastische vakantie gehad. Het huis was geweldig van alle gemakken voorzien. Wij hebben oudere kinderen in de leeftijd van 15 t/m 24 jaar die allemaal hun privacy nodig hebben wat in dit huis prima kan. Je hebt 2 badkamers wat ideaal is. Hoeft je niet lang op elkaar te wachten. Ook de wasmachine en de vaatwasser kwamen goed van pas en werkten ook nog eens goed. Ook het bij behoorde zwembad was prima. Het gebied zelf is niet erg toeristisch. Je beleeft echt hoe de Italianen zelf leven. Vooral als je wat verder landinwaarts gaat in de kleine bergdorpjes. Dan waan je echt 20 tot 30 jaar terug in de tijd. Conzenza is een stad die je zeker moet bezoeken. De mensen zijn er ook erg vriendelijk maar, kunnen over het algemeen geen Engels alleen Italiaans, Spaans en Frans. Met handen en voeten en google vertaal kom je een heel eind en als je probeert Italiaans te spreken worden ze steeds vriendelijker. Voor de goede zandstranden moet je een beetje zoeken je hebt er veel kiezelstranden maar, ze zijn er wel. Als het er een iets waait heb je al gauw zeer hoge golven +/- 2 meter. Prima om op te surfen je kan er ook prima snorkelen en duiken. De zee is er zeer helder. Arrivederci bella Italia. We a Dutch family of 6 people and 2 supporters (totaling 8 people) have had a fantastic holiday. The house was wonderfully equipped. We have older children in the age of 15 to 24 years who all need their privacy what in this house is fine. You have 2 bathrooms which is ideal. You do not have to wait long for each other. The washing machine and dishwasher also came in handy and also worked well. The swimming pool was fine too. The area itself is not very touristy. You really experience how the Italians live themselves. Especially if you go further inland in the small mountain villages. Then you are really 20 to 30 years back in time. Conzenza is a city that you should definitely visit. The people are also very friendly, but generally can not speak English only Italian, Spanish and French. With hands and feet and google translation you come a long way and if you try to speak Italian they become more friendly. For the good sandy beaches you have to search a bit, you have many pebbly beaches, but they are there. If there is a wind, you soon have very high waves +/- 2 meters. Fine to surf you can also snorkel and dive. The sea is very clear. Arrivederci bella Italia

Gut gepflegte Anlage in erholsamer Lage

Das Haus ist gut gepflegt, der Ansprechpartner per WhatsaApp sehr gut erreichbar. Wenn man selber Kochen möchte, dann sollte man zum Beispiel gute Messer einpacken. Es gibt reichlich platz, gut Klimatisiert per Klimaanlage, die Betten sind sehr gut, nur die Kinderbetten waren etwas durchgelegen. In der Mittagspasuse oder gleich früh, waren die Kinder am Pool, der hat gut Platz und bietet auch viele schattige Plätze für die Liegen. Insgesamt empfehlenswert. Die Lage grundsätzlich ist ruhig, man trifft so gut wie keine Touristen,..ausser italienische Landsleute, die auch mal Urlaub geniesen, der Strand unten, am Restaurant "La Torre" ist sehr schön und wenig besucht, ausser am Wochenende. Der Beste in der Nähe! Das Wasser war sehr schön warm und GLASS KLAR ! Lufttemeratur war im durchschnitt bei 33°. Im "La Torre" kann man übrigens auch gut essen mit sehr guter und netter Bedienung! Man muss sich allerdings, wenn man kleine Kinder hat, daran gewoenen, das die Restaurants zwischen 15 Uhr und 19:30 i.d.R. kein Service haben. Ansonsten gibt es noch einige Orte Richtung süden, die sich wirklich lohnen anzusehen, am besten auch bis zum Abend..... Alles in allem, ein sehr schöner Urlaub mit wenig Tourismus und schöner Ruhe und viele nette Menschen :-)

Selve huset er flot og rent. Der manglede desværre en del service og køkkenredskaber.

Et rigtig dejligt hus med meget plads, samt skabsplads. Det ligger højt oppe i bjergene. Der er meget stejlt, så man går ikke lige en tur.Det kræver en bil, hvilket også var oplyst. Vi valgte stedet ud fra den fælles pool, som er meget vigtig for vores familie. Desværre måtte vi kun opholde os ved poolen mellem 9-13. Det var ikke tilladt at have badedyr i poolen, samt at hoppe i vandet. Så det er ikke børnevenligt. Men bortset fra det, så var der en fantastisk strand,når man kørte ned fra bjerget. De smukkeste klippehuler. Jeg tror vi var lidt uheldige i forhold til de mangler der var i huset. Strømmen gik flere gange, der var ingen glas, ingen skåle og ingen arbejdsknive, gassen skulle skiftes til komfuret og aircondition skulle renses og have skiftet freon. Det er selvfølgelig rigtig uheldigt, men når de næste kommer er alt dette jo i orden.Vi fik glas så vi kunne klare os. Jeg købte selv en skål samt en kniv, da vi ikke kunne lide at be´om mere. Vi valgte at blive trods disse begynder vanskeligheder, da området var meget smukt og det var et roligt område.
