A pochi passi dal Centro Storico di Siena, l'appartamento è situato davanti la Basilica di San Francesco, si trova al quarto ed ultimo piano di un palazzo (SENZA ascensore) ed ha due magnifiche terrazze di 100mq che offrono una vista unica sulla città. L'appartamento, appena rinnovato, è dotato di ogni comfort, ed è composto da un'ampia zona soggiorno con tavolo in cristallo e smart TV, due ampie camere matrimoniali dotate entrambe di armadio e scrivania, una camera singola più un letto per bambini da 0 a 5 anni, due bagni entrambi con doccia, una cucina abitabile con macchina da caffè (Nespresso), bollitore, forno, forno a microonde, frigorifero, lavatrice, lavastoviglie e una cantina. Su richiesta è possibile aggiungere un letto singolo extra. In tutto l'appartamento è presente la super fibra wifi per navigare senza limiti ad alta velocità.
La zona è veramente tranquilla e dista solo 10 min da Piazza del Campo raggiungibile comodamente a piedi con le scale mobili di S.Francesco. Sotto casa sono presenti: fermata del bus, supermercato, banca, farmacia, tabacchi, Chiesa e palestra. La stazione si trova a solo 1km di distanza ed è ben collegata con i bus oppure raggiungibile a piedi in 15 min.
Ciò che rende l'appartamento unico sono sicuramente le due terrazze panoramiche di 100mq che offrono uno spettacolo incredibile. La vista sulla Basilica di San Francesco e su parte del Centro Storico della città di Siena sono incantevoli ed offrono un posto unico dove rilassarsi, mangiare o degustare un buon vino offerto da noi!

A few steps from the historic center of Siena, the apartment is located in front of the Basilica of San Francesco and only 200m from the escalators which bring directly to the city center.
The apartment, just renovated, is located on 4th (and top) floor of a building (WITHOUT elevator) and has 2 amazing 100mq terraces which offer a unique and unforgettable view of the city, in particularly of the beautiful Basilica of San Francesco.
The spacious living area is composed by a large living room with sofas, tv, crystal table and a spacious kitchen with every accessory including washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machines (Italian, nespresso and an American one). The sleeping area is composed by 2 large double bedrooms and 1 single bedroom (plus a cot for children from 0 to 5 years old). There are also 2 bathrooms, both with shower, and a cellar on the ground floor for storage, or bike/motorbike garage. You can reach the city center by feet in 10 minutes or by using the nearby escalator (San francesco).
Close to home there are: bus stop, bank, pharmacy, supermarket, tobacconist, gym and church. The area is really quiet even if it’s very close to the center and is well connected to the station which is only 1km away (15 min walk).

On the ground floor we also have a small private, covered and secured garage for motorbikes and bikes.
