L'appartamento si trova vicino al mare, di fronte Park & Villa Tommasini, oasi verde con parco giochi per i piu' piccoli, dista solo 100mt da Viale Vittoria e 250mt dalla spiaggia di Piazzale Lido o dagli stabilimenti White beach ed Orsa Maggiore.
AFFITTO: nel periodo estivo si accettano prenotazioni per almeno n. 2 o 3 settimane. In agosto prenotazioni accettate per n. 3 settimane.
ELETTRICITA': da pagare a fine periodo secondo consumi, di solito 30,00/40,00 euro a settimana.
WiFi : senza limiti disponibile per smart working.
ANIMALI : non sono ammessi in casa.
PULIZIE CASA: possibile su vostra richiesta costo 12 euro/hour minimo 3 ore .
BOX/GARAGE: in centro a Terracina ci sono diverse difficoltà di parcheggio, se lo ritenete utile, è disponibile nello stesso edificio con costo di 12,00 euro al giorno, nel box auto chiuso c'è posto anche per due biciclette.

The apartment "Casa Falcone" is located in the center of Terracina, on last floor of building composed of only eight big apartments. It is recently and completely refurbished end february 2018. Large living room with TV Led and International channels, two sofas, three bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower, a bright and spacious kitchen with access to a balcony offering a beautiful view of Park Villa Tommasini and sea, ideal for breakfast, lunch & dinners. The floor of apartment is all over in italian ceramic bright colour.

"Casa Falcone" has completed air-conditioned and has independent heating for winter stays. Satellite TV. WiFi is available on specific request with limited Gigabyte during your stay.

Thanks to its central location you can easily reach pharmacies, supermarkets, bars and restaurants, various commercial activities. The sea and its golden beaches are only 250 meters away, within walking distance on Viale della Vittoria or through Villa Tommasini Park. One Big Supermarket CONAD is located on same street, 150mt from apartment, Pizzeria and Restaurants are located on less then 5 minutes walking.


ELECTRICITY ONLY Expense to pay separate: due to cost of electricity in Italy, I request a payment for consumption based on actual/counter, for each kwat used, usually it depends on usage from Air Condition, Hairdry, Wash Machine, but can be around 30 or 40 euro a week to pay end of your stay. Hot/Cold Water and Gas for Cooking are already included.

GOOD TO KNOW: Standard rent in summertime will be for at least 2 weeks period June to September. One week rental can be available on specific request.
BOX/GARAGE: in case you need a private box/garage for your car because you are in the center, can be available in same building with extra payment a day of 10,00 euro (travelling with car in summer is good to have it, But has some cost).
RENTAL: when asking period for 3 weeks there is always a discount from official rate.
