Ben situato a Parigi Bastille 10 minuti per il teatro e il quartiere di Marais mitico, Repubblica e Nazione. La stazione della metropolitana (70m) vivere è a 'Galerie Lafayette' Trocadero (Torre Eiffel a fronte), e il Magic "Champs Elysee".
2 ° piano senza ascensore, T2 si affaccia sul cortile, molto tranquillo e totalmente ripristino. camera da letto TV / DVD, armadio, scrivania, soggiorno con divano letto per 2 persone, attrezzata e cucina separata, bagno con doccia e servizi igienici accesso.

Sabbatical in Paris

I was staying in Paris for a research trip. This was an excellent spot for that. Easy to walk to metros as well as the Marais and Rue de Rivoli. Many good cafes and restaurants in the neighborhood, especially right across the street at Limon. The hosts were friendly and easy to work with. Would stay again!

Weekend Getaway

Over all we had a good stay with fast communication between host. There was a leak upon arrival in the kitchen and the bathroom door was hard to close. Despite a very late arrive host responded quickly. If looking for a place to stay at a good price would recommend.

Fit our needs perfectly

Stayed a little over a week with my 2 adult sons. Very comfortable, cozy place and in a convenient neighborhood with great bakery and grocery stores nearby. Easy 3-minute walk to St. Ambroise Metro station (line 9), making it very simple to go anywhere in the city. Cédric and Céline were very helpful and answered all my questions. Easy check-in with clear instructions.

Apartment as described

It was a little hard to find but after a while it would get better the bathroom is rather small and finding out how to use the heater was difficult, also the wifi went out when I needed it most but overall it was ok

Glamorous? No but the right fit for us.

I was concerned about staying in a neighborhood with so much graffiti at first. But we never felt unsafe and the location was excellent regarding catching public transit. Not to mention the walking distance to many great restaurants and bakeries. There’s a laundromat across the street and that’s a good thing Because French clothes washing machines, are a puzzle I could not figure out. The place needs new towels and the couch isn’t very comfortable, but we loved our French apartment away from home. Also, the showerhead that a previous reviewer mentioned has still yet to be fixed, but it didn’t matter to us as there was a shower handle and that worked fine. The most important question is, would we stay there again? Yes we would.

Repairs needed - but you get what you paid for?

You get what you paid for, but that saying has never been used positively. Some minor issues like the spoilt kitchen lightbulbs that flicker, dinnerware is generally dusty, and the freezer is really gross, but there are major issues. The sliding bathroom door is really bad and misaligned. The door is hanging from a rail on a ceiling, but the joints are misaligned and the door is thus unable to close fully. With use, it gets more misaligned. This meant that over my stay, I got to see more of my family's thighs when they were using the toilet. We found that a solution was to use a washcloth to cover the gap, but at some point the door needs fixing and not temporary solutions. The sofa bed is absolutely not a double futon. It's a double mattress on a single-bed table, which means the outer person is in consistent danger of flopping down onto the floor since there's no support. The toilet is also leaking, and there's a small pail to collect water, but that water did stink up. Also, I really think not providing enough toilet paper and soap is really silly. The host sent a check in document explicitly saying that they don't provide enough of these to cover the stay, but that just means the occupants are forced to buy a huge pack of TP/soap to use a small portion of it. Why? Just charge 10 euros more to cover this. There was a soap bar provided, and I've no idea is this was new or from previous guests, but it was grey. I also had to chase them for the check in process.

Disappointing experience made worse by poor host.

When we arrived we had no check in instructions because the host "forgot" to send us the check in details. Once we got into the unit after receiving the instructions, we found that the toilet seat and door to the bathroom were both broken and a light fixture in the kitchen was constantly turning off - by itself. The bathroom door did not close. Given the layout of the apartment (bathroom is basically a part of the kitchen) you better hope you're traveling with "close" friends if that door is broken. Later that night, jumped in to take a shower, and the shower head falls on me. The nut securing it to the tube where water comes out of was cracked. When we finally went to sleep, we were woken by the smoke alarm batteries. Sounds fun, yeah? To make matters worse, Cedric had no clear intent in addressing any of the issues. We were met with excuses, if we were given any response at all. I wish I could provide photos as a part of this review. Keep in mind, Cedric asked us to pay extra before even arriving because his property manager now charges more money...but yet these items are still in disrepair! If you have children please consider the large patches of peeling paint - and make sure they do not eat it! Property owners should have better systems in place for when things go wrong. This experience was unacceptable.

L’appartamento andrebbe sistemato perché in alcuni aspetti è trascurato. Buono per 2 persone piccola e comoda, 4 persone stanno strette. Attrezzata di stoviglie, tovaglie e lenzuola. Lontana dal centro ma la metro è a due passi. Nell’insieme una bella vacanza. L’host molto disponibili

Buon rapporto qualità-prezzo

La casa è abbastanza centrale, i mezzi pubblici sono vicini e collegano con ogni punto della città anche senza cambi. La casa è molto profumata ma l’impressione entrando è un po’ diversa dalle foto. Sembra più vecchia e un po’ trascurata. Però la cucina è perfettamente funzionante, la casa è sufficientemente calda ed è dotata di tutti gli elettrodomestici utili anche a soggiorni più lunghi.

Klein aber fein

Kleine Wohnung aber fein. Mit Liebe eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich dort gleich wohl. Zugang mit den ganzen Codes ein bisschen kompliziert aber es geht in Paris nicht anders und die Anleitung von Cédric ist gut. Er reagiert auch meistens sehr schnell, wenn man eine Frage hat. Die Lage ist hervorragend. Schnelle Anreise mit der Metro von Gare de l'Est und guter Ausgangspunkt, um die Sehenswürdigkeiten von Paris zu besichtigen. Ich war für 3 Nächte mit einer Kollegin dort, um Paris zu besichtigen. Es war ideal. Nur zu empfehlen.

Lovely apartment in excellent location

The property was perfect for my family of two kids aged 7 and 11 and two adults. Well-equipped kitchen, good shower and comfy beds. It is situated on a very pleasant street close to supermarket, great restaurants and the Metro.

Très bien placé

L'appartement est très bien placé et parfait pour un séjour en été - il reste agréablement tempéré même avec 40 degrés dehors. Lit confortable. Bien équipé même si nous n'avons pas utiliser la cuisine ou le frigo. Pas très propres malheureusement. Si non - très bien.

Agreed with many of the previous reviewers

Experience was great. Place was comfortable and in a convenient neighborhood. We visited in the Summer months and needed to leave the windows open. This left things a bit noisy at night, so be prepared if you are a light sleeper. It was considerably quieter with the windows closed. The host was very helpful and accommodating!!!

TRES BON RAPPORT QUALITE PRIX

Bon contact avec le propriétaire. LOCATION très bien située. Proche du métro et des commerces. Appartement bien agencé et très bien équipé. Le plus : linge de maison et petite épicerie à disposition.
