Magnifico attico ( 4º piano ) di una palazzina di poche unità , senza ascensore , completamente ristrutturato e con nuovi mobili in stile ,dispone di una bellissima terrazza che dà sui tetti veneziani , da cui si può ammirare il campanile di S.Marco , dove si può comodamente mangiare o prendere il sole.
L'appartamento è composto da : una spaziosa entrata che porta direttamente alla cucina e alla terrazza ma anche al grande salone con tv satellitare e dvd e sala da pranzo che dispone di un tavolo rettangolare per sei persone.
Le due stanze da letto sono entrambi doppie ( una matrimoniale l'altra con due letti singoli che si possono unire ) e sono dotate di grandi armadi inoltre dalle finestre potrete ammirare il canale veneziano dove passano giornalmente gondole
Vi sono due bagni uno con doccia, wc,bidet ,l'altro con solo uso del wc .
L'appartamento è dotato di aria condizionata e riscaldamento autonomo e wifi. Si prega di notare che la tassa di soggiorno di 4€ per persona per notte e la pulizia di 60€ non sono incluse e devono essere pagate all’arrivo in contante.

super séjour: Venise vue sur les toits et terrasse

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre semaine, dans un quartier très calme de Venise et en même temps proche de tout! Idéalement situé, avec la superette au bout de la rue et surtout le marché notament le marché aux poissons qui se trouve juste en face sur l'autre rive du grand canal, on peut s'y rendre par le vaporetto... Les poissons sont délicieux. Comme il faisait très beau nous avons déjeuné sur la terrasse en plein soleil tous les jours! L'appartement est très propre et joliment décoré, fonctionnel. Parfait pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants. Etant au dernier étage (4ème) il ne faut pas s'attendre à avoir une grande pression d'eau sous la douche, en contre partie il y à de jolies vues sur les toits ocre-rouges et les canaux vert-veronèse de Venise! Nous n'avons pas eu la chance de rencontrer la propriétaire mais avons beaucoup échangé par mail, elle est charmante et de très grande confiance. Nous recommandons fortement cet appartement.

The best place in Venice!!!!!!

The best place in Venice! I and my family stayed in many apartments in Venice and this is definitely the best! Is located in the district of Canareggio near the Rialto bridge and is very easy to reach if you come from the airport is that if you come from the train station. The building is at the end of a very quiet street and overlooks the canal but a short walk from the shopping street and close to a well stocked supermarket at a wine shop and fabulous restaurants. the apartment is a stunning penthouse overlooking the Venetian rooftops! We enjoyed the spectacle of fireworks exploding close to the bell tower of S. Marco and all this from the terrace of this spectacular home! Newly furnished with quality furniture is a warm and cozy but very elegant, the two bedrooms are doubles and the master bedroom you can see the gondolas that pass daily, the beds are very comfortable. Attila has thought of everything! There are blankets towels, pillows in abundance here nothing is missing, the TV is satellite! the wifi is great, the signal arrives well in all the rooms, the house was very hot we always walked barefoot because even the floor in a beautiful light wood was warm. The bathrooms are small but well equipped as the kitchen, the dining table is great. This house is furnished with love by a person who is happy that his guests feel good! thanks Attilia back very soon in "our" penthouse Venetian ... You have made us feel right at home!

Penthouse with a View

A wonderful 2-brm 4th Floor apartment. We enjoyed the great views across the rooftops and of the canal below. We visited in July and it was very hot. The single heat pump/air conditioning unit could not keep up and it was very hot in the bedrooms.

Incredible

Wonderful property with a balcony right on a canal. Clean and spacious with everything you need especially in the kitchen. A/C, nice bathroom with lots of supplies, great location, not too touristy but walk 10 minutes and there will be shops galore. Just be aware it is a 4th floor W/U. No prob for us, though. It’s a gem.

Apartment was as advertised the perfect size and location for our party. Host was very quick to respond to messages & very informative of area and things to do and see and gave very precise directions. Would definitely stay again if in Venice.

Great location but a few things to note

The location of this rental was perfect. Away from the business but close enough to access all that we wanted on foot. Check in was easy and we enjoyed our stay but there are a few things to keep in mind: No elevator and the stairs are steep and narrow, place needs a good deep clean. Kitchen items specifically need a good clean, could not use the kettle as huge amounts of white scale that started to come loose after boiling water, Coffe pot rusted, items in drawers cluttered and not all was clean. Bedding was okay but it would have been nice to have more than a fitted sheet and blanket, bathroom needs a good clean and declutterred as cabinet very overfilled with products either from owner or previous user. Washing machine did not work and had to bother owner a few times to get started but did not complete cycles and ruined a couple items. The potential for this place is excellent and would be so much better if it had a deep clean, better bedding or at least more than a thin fitted sheet over bedding and attention to items not working or needing replacement.

Perfect stay...again!

My husband and I stayed at this property for the second time in a year, because we loved it so much the first time. Once again, we found this apartment to be perfectly located, clean, spacious and it had all the amenities we could ask for. This place is an amazing value in Venice, and I would highly recommend it!

Superbe, mais sans grasse matinée

Merveilleux endroit, comme sur les photos. Nous avons pu manger sur la terrasse à midi au soleil de janvier. Propre et agréablement meublé. Tout bien. Sauf l'isolation acoustique qui est inexistante et, juste au dessus du canal, le bruit des vaporettos et des livraisons vous réveille très tôt à coup sûr. Dommage si vous êtes nocturne car le prix de la location est élevé. Mais si vous êtes très matinal, cela n'a pas d'importance, et Venise est magique.

A wonderful experience

Everything was exactly as described in the listing and communication with both the owner Attila and managers Valentina and Orial was excellent. Orial and Valentina did everything they could to make our stay enjoyable. It is very well equipped with everything you would need for a long or short stay (we stayed a month) - having the washing machine, balcony and a fully equipped kitchen was very useful. As the balcony is south facing we made good use of it on sunny days and it was very pleasant to sit there and and be able to see the angel on top of St Mark's Bell Tower! It was worth the 72 steps up to the apartment (not 80 as we'd expected). We found the location excellent for discovering Venice on foot and the vaporetto stops for getting to airport, train, bus, Murano and Burano were within 5 mins walk. Our only suggestions to improve our stay would have been a microwave and more glasses and cutlery. We would have no hesitation in recommending this porperty to others.

zentral gelegen und doch ruhig

Die Fewo liegt ideal im Quartier Cannaregio, zwischen den Vaporetto-Stationen Ca d'Oro und Fundamente Nove in einer ruhigen Seitenstrasse direkt an einem Seitenkanal. Die tolle Terrasse entschädigt das Treppensteigen in den 4. Stock. (leichtes Gepäck ist daher empfehlenswert). In beiden Zimmern sind die Betten breit und von guter Qualität, was für uns 2 alten Frauen wichtig war. Das Verwalter-Paar wohnt im selben Haus und ist sehr zuvorkommend. Wir wurden an der Vaporetto-Station abgeholt; wir waren froh, da man sich in Venedig trotz Google gnadenlos verlaufen kann! Die Küche ist sehr klein, aber es hat alles Wichtige. Wir verbrachten eine Woche Ende Oktober, hatten noch angenehmes Wetter und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Regula K. Basel

Beautiful Top Floor Apartment

The place is beautiful and the owner can post better looking pictures of the apartment because the ones on VRBO do not do justice to the apartment. The location is less than 5 minutes walking from the most wonderful place to dine and shop and no more than 15 minutes walking from the Grand Canal Rialto bridge. There is also a grocery store around the corner (2 minutes walk) from the apartment. Perfect place for a Venice vacation.

Great location in spacious apartment

Very nice apartment in lovely and quiet area with lots of nice restaurants and bars around. The place was very clean. The kitchen is small and would need some renovation! But we had a nice stay and can recommend the place. Communication with the owner and his assistant was perfect.

Walkable to most Venice main attractions - San Marco. Our family (of three) really enjoyed the balcony/apartment’s windows with canal views. Washer and A/C were certainly helpful for our stay during Oct. Kitchen got most items we needed for some light cooking from our visit to local market near Rialto Bridge - oil, herb, vinegar, sugar, salt…, and even some pasta. Restaurants were also short walk from the apt. Near vaporetto stations. Just little improvement need on a new set towers would make the apartment a perfect place for one to experience Venetian life. Thank you Orial for provided us all info regarding vaporetto stops / directions and Alilaguna water bus to the airport.

Séjour agréable et bien situé dans venise. Appartement propre et spacieux; le plus: la clim! Le propriétaire à été très accueillant et tout s'est bien passé. Le petit hic: c'est les trois étages à pied; mais cela valait le coup.

Best location and experience!

My husband and I stayed here July 21-24 and we had the most amazing experience in Venice. Even though the apartment is on the 5th floor, it didn't bother us at all. The place was clean, comfortable and the wifi worked great. We loved the place so much we plan to stay here again next year. It is in a prime location just a couple blocks away from the bustle of the city, yet it felt secluded and quiet. We made many coffees using the nespresso machine! The coop grocery is just around the corner. We used the washing machine and hung out our stuff to dry on the beautiful terrace that also has a view of St. Mark's Basilica. The host was wonderful and answered our questions quickly and easily. We were able to store our luggage in the building for a few hours on the day we left which was also very helpful. Stay here, you won't be sorry!

3- Days in Venice

Great Apartment and location. The apartment Manager Attilia was at the waterbus drop off location and helped us to the apartment. He was very helpful with questions during the stay. Apartment was everything advertised and more. Three days was not enough time, but it was fun learning the city. Great time and would recommend the apartment. bob

Perfect apartment in a great location

Apartment was as advertised and was the perfect size and location for our party of three friends to tour Venice for a couple days before heading to northern Italy to hike in the Dolomites. Especially liked having the additional bath. Host was very quick to respond to messages & very informative of area and things to do & see and gave very percise directions. Would definitely stay again if in Venice.

Perfectly positioned property

Staying at this property was a wonderful experience! It served as an excellent home base for our visit to Venice. It is perfectly located, right by all the hotspots of the city. Since Venice is mainly a pedestrian city, this is a very important detail, and the property rises to the challenge. It was clean and well-kept, it had everything we needed. The property manager met us when we got there on our boat taxi, and he walked us to the property and helped my mother in law by carrying her suitcase up the stairs. He was accessible and had helpful information about a wide range of topics. Accessing the internet was never a problem. The views (from several different windows) were great, we could see the city and its canals. We enjoyed the air conditioning and balcony, and the beds were comfortable. We loved staying here and we highly recommend this property!

Hatten mit der Familie (4 Erwachsene) einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Wohnung ist zentral gelegen, hat ausreichend Platz, ist sauber und gut ausgestattet. Zu später Stunde noch auf der Dachterasse zu sitzen, war sehr schön. Kommunikation mit Attilia war in jeder Hinsicht bestens. Problemloser Check-In, Tips erhalten, sehr freundlich. Als das Wasser in der Dusche nicht ablief, wurde das noch am selben Tag erledigt. Alles in allem top Aufenthalt. Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt. Für die Schnaken, die es naturgemäß in einer Wohnung am Kanal gibt, empfiehlt sich das Mitnehmen einer elektrischen Fliegenklatsche.

Amazing location and views in Venice

The apartment had beautiful views of the canal, and was in a great location so that Venice was easily walkable from it. Attilia was super helpful with communicating with us and giving great directions on how to get to the apartment. The apartment was a great size for us and had everything we needed to have a great trip to Venice.

Perfect apartment for that Venice experience

This property has amazing views from every room. The apartment is spacious (with an extra toilet as a bonus). The apartment has a kitchen with basic items supplied. Nice lounge room. The apartment is close to great restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay there again.
