Puo' ospitare comodamente fino a 5 persone.

La zona e' calma e rilassante. A 50mt si trova un alimentari/bazar per gli acquisti quotidiani.

The house is at 100mt from the beautiful beach of `Nisporto' and you will be delighted by the panorama on the sea and the hills at the same time.

The house is independent, fully encircled by private garden, with one terrace where to eat and another one on the roof were to relax. Private parking space is available.

Inside, it is composed of:
- 2 large double bedrooms
- a large kitchen with a sofa/bed for a possible 5th guest
- two terraces where to eat and relaxing one of which on the roof
- garden all around the house, with barbeque


You will find all possible comforts: washing machine, dishwasher, modern kitchen, barbeque, TV and stereo system, WiFi. The apartment is fresh, no need of air conditioning.

Pets are welcome but requested to be kept in the outside spaces.

The house is in a beatitiful, untouched and relaxing part of isola d'Elba. At 50mt you find a small shop where to buy day to day things (bread, coffee if you are italian, ... ; -) ), bars and a restaurant.
