Villa rilassante e tranquilla, disposta su tre livelli.

PRIMO PIANO: magnifico ingresso luminoso, 2 sale riccamente decorate con caminetto, studio, sala da pranzo con tavolo estensibile fino a 16 posti, cucina "country chic" completa di tutti gli accessori (frigorifero, freezer, lavatrice, microonde, macchina da caffè americano, tostapane, bollitore), ripostiglio, bagno.

SECONDO PIANO: Suite con bagno (vasca idromassaggio e doccia), camera da letto doppia con bagno (doccia), camera da letto doppia con balcone e bagno (vasca idromassaggio e doccia), camera da letto singola con bagno (doccia), studio accessibile attraverso una rampa di scale che parte dalla precedente camera (no aria condizionata).

PIANO SEMINTERRATO (di fronte alla piscina): lavanderia con lavatrice/asciugatrice e ferro da stiro.
GIARDINO: interamente recintato e abbellito da alberi secolari, che offrono un'ampia area ombrosa ideale per relax e lettura. Grande piscina privata stagionale con zona idromassaggio, sedie, sdraio, ombrelloni.

REGOLE DELLA CASA

• Il check-in è gratuito dalle 15.00 alle 20.00. Ricordatevi di fissare un appuntamento per il vostro check-in.
• Una volta fissato un appuntamento, se arrivate con un ritardo superiore ad un’ora senza un adeguato preavviso (almeno un’ora e mezzo prima dell’arrivo concordato) verrà applicato un supplemento di 25€.
• Dopo vengono applicati i seguenti supplementi:
o 25 € per il check-in tra le 20.00 e le 22.00
o 40 € per il check-in tra le 22.00 e le 23.00
• Check-out fino alle 10.00.
• Al check-in, agli ospiti saranno richiesti i documenti per la denuncia alle autorità di polizia.
• Sarà inoltre richiesto il pagamento in contanti dell'imposta di soggiorno di 1,50 € per persona per notte (fino a 6gg, a partire dai 14 anni) da versare al Comune di Montespertoli
• Non è permesso fumare nella villa. Potete fumare in giardino.
• E' necessario il pieno rispetto degli arredi, delle persone che abitano nelle vicinanze, la puntualità.
• Non è consentito introdurre animali domestici.
• 40€ al giorno per il consumo di elettricità da pagare in contanti al check-in.
• Riscaldamento indipendente a consumo (0,76€ al litro se usato).
• È obbligatorio seguire le regole per la raccolta differenziata della spazzatura altrimenti viene richiesto un supplemento di 50€.
• Supplemento di pulizia extra di 150€ se la villa viene lasciata molto sporco e con immondizia.
• In caso di perdita di un mazzo di chiavi verranno richieste 30€
• Il proprietario può cancellare la prenotazione o trattenere il deposito se le regole non vengono rispettate
• Per ogni intervento per problemi non causati da malfunzionamenti della proprietà ci sarà un extra di 30€ per la prima ora, poi 20€ per ogni ora successiva. Dalle 19.30 alle 22.30 ci sarà un extra per la prima ora, poi 30€ per ogni ora successiva
