Ottimo appartamento appena rinnovato! Piano terra. Posizione eccellente a soli 100 metri dal mare. Ha un patio interno con zona relax e teli mare per l'uso degli ospiti.
Intorno troverai tutti i servizi di cui potresti aver bisogno durante il tuo soggiorno; supermercati, ristoranti, caffè, farmacia ... Wifi: dispone di fibra ottica ad alta velocità e canali TV privati (Movistar Plus). La stanza principale ha un bagno privato con un letto da 1,35 m, altre 2 camere da letto con 1 letto da 90 cm ciascuna, più un divano letto nel soggiorno per il 5 ° ospite. Secondo bagno con doccia, cucina completamente attrezzata, soggiorno, aria condizionata e patio interno con lavatrice. Ha un'area per lavorare con computer portatili (scrivania e comoda sedia) in una delle camere singole.

excellent location

We were there on a biking holiday the location was excellent very central , slightly noisy at times but not too bad if you sleep well, the flat was super clean with excellent facilities and the host so helpful , will definitely be back

Very good

Antonia and husband are very nice and helpful. Apartment was very clean and well equipped. Close to the beach but far from tourist excursions. Our stay was great. Neighborhood was great!!

A little piece of Heaven!

Oh my! Where to start? This was my first trip to Tenerife and I must say, I was a little nervous. From the moment I booked, Antonia was a very attentive host. She answered questions and made suggestions to make my stay more enjoyable. The apartment is fantastic! The pictures do not do it justice. I enjoyed the master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, and a private little sitting area outside for the mornings with a cup of coffee. Everything you need for a long stay is provided, including a washing machine and drying rack. That sure made life easier. The layout of the apartment ensures that all guests have a private area, if they need a little space. The location is prime! For me, a three minute walk to the beach. The butcher is right next door, and grocery stores are a two and five minute walk away. Cafés are all around and the market square is only a three minute walk away. If I am able to return, this is the only place I would want to stay!Once again, Antonia, THANK YOU! You are an amazing host!

Zentrumsnah, praktisch

Zugeben: Das Parken ist ein Problem. Das ist es aber nahezu überall auf der Insel. Wenn man damit klar kommt, ist die Wohnung isdeal gelegen für Ausflüge mit dem Auto, man hat kurze Wege für die Tankstelle und Auto waschen, Einkäufe (Supermärkte und eine Apotheke sind fußläufig innerhalb 1 Minute erreichbar). Auch der Plaza/Playa des Ortes ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Hier spielt sich das Leben auch ab und wir konnten teilhaben an live-Musik und Folklore. Genügend Shops sind in der Nähe und auch Gute Restaurants gibt es rund um das Zentrum. Die Wohnung ist sauber und gut zugänglich. Leider war bei unserer Zeit eine Baustelle vor der Haustüre und die Klima-Anlage war defekt. Dafür konnten wir über Luftzug gute Kühlung erreichen. Gerne wieder!!

Bequeme Wohnung direkt neben der Bucht

Es ist eine sehr schöne und gut ausgestattet Wohnung. Man muss aber beachten, dass sie direkt neben der Straße liegt, dafür passt der Preis. Wer zu Corona Zeiten wenig Kontakt sucht ist dort richtig aufgehoben. Da sie im Erdgeschoss liegt hat man wenig Kontakt zu anderen Menschen. Ich habe mich sehr Wohl gefühlt und komme jederzeit wieder gerne.

Wohnung für 4-5 Personen geeignet. Weder die Lage an der Straße noch die Nähe zun Flughafen haben wir als störend empunden. Der Kontakt zu Antonia über Whats App funktioniert super gut. (englisch)

Our stay in a lovely apartment

A great experience. We were a group of four with one person in our party being disabled. The apartment was perfect for our needs. The only downside was because the apartment is on the ground floor, we had no balconies. The apartment is in a good position for restaurants and bars and in the same circumstances I would not hesitate to return.

Prima vakantieappartement

Een gezellig ingericht en schoon vakantieappartement. Vlakbij alle voorzieningen zoals winkels en restaurants. Op nog geen 200 meter de mogelijkheid om te zwemmen, zonnen of te watersporten. We werden hartelijk ontvangen door de eigenaresse. Via de app gaf ze ook nog enkele leuke tips door. Toen heel Tenerife door een stroomstoring getroffen werd, stelde zij ons hiervan ook via de app op de hoogte. Op dat moment waren wij in dierentuin Loro Parque, dus hadden we er nog niks van gemerkt.

Tolles Appartement mitten in El Médano

Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war immer sehr freundlich, unkompliziert und wir haben sehr schnell Anwort bekommen. Auch ein späteres Einchecken als angegeben war kein Problem. Die Wohnung ist sehr ordentlich und für einen Urlaub vollkommen ausreichend ausgestattet. Die Temperaturen in der Wohnung waren im September angenehm, da die Fensterläden sehr groß sind. Der Verkehr vor dem Fenster im Wohnbereich ist unser einziger Abzug in der Bewertung. Bei geschlossenem Fenster ist er aber nicht weiter störend. Ansonsten liegt die Wohnung sehr günstig. Man ist schnell am Marktplatz, an den Surfschulen, am Badestrand und an den Busstationen für Ausflüge auf der Insel. Danke für die vielen Tipps und den netten Kontakt. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. El Medano is a lovely little village with a big heart

Clean, tidy and near to all amenities. A little noisy being by the main road into the village but the double glazing works well when the windows are shut. The patio is not a patio.

Stayed for 30 nights Feb/Mar2019,very comfortable stay.The apartment has everything one needs.Its very central close to all the shops bars-restaurants and bus stop highly recommended.The hostess Antonia contacted us twice during our stay to ask if we were OK,a welcome pack on arrival fruit snacks and Prosecco and of course the fantastic Canarian climate.High speed wifi allowed us to stream UK tv.This was our fourth stay in El Médano since March'18 and was the best apartment so far.

Excellent apartment!

Antonia was at the apartment to meet us and show us around. Everything was spotless with all we could need. The position was excellent close to shops, restaurants and the sea. We would go back anytime! Richard and Linda.

Great location, stylish apartment, lovely host

Antonia was a good host who responded quickly when contacted, she met us at the apartment on arrival and let us stay until the afternoon on departure day. The complimentary breakfast tray and wine were a lovely touch. The apartment is stylish, spotlessly clean and the beds are very comfy with memory foam matteresses. The location is brilliant - just a few minutes walk to shops, beach and square with plenty of supermarkets and good restaurants within a short stroll. All 3 bedrooms have windows that open onto a semi covered courtyard/ utility room that is accessed through the main bedroom, so they do not have much natural light (the comfy beds make up for this !) There is no outside space. The apartment is very well equipped with everything you might need - including beach towels. Thanks for a lovely stay Antonia.

Apartment is very nice and a perfect location for all amenities and beach.

Antonia is the perfect host. We were greeted at the apartment although we arrived late. The apartment is great, very clean and comfortable. Location is also great close to all amenities and the beach. El Medano is a great place nice and quiet with very friendly people.I would recommend highly the apartment. Empfehlenswerte Wohnung

Neue, gut eingerichtete Wohnung, sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieterin. Alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Selbst Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett. Nice and well equipped apartment. Everything there you need for your holidays. Even iron and ironing board. Schneller Kontakt per WhatsApp / Mail / Englisch. Informationen zum Ort, Restaurants, Unternehmungen. Easy contact per WhatsApp / Mail / English. Information to shops, restaurants, activities. Geschäfte und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Shops and restaurants close by. Ort nicht zu überlaufen, dennoch alles vor Ort, was zum Urlaub gehört. The place not too crowded with tourists, still everything there for nice holidays. Gute Alternative zu den überfüllten Touristenhochburgen. Nice alternative to the crowded tourist places.

The property of which I am a hostess is a wide floor and newly reformed that offers comfort to the visitor, since it possesses three bedrooms and two complete baths and only we have it available for four/five persons, for what is valid for families and even several pairs or friends who want to be united in the same housing but with all the comforts. It has the new beds, the furniture and decoration in generates
We have a desk and comfortable work chair upon request, which we will assemble in one of the individual bedrooms.
