Beautiful holiday cottage 10 km from the beach of Dongo in a quiet location with stunning views of Lake Como.
DESCRIPTION.
The house is surrounded by meadows and woods, is at 1,000 meters above sea level (800 meters above the lake level) and consists of two floors.
On the first floor (55 sqm + 22 sqm covered terrace):
- Entrance
- Fully equipped kitchen with oven and 4 gas burners, fridge and freezer
- Lounge for lunch with a beautiful wood-burning fireplace and pellet stove, large table for 8 people, TV and sofa bed (for 2 more people - therefore maximum 10 beds).
- First bedroom with double bed and wardrobe
- Second bedroom with bunk bed and wardrobe
- Bathroom with shower, toilet, bathroom and window.
- Super covered terrace of another 22 square meters with a wonderful lake view where you can have breakfast, lunch and dinner overlooking the mountains and the lake.
-external brick barbecue for excellent grilling
On the ground floor (25 sqm):
- Large bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 bunk bed, 2 wardrobes, pellet stove
- Bathroom with shower, toilet, bathroom and window.
POSITION
The house is located in a fabulous natural setting, surrounded by greenery and nature, ideal for relaxation, away from noise and traffic and also perfect for walking, hiking and mountain biking.
The beach of Lake Como is only 10 km of asphalt road even if narrow and uphill curves: the last 300 meters of road are dirt roads.
You can leave the car at 80 meters if you take the dirt road with the car, or you can leave the car 300 meters away from the house. Road is up.
The external garden of property is not fenced.
Access: on country road, about 80 m, narrow, difficult. Or at 300 meters.
It is a beautiful place for relax and quiet and the landscape and the lake view, but it is not very convenient if you want to stay always close to the shore of the lake.
Finally, the road to reach the cottage from the lake, even if it is not very long (10 km) is all uphill and is a bit difficult to go also because the last 300 meters are unpaved.
If you are looking for a place near the lake and the villages, the cottage is not the best place, but if you are looking for a fabulous natural scenery (with some difficulties due to the road and parking) then you are welcome.

PRICES
Prices vary depending on the number of people (min 2 - max 10 people), the number of nights (Min 3 nights in all months Min 5 nights in July and August) and the period. Possibility of arriving on any day of the week, subject to prior agreement.
Prices include everything (except final cleaning): ,electricity, gas, hot and cold water, clean sheets and blankets, towels in the bathrooms.
Extra charge: 20 euros for final cleaning.

BESCHREIBUNG.
Das Haus ist von Wiesen und Wäldern umgeben, liegt auf 1.000 Meter Seehöhe (800 Meter über dem Seespiegel) und besteht aus zwei Etagen.
Im ersten Stock (55 qm + 22 qm überdachte Terrasse):
- Eingang
- Voll ausgestattete Küche mit Backofen und 4 Gasflammen, Kühlschrank und Gefrierschrank
- Lounge zum Mittagessen mit einem schönen Holzofen und Pelletofen, großem Tisch für 8 Personen, TV und Doppelschlafcouch (für 2 weitere Personen - also maximal 10 Betten).
- Erstes Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und Kleiderschrank
- Zweites Schlafzimmer mit Etagenbett und Kleiderschrank
- Badezimmer mit Dusche, WC, Badezimmer und Fenster.
- Super überdachte Terrasse von weiteren 22 Quadratmetern mit einem wunderschönen Blick auf den See, wo Sie frühstücken, zu Mittag und zu Abend essen können mit Blick auf die Berge und den See.

POSITION
Das Haus befindet sich in einer herrlichen natürlichen Umgebung, umgeben von Grün und Natur, ideal zum Entspannen, abseits von Lärm und Verkehr und auch ideal zum Wandern, Wandern und Mountainbiken.
Der Strand des Comer Sees ist nur 10 km asphaltierte Straße, auch wenn enge und bergige Kurven: die letzten 300 Meter der Straße sind Feldwege.
Sie können das Auto auf 80 Meter abstellen, wenn Sie die unbefestigte Straße mit dem Auto nehmen, oder Sie können das Auto 300 Meter vom Haus entfernt lassen. Die Straße ist bergauf.
Der externe Garten des Eigentums ist nicht eingezäunt.
Zugang: auf Landstraße, ca. 80 m, schmal, schwierig. Oder bei 300 Metern.
Es ist ein schöner Ort für Entspannung und Ruhe und die Landschaft und der Seeblick, aber es ist nicht sehr praktisch, wenn Sie immer nahe am Ufer des Sees bleiben wollen.
Schließlich ist die Straße, um das Ferienhaus vom See aus zu erreichen, auch wenn es nicht sehr lang ist (10 km), ist alles bergauf und ein bisschen schwierig zu gehen, auch weil die letzten 300 Meter ungepflastert sind.
Wenn Sie auf der Suche nach einem Ort in der Nähe des Sees und der Dörfer sind, ist das Haus nicht der beste Ort, aber wenn Sie eine fabelhafte Naturlandschaft suchen (mit einigen Schwierigkeiten durch die Straße und Parkplätze), dann sind Sie willkommen.

Die Preise variieren je nach Anzahl der Personen (min 2 - max 10 Personen), der Anzahl der Nächte (Min. 3 Nächte in allen Monaten Min. 5 Nächte im Juli und August) und der Periode. Möglichkeit der Ankunft an jedem Tag der Woche, nach vorheriger Vereinbarung.
Die Preise beinhalten alles (außer Endreinigung): Strom, Gas, warmes und kaltes Wasser, saubere Bettwäsche und Decken, Handtücher in den Badezimmern.
Gegen Gebühr: 20 Euro für die Endreinigung.

Bellissima casetta di vacanza a 10 km dalla spiaggia di Dongo in posizione tranquilla e con stupenda vista sul lago di Como.

DESCRIZIONE.
La casa è circondata da prati e boschi, è all'altezza di 1.000 metri sul livello del mare (800 metri sopra il livello del lago) ed è composta da due piani.
Al primo piano (55 mq + 22 mq terrazzo coperto) :
- Ingresso
- Cucina completamente corredata con forno e 4 fuochi a gas , frigorifero e freezer
- Salone per il pranzo con bel camino a legna e con stufa a pellet, grande tavolo per 8 persone , TV e divano letto matrimoniale (per altre 2 persone - quindi massimo 10 posti letto).
- Prima camera con letto matrimoniale e armadio
- Seconda camera con letto a castello e armadio
- Bagno con doccia, wc, sanitari e finestra.
- Super terrazzo coperto di altri 22 metri quadrati con vista lago stupenda dove poter fare colazione , pranzo e cena con vista sulle montagne e sul lago.
- Barbecue esterno in muratura per ottime grigliate
Al piano terra (25 mq) :
- Grande camera con 1 letto matrimoniale, 1 letto a castello , 2 armadi, stufa a pellet
- Bagno con doccia, wc, sanitari e finestra.
POSIZIONE
La casa si trova in un favoloso contesto naturale, immersa nel verde e nella natura , ideale per relax , distante dai rumori e dal traffico e perfetta anche per passeggiate, trekking e mountain bike.
La spiaggia del lago di Como è distante solo 10 km di strada asfaltata anche se stretta e a curve in salita: gli ultimi 300 metri di strada sono sterrati .
Si può lasciare la macchina a 80 metri se si percorre con la macchina la strada sterrata, oppure si può lasciare la macchina a 300 metri di distanza dalla casa. La strada è in salita.
Il giardino esterno di proprietà non è recintato.
Accesso: su strada campestre, a circa 80 m, stretta, difficile. Oppure a 300 metri.
E' un posto bellissimo per rilassarsi e per la tranquillità , per il paesaggio e la vista sul lago, ma non è molto comodo se si vuole stare sempre vicino alla riva del lago.
Infine, la strada per raggiungere il cottage dal lago, anche se non è molto lunga (10 km) è tutta in salita ed è un po 'difficile da percorrere anche perché gli ultimi 300 metri non sono asfaltati.
Se stai cercando un posto vicino al lago e ai villaggi, il cottage non è il posto migliore, ma se stai cercando uno scenario naturale favoloso (con alcune difficoltà dovute alla strada e al parcheggio), allora sei il benvenuto.

Arrivo: l'Aeroporto di Bergamo-Orio al Serio è a circa 107 km, Aeroporto Milano-Malpensa è a circa 113 km, Stazione Como ca. 57 km.
